Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Service was great! We ordered and and paid a personable young man, and he later brought out our pizza and made sure we were happy. The pizza was the same as other Round Tables, and if you follow my other reviews you know I'm a fan. This location was clean and easy to find, and there was plenty of parking. The middle of the room is elevated by a few steps, with seating offered on the other side on the ground level. This was a little odd, but not a big deal. When I'm in the area I will definitely be back!

Great food, good staff, all around a good place to take the kids and hangout for some. Fun. Definitely will be back.

Round Table Pizza is my favorite place to order pizza from when at home visiting !! Okay, so yes - its a little more expensive than other places like Little Caesars (which I've never ordered from) or Pizza Hut. I don't know how many times we went there as a family for my elementary school fundraisers when attending Lowell Elementary back in the early 1990s. They have a great salad bar and have even remodeled a room or two in recent years. It is family and very kid friendly. Their DESSERT PIZZA IS TO DIE FOR !!!!

this is my local choice for Pizza. Quick, friendly and they always have specials to save me a little$

It's cheap, so there's that.

Give them five stars for there pizza and all you can eat salad bar its so nice to have all the salad I want for a reasonable price and then afterwards for dessert there cinnamon strudel pizza oh its making my mouth water thinking about it ...

2 stars because the pizza is so good and I've had some nice experiences here with the staff who are mostly friendly, but sadly I won't be returning. The manager is not normally pleasant, but he was extra rude the last time I was there. Not worth the money if I'm going to be spoken to like I'm stupid. What happened to friendly customer service? Pro tip: treat your customers well and they will return, don't treat them like you are doing them a favor.

This place sucked, made me wait 20 minutes longer then told, and they messed my food up. When asked how long too remake, they just stood and said " I don't know". I'll never return.

Whoa. Where to begin? Ordering.... The guy at the cash register was super stressed.... I can deal, but no eye contact....we ordered an extra large pizza and a turkey club and bread twists... He said he had to check to see if they had any turkey.... Comes back and says "I don't feel comfortable serving that turkey"... Much appreciate his honesty, but couldn't help but wonder what "questionable turkey" was doing there in the first place and immediately felt sorry for the customers earlier that day who got a cashier who didn't mind serving that same turkey... Yikes, so I asked him if he was comfortable serving the chicken sandwich and he was overly confident in the chicken, so logically it seemed like the right choice. He gives us the total and while handing him out cards we ask if he has a military discount... He says yes, but then swipes the card before altering the total anyways... This made my friend and I crack up, just because it was so bluntly rude, it was humorous. While we were waiting for our food, we took our kids to the play area... Big mistake (I'll post pictures)... It was disgusting. How difficult is it for a staff member to pop in there (5 ft from counter) and pick up all the trash and food in there...it was so filthy I felt guilty to allow my kids in there.... Long story short the unquestionable chicken sandwich was actually pretty good, the pizza sucked, the place was dirty, and I definitely won't return. The second star was for the sandwich and the cashiers honesty about the turkey lol

Coming from San Francisco and this is one of the best pizzas I've tested. Sean one of the managers is amazing, funny and customer service is awesome, I can tell he truly cares about this place and he loves what he does. Ive experience some other managers that obviously seem to not give a crap about their job or keeping the place clean but this place is great. Clean and lots of good pizza, I am very please with the service and the way things run here. Completely different from others places I've been at. I truly recommend this place and their desert pizza is amazing, I am obviously going to come back.

DO NOT FREQUENT! HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! On the evening of September 13, I attempted to place an online order to the franchise located at 2601 N Pearl Street, in Tacoma, WA at 6:05pm. After approximately an hour of waiting, I called the location to check the status. They informed me that they were very busy, but that the order should be to us within five minutes. After about another half an hour of waiting, I called back. They explained to me that it should be there any minute, that the order was with the driver. The clerk, Cory, promised free pizzas as compensation, and apologized. When I inquired about the possibility of the pizzas arriving cold, he replied that if the pizzas were "super cold" we could use our two free pizzas that night. After about another half hour, the next time we were in contact with the restaurant at 8:05pm, it was discovered that our order was mistakenly placed for carryout, not delivery. This was a mistake on our part, apparently. My wife asked Cory if the order was still available for delivery. She was told that it would be over half an hour to wait again, and he was in the process of making our pizzas. Cory continued to insist that it was our fault, and he was doing us a favor by making the pizzas again. He was rude, disrespectful, and argumentative. My wife asked why, if it had been an order for carryout, had he not told us of the mistake when we called at 7:00pm or 7:35pm instead of waiting until 8:05pm. As a result, my wife told Cory that we did not want our order from Round Table, and ended the call as he continued to argue. The issue here seems to be that the staff was unable, for some reason, to thoroughly check and find the root cause of the delay in a reasonable amount of time. We acknowledge our mistake, but just can't discover why it took so long to be realized. This morning, we decided to stop by the location to inform the manager, and let him know about our unsatisfactory experience. We arrived at the location at around 10:30am, about a half an hour before they were set to open. We knocked on the door, and someone came to open the door. I asked the man, "Is there a manager around that we could talk to?" He was confrontational right from the start, and replied back with, "You're looking at one!" I explained that we'd had a bad experience last night, and thought he would want to hear about it. He invited us in the restaurant, and just a minute or two into the explanation, another employee came out of the kitchen. The manager fired off with "Hey, Cory, here's those people from last night - you talk to them." He walked away completely from the conversation and continued working in the kitchen with no further comment. Cory continued to deny being rude and disrespectful, and repeatedly accused us of being in the wrong. We were not looking for a confrontation, or any type of compensation. We were looking to inform the manager. When the situation escalated so quickly, as Cory raised his voice after rolling his eyes and then interrupted my wife as she was trying to explain what customer service we had been expecting, I made the decision that it was time to leave. Clearly, the manager did not care. I made the comment, "It's okay, we won't be back." The final comment from Cory was just flat out unbelievable. "That's okay, we don't need your business." We will NEVER patronize this location again. We love your pizza beyond belief, and it is painful that we can't get pizza from the location five minutes from home. Domino's is not our favorite, but we will choose it, or Little Caesar's over this Round Table location. We have three children, aged 11, 8, and 3 months. We will never again come in for a birthday, or sports banquet, as we have done frequently in the past. We will make sure none of their soccer clubs or little league organizations make the choice to visit Pearl Street Round Table as well. It is really plain disappointing. We would much rather support a locally run franchise than a major corporate brand. But the staff at Pearl Street has given us no other choice. Hopefully, this is an issue that can be resolved for the sake of your other local patrons.

First off, I will say that I really do like Round Tables Pizza, I've never been disappointed with the pizza they serve:) As much as I would like to give this location a 4, I just can't. I know it was a busy Friday night so we weren't expecting too much but when we walked in there was no line, so we thought, YAY, that's a good sign. But nope my husband and I stood there for a couple minutes until addressed our existence, then hollered for someone to come take our order. After deciding on what to order, we went with a large half Maui-Zaui (my fave) and half Italian Garlic Supreme and an order of boneless chicken wing. We were here for my daughter's volleyball banquet, Truman uses this location for alot of after school events. We sat in a room located in the back of the restaurant to accomodate our large group. The service was slow.... 30 minutes for a pizza? Fortunately the pizza was delicious as always but the boneless wings, nope never again. Wings? how about chicken nuggets, small, dry, overly breaded, chicken nuggets, 8 for $6! Wendy's would have been much better for the kiddo, taste and cost. The facility was not very clean, I had to wipe down our chairs and table, thank goodness I carry a diaper bag! Which leads to me needing a booster seat, EEK!!! That was scary:( They had 2 available, I went with the one that had the least amount of material to touch and as I wiped it down, I really should have have taken a picture, FILTHY! All in all, I support Round Table for it's pizza and the contributions they make to the local community, but as far as visiting their location, not so much.

Great round table. The pizza was very good and the staff was nice. Everything at the salad bar was fresh and there were even bread sticks.

I ended up with 7 kids last Friday night, and I had this really bright idea to take all of them out for pizza by myself, I'm brilliant, I know. hahaha After driving around this town looking for a sit down pizza restaurant, and not having much luck we found round table. The cashier was very helpful. I told her that we had never been there before, and how many I was feeding, and she showed me the specials, and when I ordered drinks, she helped me get kids drinks, she was so friendly, and patient while we made up our minds and ordered. The kids played games while we waited, they didn't have many games, but the ones that they had kept the kids attention. The pizza was pretty fast to come out, and everyone there was nice, and didn't seemed to be bothered by so many kids. Helps so much, when kids are made to feel welcome. The pizza tasted pretty good... Tips: A game room with a claw machine would be nice, and keep the kids attentions longer. A menu, and someone to take your order while seated would be nice, instead of having to stand in line with your whole party... We will be back!

Because we had kids with us! And one big kid that thought it sounded like it would have been good to eat pizza. This place isn't to bad. I mean if you are in a pinch and feel like quick cheap pizza, it's there and convenient. We did the pizza buffet thing, and the pizza was fresh out of the oven and the cooks were pretty good at keeping the pizza bar full. Now not sure about hospitality..the cashier lady was in another world, but who cares it's Round table right?

Usually Round Table Pizza is an okay pizza buffet, but this place was dirty and kids working there didn't have any customer service skills. We got there and half the tables had dishes piled up on them, the floor looked like it had not been swept in days, and the salad bar had food scattered everywhere. Maybe their was no supervision or maybe the supervisor never walked into the dining room, but it was disgusting.

I'll start with the plus side here. Great spot for kids to run around and be nuts with little fear of being "in trouble", the free 1942 video game is great, one of my personal favorites growing up. Usually, the pizza is good and the service ok. I took my two boys there last night and was severely disappointed. Ordered 3 person pizzas, salad bar and drinks. To start the salad bar was filthy, nothing in there appeared fresh. The bacon bits weren't even cooked, it was like raw bacon - nasty! 2 of the 3 personal pizza weren't even cooked all the way. Went up to order a desert pizza, there was no line and it was just before a big rush came in, I was happy I got the order in! 10 minutes later, nothing, 15 minutes later nothing. From my past experience working in the pizza industry, I know it only takes somewhere between 7-9 minutes through the oven to bake a full size pizza. 15 minutes was too long. So I go to the counter and ask the guy if my desert pizza was about ready. (The oven was full of pizzas), He said, "Well, yeah, the ticket is right here". I asked if he would check on it, so it pulls the kid over and asks him if he made it and the said, "No, I didn't see it"... Ugh! I told him not to bother, grabbed the kids and left... Overall, not a happy experience. Proceed with cautious expectations.

Pizza was good but the filth was distracting.

Personal favorite: Montague's All Meat Marvel. As the menu says, "Four deliciously seasoned meats. Italian sausage, pepperoni, Italian dry salami, and linguica. Baked with a blend of 3 cheeses on our Zesty Red Sauce. " I think it's the linguica that must give it that extra zip. The restaurant is often times filthy at lunch because it runs an all you can eat pizza buffet which draws a lot of people. However, the people in my office love the buffet. It is a good deal. $8 gets you all you can eat pizza and soda.

So we're regulars at the Pearl Street location....The pizza is awesome as usual. Roundtable Pizza has been a personal favorite for at least 20+ years. If I'm not mistaken, I may have eaten/ordered from this specific location for about as long. The staff at this location are great people and coupled with the food is the reason we keep coming back. Keep up the good work!
