I ate there shortly after they opened. Beautiful interior, nice and spacious. Warm and friendly staff. The menu is easy to understand and doesn't require a lot of questions. The drinks were good and not overpriced. The service was fast and courteous. The fold was good with ample portions. I will definitely go back and have recommended it to several friends.

Here's the thing. While I have never worked in the restaurant industry, my husband has. We are extremely understanding when it comes to a place being busy, or if someone is new to the job. We are polite and we always tip well. Today was disgusting. Our boys were taking us to Mother's Day lunch. Their idea. They even ordered for us (so sweet and grown up). We walked in and waited to be seated. The manager was actually seating people. She asked if we had reservations. We said that we had tried to call for reservations the day before, but were unable to get through. So she (Smarmily) said that she could "sneak" us in with out a reservation. Looking around, the restaurant was (at most!) half capacity. Possibly understaffed, but hey, there was room. We were seated and it took around 15 minutes before anyone came to see to our drink orders. We ordered drinks and talked a while. Then our waiter (who was 4 days into the job) came and took our order. We went through a period of about 45 minutes waiting for our salads to come. All the while, the waitstaff completely ignored us. Then our waiter came over and apologized. He had accidentally deleted our order, so it never went back to the kitchen. We then had to re-order. We assured our waiter that everyone makes mistakes, it was fine, but please hurry because there are 2 eight-year-old boys who are starving and trying really hard to be patient. We then waited for another 45 minutes, at which time I went and talked to the manager. I said (very politely) that I understood that we had no reservations, but we have been waiting for almost 2 hours for our food. She said, "Let me go look at your ticket", and rudely stormed off to the kitchen. She then came out and said, "Your ticket went back at 1:37. You really HAVEN'T Been waiting THAT long." I then informed her that the ticket was actually our SECOND order. Our first (deleted) order was 45 minutes before. We got our salads and then our meals sporadically came out. One of the boys' meal never came. By the time any of our food came, we were so mad that we didn't even want to eat it. At that point, we walked out and left the husband to deal with the bill and to complain. I really don't think that I have ever been treated so badly.
