Service was too slow. We waited our order 30 minutes. French fries was too salty. We used to like go to this place . I was dessapointed

Never got a chance to taste food after waiting 15 minute in an empty Resturant no wait staff and the hostesses where clueless as to that fact that no one cared customers might like to eat. Off to 5 guys

One of the baddest customer service ever I'm never coming here again there super slow my food was cold had to wait 15 just for fries and they just gave me 10 fries !!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a bacon burger from the bar. Was not asked how I wanted it and then they delivered a well done burger with I believe American cheese (I usually like cheddar and medium rare burgers). The cheese tastes highly processed and the burger was one of the worst ones I've had at any Red Robin. Not too pleased. My friend ordered the boneless BBQ wings and said there wasn't very many of them, he did order the half order though. It was mostly just chips. They also took extremely long to bring us our checks. However there were plenty of big HDTVs to watch the NBA Playoffs, which was a plus! Not sure if we will be back though.

Have never been fan of this place, yet going there, just confirmed why. Arrived at 9:30, ordered a couple of salads and a burger. The salad presentation was sad, the waitress dropped some of the salad in our water.. The fries are supposed to be bottomless but they purposely bring them out in a 30mins cadence. It takes 5mins for fries to be ready.. The quality of the food was okay, the service was really mediocre, the waitress didn't care about anything but selling us desserts.. Kudos for trying but dang, was she pushy.. The manager ran food, she was as mediocre.. Sigh.. I am going to pass on this one..

Wow this place sucks. I've been to different Red Robin locations and this is the worse, they just don't care about customers, we have been sitting for 20 min. We see managers, hostess, servers passing by and seems like we are invisible. 2 tables sat after us and 2 different servers took their order and we keep waiting for our server!!! After 25 min server Haley notice that we have been ignored the entire time.. She is the only reason this place deserves at least one star!!!

My son and husband went into Red Robin for lunch today. They ordered a Royal Burger and Mac n Cheese. When it came time to pay he forgot his wallet and called me to bring him a credit card. I was busy so I asked if they could take a number over the phone. It can be embarrassing but the manager was cool about it and took care of the fams. Thanks! Good looking out today!

Growing up, I never had a single bad experience at a Red Robin. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lively and fun, and the staff was always super friendly. I started coming to this location because it's more convenient and every single time I have come, I have had a terrible experience. We always had the same hostess and she always gave my group the worst attitude. Being greeted by negativity is the biggest turn off. Service is hit or miss. I've had a few good servers, but I've had many more bad ones. For the people that provide poor service, it is blatantly obvious that they are just going through the motions to make money. They do not care about the customers or their experience. The food is consistent which is good. My only complaint is that you CANNOT advertise bottomless fries and not provide them when the customer asks. It's false advertising. It's happened every single time I've come to this location, and I would say I've been here about 20 times before I finally gave up on this place. I see that other customers have complained about the same thing. I don't know if you have a french fry shortage, but if you don't have the supply to meet the demand, then you shouldn't advertise it.

I received their response to the WA AG notice, looks like a lawyer wrote it as opposed to a customer advocate, they deny my 'allegations' and claim how they have a trademark on bottomless fries among other things in their defense. I wonder if I take a trademark on flyer of fighter jets, will that make me a genuine pilot ? Talk about failing logic 101. They do not address any of my issues directly and also dont talk about multiple independent people having the same poor experiences on the Yelp page. Overall they claim I perceived a bad experience so not even an acknowledgement there of their restaurant being poorly run. No mention of restaurant being retrained either. Overall a shitty response from what I can see is a disinterested and indifferent company. Everyone who has problems getting advertised stuff should take them to task and complain to the AG office. WA residents can complain here : fortress.wa.gov/atg/form…

Getting good service is like winning the lottery. Our waiter was VERY competitive. Another waiter was taking our order because they were so busy, and he was yelled at by our waiter. Totally unprofessional, we felt so bad for the kid, he was so nice about it. He totally didn't deserve to be treated like that. I have had maybe one server who kept me coming back but, since they moved on, I stopped coming. I went back tonight in hopes of reclaiming another restaurant, but was throughly disappointed. The food was awful. And don't take that lightly. I ordered a burger and I rang it out, and my basket was COVERED in grease. Talk about unappealing! I also got only 5 fries....... I don't think I'll be coming back here any time soon. Servers are ok, unless you're leaving a tip, they don't care about you. Leaving a restaurant unsatisfied and still hungry isn't the way to run a business. ******Update****** the business owner contacted me, to try and give me a better experience. I gave them my direct into and I haven't heard from them in 4 months. Whoo. It's disappointing, I used to love that place.

Most burgers are great. Not always asked how I want my burger. Weekend rush can delay the bottom less fries.

As a vegetarian, it's so great to have a burger place that is so accommodating to vegetarians. Red Robin is a chain, so the food quality tends to be consistent across all branches. I've been to this Redmond branch a few times and the service and food are great. Great place for a group dinner or to grab something to go.

I have to say that quality of Red Robin places in this area have gone down. From last 3-4 experiences, I felt that the 148th Ave Red Robin is better than the Redmond Town Center, but our latest visit prove otherwise. The service is slow and not courteous. We asked for fries (they are bottomless remember) to get started early but the server listened and didn't get fries until our onion rings and food was on table. Neither the boca patty nor the chicken on the Ensenada chicken platter were well done. The fries were hot and their seasoning is still good :-).

I had a great time with good company. Bar was a comfortable nice setting. Nothing too impressive though. (But it is red robin) Fried zucchini and mushrooms were delicious. We got the black and blue burger which was SUPER yummy. To drink I had a martini which was decent, and my friend had a couple margeritas (which were super sweet-but some people like them that way). For how slow the bar was I felt like the drinks took kind of a long time to come out. But I know that sometimes when it's slow it's easy to lag a bit. But nothing too ridiculous. Service and food and drinks were good. Nothing impeccable but it wasn't a BAD experience. So why only 2 stars? Well. I got my bill and apparently red robin charges for a "double" beverage when you get a martini. Which I asked about and was told that "a martini IS a double". (I have NEVER experienced that-it's a regular drink I get when going out). I didn't want to make a fuss. So I paid for my bill and left and proceeded to call all my bartender friends to ask if that is something they've encountered and all said NO. In addition for anyone who is curious. A regular liquor drink has 1.5oz of alcohol. A shot is the same. 1.5oz. So a double would come out to 3oz. If I was getting 3oz of liquor in my martini 1)from what I've known to be true you cannot legally serve someone a DOUBLE when they order what is a single beverage. 2)a martini has 2oz of alcohol (which at any other establishment would require an extra dollar or 2 for the 1/2oz of extra liquor. 3) i also recall that you cannot charge someone for what they did not receive. And I did not receive 3oz of vodka. So I would like to know who drank that extra 1oz I paid for. Yes I realize I went to red robin. Yes I realize this might be an overreaction. BUT it's the point that what they're doing is shady and could potentially be borderline illegal under laws in place by the liquor control board. When it comes to booze. You can't charge someone for what they didn't get.

My friend and I came in for a to go order and our waiter, Stephen, was fantastic! He was very nice and even though he was super busy he made sure to make time for our order even though it was packed. Stephan went above and beyand. Will definitely come back here!

So most every red robin is the same to me. The food is always constantly good. And if anything is wrong usually fixed quickly. This was my first time at this location. And it reminded me of all the others. Everything came out great and how we asked. My only complaint is I am not a fan of the new menu.

To start off, I love Red Robin. They normally have the best overall selection and once in a while, I treat myself to the prime rib dip and the mud pie after. Around the middle of last year, I decided to have my birthday with family and friends at this Red Robin. This was probably the worst birthday dinner I have ever had! The food was mediocre and tasted like it was left out for a while. I ordered a shake and after reminding our waiter 3 times, I told him to cancel it we were done with our meals. We also tried to order more fries but not one person got any for the entire time we were there. So much for Red Robin's policy. At the end, I spoke with the manager explaining what had happened but he didn't seem very interested to hear this. In all, we will definitely not come back to this Red Robin again.

Decided to give it another try today. Beer was terrific (Elysian IPA) and the Tavern Double was perfect. My last review wasn't very kind but today was good. Noelle is an outstanding bartender!!!!

Taking one star back. Reason being the service here is a bit slow. It can take a while for the food to come out, especially if your group is large. It made sense that they did serve baskets of fries while the rest of the food was still being made. Today, had a Tavern double burger with bacon ($7.99) and an Irish beer shake ($4.59). The double burger is a smaller burger then the standard options, but paired with the bottomless fries, it is more than enough food. Especially if you get an app or drink. The burger was standardly good. Just what you would expect a burger with bacon to taste like. The bacon supposedly had an aioli, but I didn't taste it really. Shame as that would have took this burger to the next level. The Irish beer shake is a limited time drink available now, assumedly to culminate with the upcoming St. Patrick's Day. It is a mix of Guiness, Jameson whiskey and ice cream. Ingredients that can do no wrong. I wasn't sold on the drink at first, but it eventually won me over. Also, it is reasonably priced for a boozy shake. I would get this over a pint of beer. The food here is good. Though the service can be slow. Still I find this to be a great place for large groups to go since the restaurant is huge and the menu is crowd pleasing. Proximity to MS is also a nice selling point.

Salty food, servers with shirts so low cut it's a "wardrobe malfunction" waiting to happen and tables so close together you get bumped every single time someone walks by. Not an experience I care to repeat. Even worse, I gave Red Robin detailed feedback on exactly what went wrong with our visit and asked for someone to contact me to help make this right. I just got a canned response saying they'll use my comments in future trainings. I know I shouldn't expect a lot from cheap chains like RR, but their service and lack of response to customer concerns is bad even for them. Avoid this location!

Not sure what makes this Red Robin go bob-bob-bobbin' along. Disclaimer: my son used to work at different Red Robin locations, from Puyallup to San Diego to Del Mar. I've eaten my fair share of burgers and imbibed Flat on Your Beaks up and down the coast. This location was the worst of any burger joint, much less a Red Robin, that I've eaten at. Maybe it was an off night. I can only hope so. Details: Steak fries and onion straws were slightly underdone. The meat in my burger was split in half and an attempt had been made to glue it together with cheese. I'm a big fan of cheese as glue, but this was a burger that should've been consumed by a staffer in the back room, not sent to a paying customer. Because it was split, one half kept falling out. Minus three stars for this alone! Birthday songs at these kinds of places are ubiquitous. Usually, I like looking around to see who the birthday person is and enjoy the staff trying to drum up enthusiasm for whatever birthday song their company makes them sing. This time, however, the song went on for quite a while, such that our waiter never came back to see how we were doing. After our food was dropped onto our table, we didn't see him again until he appeared with our bill...not even bothering to ask if we wanted anything else (which we did). He did re-do the bill with our newly requested item, but where's the service in that? Also: malteds were low on malt. A real bummer. In any case, there's too many other burger places in town for me to go back to this location again. Ever.

Can't go wrong with any Whiskey River BBQ items - burger, chicken, or wrap! I've always had great service at this RR and I'll keep going back.

This Red Robin's location has been here for years. I grew up in this area and while there are a lot of restaurants now, pre-Microsoft campus, this area was kind of out in the boonies...there were literally horse farms in this area people! RR was pretty much all we had. I've been coming here with my parents as long as I can remember and for that reason this location has a special place in my heart. The food here isn't going to win any culinary awards or anything, but it's mighty tasty. I don't care how much of a foodie you are, you gotta give it up for the Robin Bacon Burger and all-you-can-eat steak fries. The BBQ Chicken Wrap is also a winner in my opinion.

There are things I do, and don't, like about Red Robin. The biggest thing I don't like is how crazy busy they are! No matter what time you go here, seems like it's always a zoo. And even if the place isn't packed, you don't really get any feel of privacy in this place. It's always noisy and fast paced. The drinks are very good - from non-alcoholic beverages like the strawberry lemon-aid, to their alcoholic beverages - but they are way over priced! The burgers are good, with a wide selection (the swiss mushroom is my fav) but if you are going with your friends, and you aren't a burger person, your choices will be limited. For what you get, I don't think the burgers are overpriced; just the drinks. Service a lot of times is slow, and your waiter or waitress can be hard to find in the mess of all the other tables. I like their food, but not really big on the experience.

My kids think this place is medium at best. Now that they're a wee bit older the novelty has worn off and the lack of reputable service is more apparent to them. The food arrives quickly but is inconsistent in quality and accuracy. Service is hit or miss with it usually being a miss. We are very "good" customers as I waited tables through college and I get it. However, the majority of the wait staff here are more interested in the daily gossip of their co-workers than the contentment of their patrons. If I'm going out to eat, I'm willing to spend money, so please, just ask me if I want something else before the uncontrollable urge to put down my check in front of me becomes unbearable!

It is standard Red Robin fare. I have had both really bad experiences at this location, and really good ones. So I guess it averages out. The staff is either kind and attentive or extremely slow and non-existent. The food is the same as every other RR nothing fantastic but decent. I don't know what else to say it is RR.

I may be an anomaly but I consider Red Robin to be one of the best places for a vegetarian burger. While most places only offer the garden burger option, Red Robin can sub in a boca patty or a veggie patty in almost every burger on their menu. Their menu is flexible in many other ways as well - burger buns can be replaced by lettuce wraps and the variety they offer with salad dressings is incredible! Their food is pretty darn delicious too. Bottomless salted caramel milkshake, mmmmmm. The bleu cheese ribbon burger is delectable - mostly due to the delicious combination of bleu cheese with onion straws. And the endless garlic cheese fries, what a guilty pleasure! This particular Red Robin is filled with some really friendly servers who are ever patient with our boisterous, picky group of friends. In true fast food fashion, service is always prompt! Additionally, who doesn't love a restaurant thats open till 11pm?? Little tip : the endless baskets of fries actually run out around 10.45pm, make sure to order your fill by then!

This was a very disappointing experience. I ordered the Prime Rib Dip and the roll was very stale. At $13.99 I was expecting something of a much higher quality than just a burger. As for the "bottomless fries" I have yet to have them replenished in this location. The 9 or 10 fries that I got with my sandwich were pretty good though. Our waitress never came back to replenish either fries or drinks or to see how our food was for us. She did offer my husband another drink along with our check but we were more than ready to go by then. I will not return to this location, we'll hit the Five Guys right across the parking lot.

While many of the chain restaurants attempt to "jazz" up their menus and fail miserably - Red Robin is getting it right: from non burger options to flexible sides (fruit, salads), to fun appetizers and drinks this place gets my vote. I love their loyalty program that does not demand any "hoops" to jump through to make it useful.

Friday night and at 6:30 tables are open. Definitely less business than inbthe past. Good service and still the full menu of terrible choices. (Tasty, just terrible for you.) I had fish and chips. Lots of fish (4 pieces) and it was good quality. Unfortunately it was only about 90 degrees. Also thin on chips although if I had to vote for one or the other, more fish is definitely the best.

The food is wonderful and is what you expect from Red Robin's. However, the restaurant is very busy and it is difficult to get good service. I was not offered additional fries and my water was not re-poured. I think that the service is below par, but the food is absolutely delicious!

I'm a huge Red Robin fan, but despite having the same menu and decor, they are not all the same. This is my least favorite RR location. The bar for HH is fun, and the waiters I've had in the bar area are attentive, but whenever we've eaten in the restaurant proper, we've been sorely disappointed. In fact, last time we were there, it was so bad, we decided not to come back to this location, preferring instead to hop on 520 and drive the 8 minutes or so to the Redmond Town Center location. Why? Service, service, service. For our family, it's always been slow at this particular site. And the last time we were there, it was SO slow, and when our food finally came out, it was tepid at best.

Hostess was outgoing, and delightful....service was extremely slow. Waited 10 minutes to be greeted, another 15 that for our order. 3 tables around us got their food first. We ate our entire meal before we were checked back on.

I remember this place being awesome when I was in high school and even a couple of years ago. But it's just gone down hill. My dad and I went in to place a to go order. They had one person manning the bar. Yet several other servers were just hanging out by the drink station or hamming it up by the bathroom. Not sure what's so appealing with the bathroom. But nonetheless, this place is poorly managed and the food is just blah. I'm used to bad customer service coming from the DC area, but this is just sad for the NorthWest. Needless to say we will not be coming back. And our milkshakes...I'm pretty sure my son wasn't with us, but we damn sure got kiddie sized milkshakes. Total rip off. I almost cussed the girl out who made them, but I'm working on a better me.

Every time I come to this place they get my sons order wrong and he's the only reason why we come here. He has dairy and gluten allergies. Most recent time was yesterday and they put cheese on his burger when I said he has dairy allergies as well as gluten. I had no idea until I asked him how his burger was and he said good, it has cheese too! I quickly took it from him and told the waitress when she finally came back that he has a diary allergy and there's cheese on his burger. I barely got an apology out of it and they gave him another burger. The check came and I was thinking they would take his dinner off as a way to make the situation right and they didn't. Usually if there is an issue like this the manager would pop over and make sure things were okay considering my son ate 1/4th of the burger. Nope! The visit before they put his burger on a regular bun and the visit before that they didn't have gluten free buns. Won't be coming back to this location. Red robin has gone downhill in service for sure!

So, we all know what we're gonna get at Red Robin, whatever the location, but I have to give a big shout-out to this one. Went this past Sunday, arrived with a party of 7, about 4.50pm. Place was very quiet, we were starving and expected to get eating real soon. Things went down hill very fast, not being served, eventually placing orders for apps and drinks that never arrived and we were ticked off. Things went even more downhill from there, but hooray for Davina (?) the manager. She came out, put things right, food arrived/was delicious/devoured in record time :) It's great to see a manager doing their job, and she was brilliant. Sad that the service hecked up, maybe they were just having a bad day but nice to find a place that cared about customer service.

I'm SHOCKED at how many Red Robins there are in the Bellevue/Washington area. Red Robin is a oldie but a goodie for us. We enjoy it. Is it super special and unique? Nope. But can you always plan on having a good burger, fries, and a drink? You sure can!

Wow I can't believe I have not reviewed this restaurant. I have been going there since high school. I won't divulge for how many years.. Let's just say it is in the double digits and they used to serve fried zucchini sticks, chili burger, and pasta. Now I go with my kiddo. The restaurant has not changed at all. It is in desperate need of updating. The tables have residual grease from over the years. Food is still decent. I appreciate the many choices of sides and fries. I also appreciate that they can make any burger with boca patty. The last couple of times I went there the reward card computer was broken. What is the point of rewards card if I can't redeem points and freebies.

Ok so we eat here quite frequently. I have to be gluten free or am sick. RR is awesome about gluten allergies! They know there stuff, have a separate fryer for the fries so it is safe for people who can't do gluten. It makes me feel more relaxed knowing I can order and not worry I'll get sick after. Rarely a mistake will happen with an order (life happens right?), if it does they are on it quickly courteously, and do something extra to make amends. What more could you ask for? Oh yeah - their food is good! I've found this to be true at all the different RR I've visited over the years. It remains my go to place for a burger!

My sister and I are vegetarians, and they have Boca burgers and Garden burgers available, which you can substitute for any gourmet burger they make. I really don't like their steak fries. For the price you pay, the french fries should be fabulous. Why have "bottomless" fries, if they are not excellent? Steak fries are mealy, and taste mushy. When you think of good fries, they usually have their skins on, they're thinner, and are crisp outside, firm (not mealy) inside. If they had really tasty fries, they could truly be a total gourmet burger place.
(3)
Juan C.
Two visits; one a second chance visit. Decidedly unimpressed. The burgers are just barely larger than sliders, and they seem to think they are solid gold. Service slow, sloppy, poor, inattentive, and their "bottomless" fries took so long to get any more of, I just hit bottom. Their prices are ludicrous for the quality, quantity, and service. Two local taverns have FAR better burgers: top burger in the area: Daman's. Second best: MugShots Burgers and Brew; both are far superior in meat quality, size, flavor, service, and value. Unless I have an overwhelming urge to throw away money, I will not be back to a Red Robin.

This red robin was a lot larger than I expected. We had a party of 8 so I called about 15 min ahead and our table was ready when we arrived. I like that red robin allows for customization of the food, but it's still somewhere I would go to, but not necessarily choose to go to. Had the chicken sandwich w/ mozzerella and tomato. I liked the burger b/c it wasn't the typical super greasy burger. Service was fine too.

We decided to try this location on a Friday night and we settled in at the main bar. The speed of service, accuracy, attentiveness, and quality of food was unimpressive. The bar staff was not exceptionally busy at the time either. We split a clucks and shrimp basket which was overpriced at $12.99. A total of 2 medium mediocre chicken strips and 6 tiny pieces of shrimp. I had to immediately order a different bottomless fry because they gave it to me COLD, not even the slightest bit warm. Save your time and money go to DQ or Ivars first instead. Then come here for drinks. We left still hungry and disappointed. At least the bartender was on the ball with my blended cocktail.

Their yelp account says midnight, and their door has no closing hours written. We walked in exactly at eleven. Stood there for ten minutes, multiple employees saw us, but no one told us they were closed till after we stood there in the waiting area for those 10+ minutes. Great customer service...

I enjoyed a nice dinner with my fiance here during happy hour. It wasn't very crowded and our waiter was pretty awesome. I ordered the turkey baja club as a wrap - I didn't realize it was going to come out hot though so that was kind of strange. For happy hour none of the bottled beers are discounted so my Corona was more expensive than I was expecting. The $3.50 margarita on the other hand was a great deal and delicious. My fiance had a rum and coke and it was strong but the rum didn't taste very good. Pretty standard Red Robin but I found the staff here to be better than at other RRs. The kitchen was quick and the drinks were good. Our waiter even stopped by just before happy hour was over to see if we wanted another drink, which was quite nice of him. Not the best happy hour, but with good food and lack of crowd it's a good place to catch a bite after work.

While it's a chain and I usually am not the biggest fan of chains I do like Red Robin. I've never been to a Red Robin that was bad. The burgers are good, the fries are nice and the service is usually pretty friendly. Yes the burger is a bit pricer then other places but they are usually pretty good (I like that they let you have your burger cooked with a little pink in the middle).
(4)
Amy K.
The food is relatively consistent with any other Red Robin I have been to--ie, pretty good for chain food and our go-to for an easy burger. But we don't have kids and I HATE getting automatically seated in the bar every time we try to eat here, even when the restaurant isn't all that busy. Although this location is closer to home, we'll go to Bellevue Square or Redmond Town Center from now on.
(2)
Damion W.
I've been to Red Robin twice - both here in Redmond. The burgers are good and the service relatively fast. The bartender was very attentive while I waited for my to-go order. If there was one convenient to my home, I'd certainly stop in occasionally. Unfortunately, the one they're building in Gainesville is connected to the mall, so not likely to see me there.
(3)
Dusty D.
We go to Red Robin quite often, as the burgers are tasty and fast. After 100's of visits to RR without a hitch they, finally goofed up my order last night. They immediately brought me out a basket of fries, apologized profusely, and even gave me a gift card for my next visit. I've always had great service here and will be a loyal customer for years to come!

Gluten-free buns for $1 and will help you identify food safe for your diet. The server will mark your ticket "Allergy Alert" and that means extra cleaning of the grill, changes of gloves, and several steps of extra quality-control checking, usually including a manager "drop-by" to make sure that all is well. They make a little fuss to make sure that things are good for you without making you feel like a jerk, and they exercise good discretion in how much they communicate with you about it. Chances of being accidentally "glutened" once you make them aware: very low. Still, be careful about things that include soy sauce; that one's easy to overlook as a gluten ingredient.

I like their happy hour specials, especially the peach and strawberry margaritas. Decided to give the Oktoberfest burger a shot - it looked great on the covers. We were pleased to see that the burger looked just as pictured. The taste - big disappointment. The patty was not as big, juicy or tasty, the lettuce was not fresh or crispy, the bun was dry and there was very little cheese or onion. The overall taste was bland and the fries with no salt or taste were not helping. I had to drink a lot of water and kind of forced fed myself to get it over with. Red Robin appetizers were good but their quality, burger tastes need to be wayyyy better for the price they charge. I might do a Red Robin if I am a part of a group who decides to go but I would not willingly go there for their food again. Maybe just the happy hour drinks but that's it.

Short version: average food, far less than average service. If you want red robin, go to a different location. Long version: We all know what to expect coming I to a red robin as far as the quality of the food is concerned. It's mediocre, affordable burgers, fries and other American classics. If you want the best burger of your life, you should know by now a big chain isn't gonna do it, and if they did, you need to stop eating out so darn much and ask grandma to make you a burger. The food was exactly as expected. Nothing amazing, nothing terrible (however, my fish and chips were dripping grease, but that's what I get for ordering fish and chips at a burger place). What irritated me most was the service. The waitress was friendly enough, smiling and whatnot, but i don't think she knew what she was doing. Even though she was training another girl, I'm not sure she'd ver been trained. Here are some gripes I had with my experience here yesterday written as tips for the waitstaff: 1 Bring out plates with the appetizers. 2 Do not stack plates of food on top of each other when bringing entrees to customers. 3 When you bring out entrees, and there is nothing left of the appetizer, clear those plates, especially if the customer has to stack things to make entrees fit. 4 Your employer advertises bottomless fries. Don't let a customer sit there for 10+ minutes without any before your manager happens to walk by and ask if they want more. I would have been satisfied with the service if only one or 2 of those things happened, but when it all happens and there's 3 occupied tables in your section (I went at 2-ish pm. Not peak eating time) something's gotta give. I do not recommend this location.

The staff looks like they've been rode hard and put away wet. This location is alright. Came here when I was in high school about once a week, now its down to about once or twice a year. My all time favorite RR meal is the Whiskey River BBQ burger- sub a garden patty *burnt* (I tell them to run it through the conveyor belt cooker 2-3x! Hockey puck status). Garden burgers are amazing. On my last visit I made the mistake of ordering wings. They were terrible. Awful. The Woodinville location has much better wings. My brothers Burnin' Love burger was ghastly (Gordon Ramsey), way way over seasoned. Not a very fun dinner. Glad to see they now offer a Happy Hour but their drinks are still pretty damn expensive.

Although I love Red Robin - my experience here with one of the servers was terrible. I've never been treated as poorly as I had with her. In all fairness - which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 - I do like their burger and food - I suggest going to the Lincoln Square one.

The food is just what you expect (chain restaurants tend to be the same everywhere) but this particular location, more often than not I've been unhappy with the service. The last time I was there the service made me downright angry, regarding a difference between what they told us we would be charged when I asked and what we actually were charged when the bill came. So, I've decided there's no reason to go to this location any more when there's another Red Robin 10-15 minutes in every direction.

Came Sunday afternoon 2:30PM with my wife and daughter as we were hungry, after wating 15 min I tried to get the waiter's attention as we didnt get any drinks, looks like no one cares, At first I thought they assisting another customer, when after several minutes of not seeing anyone emerge, other customers came after us already order and got there drinks and water, looks like they deliberately avoided us. My wife was so upset The waiter never came to take our order we left after waiting 25 Min there. I use to go Redmond town center one sometime for lunch, they seems Ok On the way I was telling my wife that Red Robin is voated as bedt kid friendly restaurant I saw in some magazine.. No sure how :-( or unless it's paid... I told manager she offered a quick to go food , but my wife was so upset we left.. I'd have to say we won't be back again, and probably not eat at Red Robin any more as a result even in Redmond Town center one.

Like I've said before, I like my burgers super flavorful--why would I want to eat a bland burger? The burgers on the menu sound really good, and really promising. So the last time we came here to eat, I ordered the peppercorn burger, because I've tried a similar burger elsewhere and it was SO GOOD. However, the burger I received was kind of small, and it wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped. Dare I say it... It was actually a bit too bland for me. I was slightly disappointed, but Red Robin has bottomless fries, so that is a definite plus. I might come here again, because I want to try their other burgers, and also because I've tried their banzai burger and burning love burger, both of which are actually really good. So all hope is not lost. I still like this place. It's a great place to hang out with friends and maybe grab a beer in the bar area.

WARNING! They have DRASTICALY Change their menu! Gone - French Onion Soup, Just-in-Quesadilla just to name a few. Red Robin has always had a very limited menu for me, since I'm not a fan of low quality beef. So normally when we go here I would get a cup of French Onion soup and a 1/2 order of the Quesadillas. Last Friday night we stopped in at 5:55pm just skirting under the happy hour time. But no wait staff was around to help. I got up to ask the hostess, which were obviously poorly trained in customer service. Too young to understand that the customer pays your wages!!! When I asked them nicely just to help me get a server before the 6pm time I literally got a no. Really? NO? Nothing we can go for you if it's past 6pm. It's not, hello? Management desperately needs to send these kids back to school. Anyway... When I got back to the table luckily a server had arrived and took our happy hour order just in the nick of time. Then I finally had a chance to look at the new menu. EVERYTHING that I normally eat was GONE. What bean counter decided to take off the most popular item on the appetizer menu? Our happy hour mushrooms arrived, YUCK, swimming in oil and undercooked at the same time. And who serves fried mushrooms with chili sauce? ewwww. Our happy hour drinks arrived, probably the smallest $7 margarita on the planet. Not really a deal??? We ended up ordering entrees that we've had before. They were fine, but ended up upsetting both of our stomachs later. In the end, we were treated poorly, small portions and HIGH prices. We will no longer be going to Red Robin.

Was served great. I received what I ask for. Although RR isn't that cheap, the burger was still large enough to satisfy. I think they also give you free refills. When I drank the entire cup of soda, I was given another one before I even noticed! Thanks

Their happy hour deals are great - $2.50 wells and select drafts, $3.50 "specialty" drafts and gold margaritas. Honestly you will be hard pressed to find drinks with prices lower than this in Redmond/Bellevue. We can usually go here on a Friday afternoon after work, have 2 drinks each and a wrap or burger, and get out for under $40. Their burgers are fine, not the best by any stretch, but food comes out quick and is satisfying. The service at this location is usually better than the RTC location, and certainly better than the Issaquah location. Food is probably 3 stars, happy hour is a 5, service is about a 4. So 4 stars overall sounds about right.

Good service, good food, good price This chain is always a decent stop for a good burger. Nice atmosphere, friendly people. Red Robin will always be a place to go for me.

It's Red Robin. Not great, not terrible. What really gets me about this place, though, is that they don't take reservations. As a restaurant that bills itself as family- and group-friendly, one would expect them to be able to accomodate large groups, especially since it's a hotspot for kids birthdays. Not the case. I've come here twice on a team lunch, and since we were unable to make reservations, we end up standing around for 20+ minutes while the hosts blink blankly and look around, as if they're hoping some large tables will appear. Last time was the last straw, as they let us stand in the lobby for the requisite 20 minutes while waiting for a table large enough to open up, meanwhile seating smaller parties ahead of us - and finally decided to break us up into smaller parties and seat us in booths. If that was the solution, couldn't we have done that without the wait? I don't have anything to say about the food, as it's fine. It's the service that's subpar. If you don't take reservations and present yourself as a good place for groups, then be able to actually take care of groups!

Went for happy hour with friends....they no longer have happy hour. So far only Overlake, but rest of red robin will follow! The best deal in town just became one of the worst! We used to come weekly, no more!!! Limited menu with only 1 wine on the "special". Bad decision corporate.

I barely can give our experience 1 star rating! The restaurant was filthy...including the restrooms! Even the vases, counters, etc...were dusty and dirty! The receptionist kept mixing up the names and numbers of guests on the wait list. After 20 min of watching others go ahead of us, we asked what was going on....They were rude and said they were "working on it." We could see many empty tables that were not cleared and cleaned, so guests could not be seated...slow & sloppy table service! IF we had not had 2 very tired and hungry children, we would have moved on. When we were finally seated at a table with a dirty floor and sticky bench, the waitress asked if she could get the kids order in first to get their food out asap. We did that, but our adult order still came almost 5 min before the kids...a long wait for children! Water was never brought to the table...we had to ask. The food was Red Robin and we enjoyed it! BUT...when our bill arrived, we had been charged for an extra glass of wine and it needed to be adjusted. We have been going to Red Robin Restaurants for many years, but it was such a bad experience and atmosphere, that we will not be back! The ONLY reason for a 1 star...the food was as expected AND our waitress did the very best she could! She was very apologetic for such slow service...that was a kitchen issue! She tried and was very nice!

I am pretty sure all I do is eat Red Robin. Is that a bad thing? For my waist line, yes. But the food is good! Just because its a chain, doesn't mean the food can't be good. I am not a fan of chain burger places. I hate Applebee's, and Chili's, and not a huge fan of TGIF. But Red Robin is delicious! I will definitely agree with Allie S. that the fries here are kinda hit or miss. But this location, it was a hit for me! I always order my fries extra crispy, and this location got it right the first time! Which never happens. They needed a little bit more salt, but nothing a little ranch dressing couldn't help. My new favorite burger at RR is the Blue Ribbon Burger, which I ordered here. We also had just joined the Red Robin Royalty program, so we got a free appetizer. And after we order 9 burgers, the 10th one is free. I am not usually a fan of those programs, because I don't eat there enough, but this one seemed worth it to me. We got the Onion Rings and Mozzarella sticks. I already knew that I loved the onion rings here, but OMG the Mozzarella sticks are heavenly. I love fried cheese, how have I never tried these before?!?!?!? We filled up on the appetizers, so we took most of our burgers home for left overs. And it was still very good warmed up the next day. We went there at 7 pm on a Friday night, and expected to have to wait, but this location was huge, so we were seated right away, which was awesome. I am like a toddler, and hate waiting. Our Server was great too, we always had refills for our drinks, and he got us a box for our leftovers, and didn't seem to mind us sitting there letting our food digest for awhile after finishing dinner. My only complaint was that the appetizer came out, and like 5 minutes later our food came out, which meant we were trying to eat all of it at once, and I was afraid my burger would get cold, and I felt rushed. But in the end, it all worked out!

I visited this Red Robin at the request of a coworker, I'm not generally fond of chain restaurants in the style of Friday's or Bennigan's. At least my expectations were set properly. The service was attentive, the walls filled with plasticky garish (what they were going for, I imagine.) I ordered the mac & cheese with side salad and a chocolate malt. The portions of both were big, which was nice, but while I couldn't finish my meal, I had little interest in taking it back with me. The "four" cheeses seemed to be a bland, rubbery cheddar strung on top, the blue cheese salad dressing was fair, but too salty. I felt up to my gills in brine from everything but the malt. I appreciate that it's a local chain, but if I'm going to pay ~15$ for an entree and drink, I'd expect slightly better than bland microwaved-from-a-bag product. Hell, Kraft is better. When you make Friday's look tasteful and healthy by comparison, something is amiss.

I love them bottomless fries. Its a good place to satisfy your hunger when you really crave that fries. The place is very centrally located and has outdoor seating as well. Taking Washington state's weather I think its better to be seated inside unless you really want to play truth or dare with Mother Nature.

Great burger chain. I go there when I feel a need for unlimited steak fries and their Whiskey river burger, I go with the grilled chicken variety, covered in bbq sauce, cheddar cheese, and crispy onion straws. I am also fond of their chicken strips and their chicken ceaser salad varieties. The strawberry lemonade is good to. It is mainly a burger joint, but they have salads, pastas, appetizers, and they are always coming up with some new concoction. They also have a full bar, though I have not been thrilled with their cocktail-making skills. Shakes are great though. P.s. always clean, and friendly efficient service. P.p.s. Might want to avoid on a friday or saturday evening, filled with kids and teens. Unless you like that kind of thing. And there is always the bar section where kids are not allowed.

The burgers are delicious, I'm not going to lie. It's difficult to find good burgers around here...and this is our fall back place for lunch or dinner. Most of the time, the fries are over-seasoned. I don't really like a lot of seasoning. Sometimes they are just perfect and other times I can't eat them. A word of advice: Unless you like the sound of yelling, giggling teenagers, do NOT go on a Friday night. Made that mistake once...it didn't make me mad because I remember what it was like to be out with friends having fun on the weekends, but now when I go with my family, the noise level is overwhelming. The waiters are pretty inattentive. We had our waiter apologize to us for not coming around AT ALL because it was his cousin's birthday (table of teenagers) and it was his job to make sure they had a fun time. Okay, yes, but that table was not your only table. We still gave him a good tip...why, I have no idea. Probably because we were embarrassed to leave less than $5 and our bill was around $28. If you go to this location on weekday nights or during the day on the weekend, the experience is MUCH better.

Wow, what a zoo at noontime on a Friday. Despite the crowds we were seated and served very quickly. I had the Prime RIb Dip sandwich that came with steak fries and coleslaw. And despite the mega-corporate image of Red Robin, I have to say the Prime Rib Dip and coleslaw were excellent. Loved the dill tarter sauce that came with the fries. Menu is somewhat limited: salads, sandwiches, burgers and pasta.

I'm usually impressed by this location, especially since the wait is usually small (both with seating and food arrival). But the last three times we went, we felt like someone forgot us. Once we got left with empty plates until our server came back from his break, once we were given our meals without drinks (no lube, no good!) and once the meal just took forever. We always order the same thing, so we have to conclude the variety in the wait depends on the time of day. Four stars because the food is good, fast, easy, and the people are nice.

Good burgers and decent service, when its "on". Rest of fare and menu are pretty typical chain restaurant fare though...pretty greasy.

Came in late Thursday night with my wife. My wife was craving fish and we thought we'd be too late to get to Ivar's and I recalled that the fish sandwiches at Red Robin were pretty tasty, so we stopped in. I ordered the fish sandwich and my wife got the fish and chips. It took some time for our waiter to get around to us, he apologized and attributed the delay to a group of 10 or so high school students, who were trying to pay individually. Another server had brought our water over. My wife has sensitive teeth, but I had forgotten to ask for water with no ice for her. I tried to get the attention of the server, saying excuse me and waving my arms but he just kept walking to the back. The waiter finally came back with our order and I asked him if we could get a glass of water without ice, and after 5 minutes he brought it over. My fish was a bit bland and had very little tarter on the bun, and I had forgotten to ask for extra tarter sauce for my fries. My wife was complaining to me that her fish didn't seem quite cooked enough, and asked if mine was the same. I didn't think so, I told her, but I was so hungry at that point, I'm not sure I'd even notice. She continued to eat, but I still needed some tarter for my bland fish. I tried to get the waiter's attention, as he looked right at me, then made a left turn to take a different route. At first I thought he was assisting another customer, when after several minutes of not seeing him emerge, my informed me that he was back in the kitchen area, and that there were no customers in the section he had travelled. He had deliberately avoided me! I got up and walked back to the prep area, looking around and opening a cooler cabinet, when the waiter came over to me and asked if he could help me. I told him he could have helped me 10 minutes ago, when I was trying to get some more tarter sauce, but it appeared I was going to have help myself. He said he would bring it out. He didn't even offer an apology. My wife told me she wanted some ketchup for her fries and then I realized that he didn't even offer to bring us any. I got tired of waiting for him and got up to another table to get some. The waiter came back and asked if we wanted some more fries, and I said yes. He hadn't walked 10 feet before coming back, and asked "Did you say you wanted more fries?' I said again yes. I asked my wife, if I was talking to low that perhaps he didn't hear me. She said I she understood perfectly well, and she was further away than the waiter. After dropping $30 bucks and such bad service I'd have to say we won't be back again, and probably not eat at Red Robin any more as a result. I know it's a chain and I would hope other locations are better, but I'm not going to be saying Red Robin......................yum, anytime soon.

My son & I were starving and came here. They sat us at a really small table and I hate them small tables, so we moved. I find it interesting that they give the nutritional values menus to the food. WoW! But we still ate here. I had some kind of sliders, 3 of them and there were tasty. I like the fries here also. The ice tea was ok, they have the yellow stuff. My kid likes the strawberry lemon aide, and it is bottomless. The waiter was friendly too.

For a chain, they're pretty good. I give them 2 stars, but in all honesty, I eat here quite a bit and have been to this particular Red Robin at least a dozen times, and I'll keep coming back, it's just that there a lot of better places out there. First of all, for the main course, I only come here for burgers. For the price, I consider them to be a great value (which is what keeps me coming back). Every so often they have new burgers on special, so those are a nice treat, especially if you're someone who tires of the same menu. They also offer them with "some pink in the middle", as they don't use the terminology medium rare. So they actually come out well done or medium most of the time. It's also impossible to leave here hungry, with their bottomless fries. Although, once I asked for sweet potatoe fries, and they came out cold and as it looked like they had been sitting out for a while. Still, I ate them, as I was curious if perhaps I had a bad batch. So, after my plate was empty, I noticed the water walking by several times without asking me if I wanted more. It seems they are less hesitant to give you more fries if you order the sweet potatoe fries... oh well. I did end up getting another round of them, and they weren't any better. So, stick with their normal bottomless fries.

The Souper Sandwich combo with French Onion Soup and the BLTA Croissant. Order it. That's all you need to know -- it's the pinnacle, as good as it gets here. If you're really hungry, order the BLTA with fries and get a side of the soup. Sometimes, I come here just for soup, but I'm the kind of person who will probably kiss your feet for some good French Onion. Don't miss the soup! The fries are generally hit or miss based on freshness, but when you get them hot and fresh from the fryer, there are few fries that go better with mayo and ketchup. Yes, it's a chain. But the food ain't bad.

Went here for lunch yesterday. Typical Red Robin - nothing to write home about. I ordered a Diet Coke and asked for it with a lemon in it. Diet Coke came, no lemon - grrr... I had a Banzai Burger. It was not really that warm, and the patty wasn't a patty, but a broken up patty. Grr again. It was crowded as all hell in there, but that's what you get for going there at noon (my friend's suggestion, not a time I would pick because that is when EVERYONE goes to lunch - earlier or later - smarter). I ordered the Mac & Cheese for my son. It was surprisingly good. I would almost say it was better than my burger. Bottomless fries? Um, not so much. The waitress didn't bring her A game to our table that day. Service was sub par. My friend paid though. Hopefully he tipped appropriately.

It's Red Robin. All of their burgers are outstanding and their chicken sandwich's are also very good. This place is great for kids and you get unlimited steak fries. The Mint Brownie Shake is the best shake they have.

I want to preface this review by saying that I really do like Red Robin. I don't expect that I am going to be eating a gourmet meal and have the best customer service experience of my life... but, really??? First of all, our waitress was less than enthused to be serving me and my 3 friends. I don't blame her - if I was working as a waitress I would have those nights too. But, she was MISERABLE! The night started off with us ordering drinks. Two of my friends ordered margaritas and me and another ordered a simple diet coke. My friends with the margs got them after 10 minutes, clearly filled too much and spilling everywhere. There wasn't even alcohol in one of them. We also noticed that the waitress didn't check our IDs. My friends and I, by no means, look remotely old enough to be drinking. The Diet Cokes arrived after another 5 minutes or so. When we ordered our food, our waitress got verbally impatient because one of my friends was debating between 2 meals. The server that brought our food out to us didn't even know what the meals were. He literally said "I think this is a...uh...cheeseburger?" REALLY?? After we finished our meal and drinks, we waited another 30 minuted for the waitress to bring us our checks and another 20 minutes for her to take them. It was insane. I will return to Red Robin again, just never again at this location. I was appalled by the customer service!

It's those times when you're going out to a "nice lunch" away from work that you wish you had more sushi fanatics on your team than you do. But I won't hold my teammates' impression of a "nice lunch" against Red Robin. Standard disclaimer applies - I don't really eat beef, so I get to browse the chicken portion of the menu (though they have a decent selection of turkey burgers, which is nice). The food is OK, but not great. It's a restaurant that suffers from over-glamorous images on its menus. Everything looks good, but then you order something, and it actually looks... lackluster? Lifeless? As though they've been languishing under a heat lamp for too long? (I needed another L word.) Since I know the burgers are decent, I will suggest this place if there are red meat eaters in the group. But I don't exactly crave it.

I would give the service on 148th's Red Robin five stars, these guys are realy looking out for you. The food is good as it gets for a big chain .. I love going there.

For a chain, this place has some pretty good burgers. I usually order the banzai burger and dust it in a matter of minutes. Service is decent at this location. It really depends on when you visit.

I am so torn on this review.... we go to this Red Robin every year for mine and my friend's birthday.... and we have pretty good service.. this year however, we hit some snags. I called and made a reservation for 24 and specifically asked if we could sit in the atrium area. We have a pretty large group and its the only place in the restaraunt that would fit all of us comfortably. Upon arrival, the table wasnt ready, and even 15-20 mins after it wasnt ready. They asked if we wanted to move our party to the outside seating area that is heated and quieter. Ok, we thought we would give it a try. It is a nice area, and the fact that we could hear each other was nice, and it was perfectly heated. The downside, you can never get your waitress' attention, because she is actually inside and you are not. She was really efficent with drinks and getting our orders right, but the service took forever. And again, when you need a refill, you cannot get her attention because she isnt near you. They brought all 20 of our orders out at once which was cool, so that we could all eat at the same time and be finished at the same time, it was a parade of waitress'/waiters and trays. And having seperate checks is always hard I know, so she only got one wrong and charged one girl twice. And the other good thing, when you leave from the outer area, you dont have to go through the entire place, it was nice just to walk to your car.

I know... It's Red Robin. What can you really say that people don't already know? I'm just going to give you guys a list of what I like. The bar is always easy seating. The service is pretty fast considering how busy they get. The fries are excellent. The french onion soup is awesome. The burgers are great, but the BLTA is my favorite. Oh, and did I mention the fries? A hint, if you call in an order to go, you can ask for extra fries and they'll fill a whole 'nother box of fries for you at no charge since they're unlimited when you eat in the restaurant. I love it!!

RED ROBIN HAS GREAT FOOD!! I JUST WISH THEY COULD FIND DECENT HELP AT THIS LOCATION! I would rather DIE than have these bastard sons and daughters of rich trouser stains screw up my order again!!! I am tired of Bellevue's children ignoring me because there parents decided that biff or Buffy needed to get a job and learn some responsibility before they sign over there trust funds. IT'S ANNOYING AND IT'S SHOWING BELLEVUE!! STOP IT!!!! My husband and I work hard in this town to earn a decent living, and deserve to get some decent customer service in this town!! DOES THIS NO LONGER EXIST?

When I was really really little, like nursery school age, my babysitter was a little old British lady who lived two doors up from us. She had a day-care that me and a bunch of other neighborhood kids would be contained at while our parental units were working. I have very few memories of this place, but all were happy and innocent. For example, I remember all of us pointing out airplanes as they flew overhead, or helicopters, and being in total amazement that something like that could fly. I remember playing cowboys and indians, and I remember a little girl from up the street that I had a crush on. She had the most awesome little black curls. I also remember making mud pies in the sandbox with a little shovel, pie tin and a pail of water. The mud pies looked so good (I was an early fan of chocolate), and I remember trying to eat one. Well... mud doesn't taste so good, but hey that's the kind of thing you learn when you're like 3 years old or whatever I was. I just ate at Red Robin. I might as well have eaten a mud pie. The food is sitting in me like I swallowed a big rock or something. It tasted ok, but cripes can someone help me find a bran muffin or something?

Faster than a Bennigans, More powerful than a Ruby Tuesdays, and able to leap tall Applebees in a single bound..... Seriously...nothing more than the perfect basic Chicken Sandwich... Bread Mayo Lettuce Tomato Chicken Onion Pickles Mayo Bread Now that is how you build it. Fresh Toppings, Sesame Bun, and Juicy Chicken. Under $10 with a shareable size of fries....oh yeah, they serve beer, wine, & liquor....Like a Wendy's on HGH. The rest of the food is about hundred ways to prepare a Burger(Beef,Chicken, or Veggie) and assorted sandwiches, wraps, entrees, and salads.....but just order a burger...You don't go to a Pet Store for a lawnmower do you? RR is apparently the next step up the little-kid birthday venue from Chuck-e-Cheese....I am not sure how pimple-faced teenagers singing you a birthday song is better than a giant mouse... I guess I am not ready for that step yet....

It's Red Robin. It's burgers. They're a step up from fast food and some lower end places (Applebees, Dennys, etc) but I feel they're expensive for what you get, even if the fries are bottomless. We go when we're not sure what else to do or want to eat after 10pm.

(1)Amit D.
Most burgers are great. Not always asked how I want my burger. Weekend rush can delay the bottom less fries.
(4)Soumya G.
As a vegetarian, it's so great to have a burger place that is so accommodating to vegetarians. Red Robin is a chain, so the food quality tends to be consistent across all branches. I've been to this Redmond branch a few times and the service and food are great. Great place for a group dinner or to grab something to go.
(4)GeeJae B.

(2)Ashly W.
My friend and I came in for a to go order and our waiter, Stephen, was fantastic! He was very nice and even though he was super busy he made sure to make time for our order even though it was packed. Stephan went above and beyand. Will definitely come back here!
(5)Allison P.
So most every red robin is the same to me. The food is always constantly good. And if anything is wrong usually fixed quickly. This was my first time at this location. And it reminded me of all the others. Everything came out great and how we asked. My only complaint is I am not a fan of the new menu.
(4)Shane Y.
(1)Mark L.
Decided to give it another try today. Beer was terrific (Elysian IPA) and the Tavern Double was perfect. My last review wasn't very kind but today was good. Noelle is an outstanding bartender!!!!
(5)Jon L.
(3)Nancy O.
(1)Tracy S.

(4)Michael B.
(4)Jessica L.
(2)Melissa S.
(2)Aaron M.
It is standard Red Robin fare. I have had both really bad experiences at this location, and really good ones. So I guess it averages out. The staff is either kind and attentive or extremely slow and non-existent. The food is the same as every other RR nothing fantastic but decent. I don't know what else to say it is RR.
(4)Vyjayanthi R.
(5)Joanne T.
(2)Annette L.
(4)Mike C.
(3)Suzy Z.
The food is wonderful and is what you expect from Red Robin's. However, the restaurant is very busy and it is difficult to get good service. I was not offered additional fries and my water was not re-poured. I think that the service is below par, but the food is absolutely delicious!
(4)Nancy H.
(3)Kelynn C.
Hostess was outgoing, and delightful....service was extremely slow. Waited 10 minutes to be greeted, another 15 that for our order. 3 tables around us got their food first. We ate our entire meal before we were checked back on.
(1)Allan D.
a nice place to have burger and martini.
(4)Jeannie T.
(2)Michelle S.
(1)Donna H.
(4)Lovish D.
Always a great experience. Love the burning love burger. Lots of options to choose from. Since I'm a vegetarian, they swap the patties as per my choice. Above all: Very friendly staff!
(5)Scott P.
same ol same ol burgers and fries
(3)Kristen J.
I'm SHOCKED at how many Red Robins there are in the Bellevue/Washington area. Red Robin is a oldie but a goodie for us. We enjoy it. Is it super special and unique? Nope. But can you always plan on having a good burger, fries, and a drink? You sure can!
(4)Andrew W.
#mike gave us all great service and really made our red robin experience awesome!!! He was funny and seemed very helpful to Aaron!
(5)Courtney Y.
Great food, great staff, can't go wrong! Sweet potatoe fries...so bomb! Also the boca patty is vegan and the veggie patty is vegetarian for all those health nuts out there :)
(5)Alice C.
(2)Nancy A.
(4)Judith S.
(3)Juan C.
(1)Amanda K.
My "keep it simple" garden burger was very interesting. Asked for grilled onions and ranch/honey mustard for fry dipping. Yum
(4)Suie C.
(3)Clarisse R.
(2)Laura D.
Their yelp account says midnight, and their door has no closing hours written. We walked in exactly at eleven. Stood there for ten minutes, multiple employees saw us, but no one told us they were closed till after we stood there in the waiting area for those 10+ minutes. Great customer service...
(1)Stephanie G.
(3)C M.
(4)Amy K.
(2)Damion W.
(3)Dusty D.

(1)Consumer Y.
Was served great. I received what I ask for. Although RR isn't that cheap, the burger was still large enough to satisfy. I think they also give you free refills. When I drank the entire cup of soda, I was given another one before I even noticed! Thanks
(5)Michael S.
(4)Nicholas C.
Good service, good food, good price This chain is always a decent stop for a good burger. Nice atmosphere, friendly people. Red Robin will always be a place to go for me.
(4)Katya L.
(2)Julienne P.
Food is always good. Service is typically outstanding. We eat here once a week :)

Went for happy hour with friends....they no longer have happy hour. So far only Overlake, but rest of red robin will follow! The best deal in town just became one of the worst! We used to come weekly, no more!!! Limited menu with only 1 wine on the "special". Bad decision corporate.
(1)Laurie S.

(2)Joshua R.
I love them bottomless fries. Its a good place to satisfy your hunger when you really crave that fries. The place is very centrally located and has outdoor seating as well. Taking Washington state's weather I think its better to be seated inside unless you really want to play truth or dare with Mother Nature.
(4)Ratish K.
Jalepeno coins and new fiery burger is awesome. Great happy hours deals
(3)Kaitlin F.
(3)Jackie M.
(3)Jason A.
We always go to the bar and get great service and good food.
(4)Jens J.
(4)Digital G.
(4)Chris C.

(2)Don F.
(4)Doug S.
(2)Allie S.
(4)Jennifer K.

Great for Kids. Happy Hour. Lots of Parking.
(4)Dave H.

(2)Tyler S.
The service is great, and the food both good and consistent. I'd consider myself a regular.
(5)Zachary Sam Z.
(3)Renata B.
I would give the service on 148th's Red Robin five stars, these guys are realy looking out for you. The food is good as it gets for a big chain .. I love going there.
(4)Paul C.
For a chain, this place has some pretty good burgers. I usually order the banzai burger and dust it in a matter of minutes. Service is decent at this location. It really depends on when you visit.
(4)Kellie L.
(3)Betsy H.
I love it!!
(5)Adam D.
This is one of the best Red Robin Locations. I would give this slightly more that a 3 star but it doesnt warrent a 4 star review. I go here because there is always a choice for everyone and it is great for kids.
(3)Heather G.
I had a holiday party here. They were very hospitable and moved tons of tables around for us. Ordering was a breeze.
(5)Amy P.
