Every time I walk in I'm always greeted with a smile. The food rarely lets you down (I'm picky on my mashed potatoes) the price is more then affordable and the serving sizes are huge! You can get breakfast till 2, and we got lunch and dinner food items by 9:30 am! Everything is made when you order it so it's so fresh when it comes out. Even though this place doesn't look like my niche it has become my favorite place fast!

Real cool atmosphere. I ordered the Chicken fried steak breakfast (a perfectly stamped round processed food salty product masquerading as chicken fried steak), two medium poached eggs (done right), hash browns (standard frozen fried browned) whole wheat toast (good quality). All for only $10.99. Won't do that again. I've eaten here before, and it's been better. Just not my go to place. I'll be back at a later date.

So delicious! Was initially obsessed with their fried french toast stuffed w/ cream cheese and decides to go for lunch this time! Ordered the rusty wagon burger! THE BEST BURGER EVER! Served on a french roll with au jus on the side! Amazing!

Went here with my mom, girlfriend and brother and found it....acceptable. It's big on the Country Kitsch, with lots of stuff on the walls. The booth I sat in sank about six inches when I sat down, thanks to a bunch of broken springs. Wow. But the service was incredibly fast and very friendly. Food portions were huge and it came out super hot. I had chicken fried steak with eggs, hash browns and toast. The toast was very, very good. The eggs were eggs. The steak was pretty thick, with a batter coating that seemed hand-dipped, and fried up. But it was pretty mediocre, all the same. The hash browns were tasty. My girlfriend enjoyed her pancakes and bacon, and my mom seemed to dig her corned beef hash. Pretty reasonably priced, too. It wasn't that bad....it wasn't that great and I have found better places in the area. But it certainly is a solid breakfast option.

The Rusty Wagon is pretty standard diner fare. The service is always good and the food is always good. They serve breakfast all day. Their egg dishes are always good. If you're in the area, this is a good option for breakfast or lunch.

Great food! Everything tasted really good, and service was friendly and prompt. It has that Billy Mchales feel with lots if stuff around as decor to keep some conversation going, but this place doesn't have gross unclean dates look. The restaurant is very clean and the decor is very clean and fun. Food feels homemade and not thawed and reheated.

Best Bar Steak in Whatcom County! SOOO tender! You get a Baker and salad bar or Cesar and for about 12.00 with the tax!

This is the closest restaurant to my house, and my husband and I go here once a month or so. Food's always good, service is great and fast. My only complaint is the decor. It used to be the perfect amount of American kitsch, but now the restaurant (and outside) are crammed with cheesy wood carvings. Really, a couple would be fine, but they are everywhere! It's overwhelming. I'd give it 5 stars based on how it was a year ago, but the added decor (not just new, but added on top of everything else) loses it a couple points in my book. We'll still continue to go here because we like the food, but I really don't enjoy the decor anymore.

The salad bar is plenty for me, the bf says "you gotta have the lasagna!!!"

I wish I would have read the filtered review of the Chicken Fried steak....Nothing to write home about at ALL. Small, looked like it came out the freezer but crispy at least. Eggs cooked well, hashbrowns were bland, soft and not crisp in any way. Wife had Eggs Bene....much better, same bland hashbrowns though. Kids meals reasonably priced and generous...will return and try something else. Upside was place was clean with good service.

This place has a fantastic breakfast menu. I got an absolutely massive chicken fried steak here and it was freakin' delicious. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I'll have to visit again soon.
