Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

This place is between a lot of things I go to. I have been here under every reincarnation. I was here when it was Hunan Springs. It has been here a while and while it changed hands many times none of the seats have ever been replaced. Most people here were families, teenagers, and men on their lunch breaks . My dad likes going here- he buys a lot of my meals. So there you go. I do like being able to choose whatever I want and double down on chicken skewers when I skip breakfast. The waitress was super fast and everything got refilled rather quickly. It's massively inexpensive for "real" food. As in it couldn't be cheaper unless you went to the dollar menu. But their selection isn't great and choosing a seat is a little like Russian roulette because a lot of their booths have lose seats that flung me forward whenever I wanted to scoot up.

The empty parking lot at 1PM should've been my first clue. The empty dining room, other than my own presence, should've been my second clue. The dried, over-steamed remains of 'something' should've been my fourth clue. The flavorless (except for salt---and lots of it) should've been my fifth clue. The $11.50 check should've been my sixth clue. I don't need a seventh clue. I'm more disappointed in myself than I was in this jumbo waste of time, taste buds and money. Don't eat here. You'll wish that your parents had never met.

Okay... Ladies and gentlemen Get a load of this... I'm on a food hunt with my dad and we're suppose to walk into a competing Italian Spagetti Restaurant, but unfortunately I suggested to waste our hard earned cash on this dump. This buffet literally was like a scene from the movie "Good Bad and the Ugly" western movie; a ghost town. We sat our selves and advanced towards the buffet trays. Upon a glance the buffet trays, the food was old and withered out and buffet structure overall seemed empty from a far. These withered up food were lingering around even on 1:00 PM!!! ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!?!?!? THIS PLACE OFFICIALLY IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST CHINESE BUFFET I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! Happy Eating ebay Blake

This is the grossest place I have ever been! I went to the buffet and they were serving sushi. I put a piece on my plate and a bug crawled off of the food and over my plate! The booths have not been Been cleaned in years I am sure. There was food on the walls and it was totally disgusting. The food looked like it has been out for hours and hours. I would be surprised if you did not get salmonella from this place! Do not eat here!

Empty on a weekend. The bathrooms are dirty as hell. The food is decent but they need to update the furniture. Smh.
