ANOTHER surprise!!!! We were looking for some place to eat on Sunday afternoon and had driven past the Log Cabin several times and once we deliberately tried to find it and couldn't! Its neatly tucked next door to Pioneer Pies (another great foodie secret!). This place is a real tavern.. dark when you walk in...Led Zep was playing on the Juke Box ( yes they have one!)..flat screen...bar and kitchen right next to each other...so in other words its very cozy ( not small....but comfy-cozy). The only staff was the bartender and the cook and both did their jobs very well! Sunday at 3:30 and it was happy hour! I never pass up happy hour chicken wings and at 35 cents each (HH price) they were some of the best wings I have eaten... I know BWW is due in town but they don't hold a candle to these wings!). Picture your grammas fried chicken (without the coating)...deep fried and CRUNCHY yet juicy. Served the way they are supposed to be served...naked with sauce on the side. We got a dozen wings+two sauces. I chose Joes Hottest sauce and hubby tried the orange something a rather. Both were delish and the hottest sauce wasn't overwhelmingly hot. For our early dinner (...or late lunch) we both got the 6 oz serloin...baked potato and salad (about 15$). The cook was so cute and asked us to make sure the steak was rare enough. It was as rare as it could get without being bloody.. so YES it was cooked just right. We also each added a prawn skewer for 5$ more (6 jumbo prawns and drawn butter). Food was very good! Even the baked potato had some kind of seasoning on the skin that was unique. This is a great place to eat and I bet I could be a FUN place to eat (any other time but 3:30 Sunday afternoon). We are definitely going to go back there...maybe for dinner in the middle of the week...right before the end of happy Hour (can't stop thinking about those wings!) The ONLY thing against them at this point is the parking..one has to drive behind the building to park and walk around to the front.....this may be a bit of a turn off to a some people esp when it gets dark. But....oh well....more wings for me! SO...we had 2 well drinks and 1 Irish Death beer, 2 steak dinners with added shrimp and wit tip a little over 60$..OH and a dozen wings!

Bartender kicked me out for no reason. Denied me water and a tax cab home. I was visiting out of town for work and it seemed locals we treated first. After checking my count a day later the bartender left herself a 20 dollar tip when I left 2 dollars. Still have the receipt to prove it.

Food was ok 3 stars. It all tasted like it had been in the fryer to long. Bartenders are nice polite and remember your drinks which is nice when your wasted. It was a country atmosphere with a 90s Playlist.

Great place. My girlfriend and I tried this place and loved it. The food was great and the beer was decently priced. It was a great place to meet and catch up with pool tables and a lot of space. The waitress we had was horrible but we chalked it up to her being pregnant... Because everyone else there was nice.

Food, drinks, pull tabs, and good times. Met some family here while on vacation after a long day on the river. Bartenders were cool n shit. Food was better than you would expect from tavern. Come here. Be yourself. Have fun.

For 8.99 it's good to eat. Would I do it again. Probably not. For tavern food it's good.

Always great service. The best burgers I have ever had in my entire life. And I know this because my partner is a chef and we eat a lot of food. He enjoys them, too. Best deals on steak in town on Wednesday and Friday nights. Fun atmosphere for people in their 20s to people in their 60s.

used to be affordable on a lunch break but the rising costs monthly seem to be not in par with inflation. became way to expensive to fast, 7.95 for a hogshead in 2007 9.95 in 2015. not affordable for blue collars.

Went there tonight for the first time, absolute horrible service. The drinks were made very poorly, no one seemed to know what they were doing, and it wasn't hardly busy at all. Not going back.

Went to Joe's for the first time tonight. We had a dark beer and the special which was cheeseburger and fries for $6. I must say that the burgers were the best I've ever had. Perfectly done with Mike's Meat ingredients and served by a friendly and happy staff. You will probably not be able to do better than Joe's"s for quality and price. And, they held on to my iPhone which I left on the table until I returned to retrieve it. Great Place!!!

The food was very good. But I'm guessing because of the crowd and only two servers and one cook the food was slow. The Rainier and Mac and Jack beers were a little stale but the bud light was fresh. Very nice atmosphere and very friendly staff!! I would still go back.

Been here before- had great service & food then. Now they're impersonal, and food quality was terrible. Maybe it's because it's a Monday night & they don't want to cook at 9pm? Don't know if I'd recommend it now, although they're burgers are normally fresh & great tasting. It's your gamble.

They have a great super salad there that is delicious and you can either get it with grilled or breaded chicken strips. I love their pull tabs also.

I love Joe's 12 oz sirloin steaks and chilled glass beer! My favorite place in Eastern WA! I eat here every month. Service is warm food & beer awesome.

Great food. The 12 oz is amazing. Cooked to perfection, didn't even need steak sauce. Nice little place, nothing to crazy, just a good bar with great food.

So so. On vacation here and was walking around bar hopping. Very small; low ceiling. Felt like it was all locals, a little uncomfortable. Everyone new everyone and all the pool tables were taken all night by locals playing game after game. Safe to say we got our shots and left. Won't be back.

My favorite bar in town. They've got the best wings in town, blue collar atmosphere and decent food for a bar. It's down home cookin' so if you're expecting them to put on the Ritz you'll be disappointed. But if you're looking for a couple brews, good grub and a fun time look no further.

You wouldn't know it by looking at the outside of this place but it is a diamond in the rough! My husband and I met some friends and ate the best steak dinners, the staff was on top of everything! Amazing prices too! We ordered martini's that were made perfect (I'm a picky girl)! Also pool tables and great atmosphere! We are going back tomorrow night yummy!
