My son I love the Walla Walla onion rings with the Chipotle dipping sauce! Yum!! This Burgerville give you your money worth on the onion rings. The employees are always very friendly and have a smile on their face.

Some people say, "Fast food is fast food" and while this may true as an overall statement, we all have those local favorite that we visit every time we go home. Does this mean it is the best around? Not necessarily. However, it satisfies that certain something for each of us locals returning home, that welcome back message to our taste buds, and without effort, usher us down memory lane. During my latest visit home, my husband and I stopped by Burgerville in Orchards on Fourth Plain for a quick lunch between stops on a errand run. The restaurant, was very clean, we were immediately greeted when we walked in, and the person taking our order was very pleasant and efficient. We ordered a 3-piece fish and chips basket and a double-cheeseburger basket, along with a Mocha Perk shake (one of my husband's favorites). While I was pleasantly surprised that Burgerville now offers gluten-free buns as an option, it was not the greatest by far. If you like chewing and chewing and chewing then it may be for you, otherwise, I'd recommend skipping it altogether. The burger, sauce and cheese were fine and the french fries were very crispy and nicely salted. The halibut in the fish and chips had a nice flavor, the breading was light and thin, and the cook on the dish was not at all greasy. There is no other way to describe the Mocha Perk shake except a creamy, chocolate and coffee experience. Yum. Overall, it was a fine experience and I will undoubtedly be back. However, I will not be going with the gluten-free bun option again and will opt to order any sandwich I get in a lettuce wrap or with no bun at all. It may require a fork and knife but will well be worth it.

I hate most fast food, but who doesn't love BV? Really. I took my ex-boyfriend here once when we were together and visiting from out of town. He didn't' think it was so special. There's a reason he's my ex.

LOVED this place. While visiting my sister in Vancouver my husband and I ventured out on our own and stopped here because it wasn't a chain. Great find! Pricey, but amazing Walla Walla sweet onion rings. Delicious fresh strawberry shake. Burger and fries was solid, but not special. The receipt showing caloric intake was just frightening. Guess that's why everything was so yummy.

Worst $9 we ever spent for fish and chips. 3 really small and super saturated with fryer oil strips of fish and then a small fries. $9??!! ARE YOU SERIOUS??!! On top of that the fish really were tasteless except for the oil taste. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

The drive-through service here is super fast! I pulled up to get two large fresh strawberry milkshakes and I was out in under five minutes despite having for other cars in front of me. These guys rock, this is one of the best fast food places! Love these guys.

I may be a little bias being a Portland native, but Burgerville remains my favorite fast-food burger place of all time. The service is always fast, the food is always fresh, and most importantly the workers are always friendly! I always appreciate how clean the tables are in every Burgerville, and no one can beat the cool new soda machines some of the locations have. And don't forget about those seasonal products that get me excited whenever the seasons change! My personal favorites are Rosemary fries and Timber Joeys. Best burgers in town!

Worst burgerville experience I've ever had and believe me when I say I will never return to this location. It's sad to see one of the good local burger chains go down in quality right in front of your eyes. Whoever had the nerve to put this "tomato" on my dry burger shouldn't be aloud back in the kitchen. Wackest burgerville in town, avoid at all costs.
