I don't usually write 3 star reviews, but there were good, bad, and just ok stuff going on here. 1. They have TVs where you can watch games (good) 2. Beer (good) 3. Service gave wrong stuff (bad) 4. The "Atomic" wasn't really that hot (just ok) That all adds up to a 3-star. I'd probably not come back.

I would have loved to commented on the food but can't as I was never served. My wife and I read all the reviews before placing your order online. Several reviews commented about poor service and long waits we didn't believe it could be near as bad as people stated. We were wrong it's the worst service of any restaurant I have ever been to. A customer in front of me had waited an hour in half for her to go order and demanded a refund as they said it would be at least another hour in refused her refund she had to threaten to call law-enforcement before the manager caved and gave her money back. We ordered online and I waited in line for 30 minutes before getting to the counter to be told they didn't know when my order would be ready even after it said when to pick up my order online. I could go on but you get the point. If you have nothing to do in on a diet great place to not eat.

I have tried this wingstop location at least 10 times for take out and have been disappointed almost every single time. Usually there is something missing from my order and I have to go back to get it. The last two times I've been, including today, I have ordered online, showed up when the website told me my order would be done, and my order was 'lost' and hadn't even been started. The first time the employees were very nice about it and tied to make it right. Today I was told 'there's nothing else I can tell you or do. You just have to wait'. I ordered my wings at 11:30 and am still sitting here in the store waiting at 12:15. I try very hard to be nice to servers because I've been in there shoes, but today I was treated very disrespectfully which is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this wingstop location again.

This location doesn't seem to serve people in order. I waited an hour and a half for wings that I had called in and got to watch multiple people place orders to go and get there food well before me. Calling in to place an order is a waste of time. Worst part is the staff didn't seem to care when I asked about the status of my order. You're better off going to Hot Wings on Clearwater ave.

A round of Pepto Bismol for me and all of my friends!! So, I know that I gushed about the one on Gage because frankly, it was new and exciting (for here), and they had sweet tea. Upon hearing that they were going to put a Wingstop so close to my house, I was pretty excited. But alas, like the Wal-Mart in Pasco, there are some things just worth driving to Richland to get better. There's something that's just "off" about this one. The whole vibe seems off-putting, like the people hate their jobs. The service is disconnected and unfriendly. I could hardly understand the one girl and she barely made eye contact. The food...well, maybe it's just my stomach that can't take it, but other's had a similar experience as well. When I got my wings, they had barely even touched my teeth before my stomach started to feel awful. Kind of weird and a bit of a bad omen. Said "bad omen" came to fruition when I got home. I'll spare you the details. It isn't that the food's bad, the fries are good and the wings are decent, (and I'm being completely serious when I say this) but when something makes you feel sick, you tend to shy away. I've had that feeling the last couple of times here, but this one was the worst. I don't think I want to go back after this one. So, in closing, go to the one on Gage. It's been a while since I've been there, but it was always much better than this one.

I moved from the Tri Cities.. I miss WingStop!! Best wings I have ever had. Cheap prices too. Try the bbq boneless ones. To die for!!!!! Wish WingStop would open in Tacoma.

I'd go here just for the fries. I love their boneless wings and the service is great. My whole family loves their food and there's something for everyone with all the different sauces. We love their 50 cent wings on Monday and Tuesdays. The service is good and I've never had a bad experience here.

Good food. The people who work here mostly seem like fast food lifers and for the most part aren't nice or helpful with the occasional exception. Try their BBQ wings!

First time in this place we walked in and the first thing my wife said is "it smells like vomit in here." That should have been our clue to leave by we thought it might be a vinegar smell from the sauces or something. There were 4 tables seated 3 waiting on food. We ordered about $50 I'm food including original, Cajun and atomic wings. The original was a buffalo variation that was ok nothing to rave about. The Cajun was very salty and was appeared to me the original sauce only slightly less spicy with some seasoning tossed on top. The atomic wings are a poor excuse for being spicy. The originals were more spicy and had a better flavor. The atomic just tasted like cracked black pepper but overall very bland. The fresh cut fries were lackluster undercooked and not seasoned. A fair amount of tables were not clean. The only pace were to get a napkin turned out to be a roll of unbleached brown paper towels that looked like they were stolen from a nasty chevron bathroom and bolted to the counter with a piece of lead pipe. The soda machine dispensed nothing but flat soda and it took the staff 15-20 minutes to even start tying to fix the issue while customers waited or left. The staff appeared tired and dirty, the person taking my order was covered in grease spots and never washed his hands between handling money and preparing food. At least you can sit near the kitchen window and see that the kitchen is for the most part clean but the cooks are not following health standards touching their face and hair while preparing food. Final thoughts, I will not return here the place is overpriced the food is subpar and the service is awful.

Food was good. This was my first time here, so I was a little nervous after reading some of the other reviews. One of the employees made an effort to be extra friendly to me and my kids (I found out later he was one of the owners). Beer was cold, wings were hot, and prices were good. Only thing that I was not a fan of were the fries. Soggy and soft, no bueno. Even the kids didn't want to eat them. Overall, I will go back.

Service was so so, it didnt look like they wanted to be there, and the place was a little dirty. The wings really didn't have any taste to them. We also ordered the potato salad, the potatoes were under cooked. There's better wings and service around.

ok, I got 20 free wings and some free veggie sides as a result from a formal complaint to the national wingstop which contacted the "franchise owner". So, one of these nights, I will pick up my free wings, veggies, and apology....Then, Nicole can bring those beers back over. :)

The wings are good, and service OK but you have to pay for Ranch for your wings. Now this is fine but when I made my order and only ordered wings they should have said something. It is not well advertised the sauces are extra or not included. This is the only wing place I have been that does not give you the sauce, so they should help you out by pointing this out. Otherwise you have to get out and pay again for the sauce. Will go to Hot Wings from now on. But the wings are good.

Where do I start - A. took like 10 minutes to order only to find out our coupon wouldn't save us money (weird) B. Was asked for a name on the order, after a name was given we were asked for another name because one of the cooks had the same name (and it wasn't sarcasm) C. Order took 20 minutes to produce (and was incorrect) with only 2 other guests there. D. There are no garbage cans in the restaurant available for the customer E. No Ketchup (only packets) who wants to use those when dining in F. No napkins on the table (at a wing joint seriously!) they only have ONE roll of paper towels at the front (and they are the cheap brown ones often used in bathrooms) G. Dining room not clean
