Their always so friendly and prompt when I come by, which is usually around late afternoon (2pm until late). The worst times to come is during early mornings or lunchtime as many businesses are nearby and of course that is their peak hours as are many places!! Which I totally understand!!! They always get my order right too:) I rated it a 4-star only because I like Seattle's Best Coffee instead but this is always closer to me!!!

I've always had a good experience with Starbucks coffee, except this one. The drive thru is very slow. The employees are friendly, but some of them don't seem to know what they are doing. But i'll let that one pass since they may have been training? I have been here a few times. One time ordering a light iced vanilla latte. I received it... only had water, lots of ice and a few shots of espresso.. No vanilla or milk. So I went in and they remade it, but still, there was no vanilla and it tasted extremely burnt and bitter. I also came here with a friend at one point and ordered a chai tea latte... it just tasted like milk. They barely put any chai into their drinks! I will not be returning to this Starbucks..

I started coming to this Starbucks for three weeks (and counting). I've only twice entered the building, and both times were rather pleasant. The inside was clean, but busy, and had an overall welcoming experience to someone new to the area. Anyway, out of those two inside visits, I only had to wait a few minutes before I could place my order. The rest of my visits were via drive-thru. I have yet to have any issues concerning a long wait time.. yet. The baristas are nice and patient, and even gave me a free drink when I accidentally messed up my order, but then again it was probably because they didn't want to remake the correct size cup.. Overall, kudos to this Starbucks team.

This is one of the worst starbucks I've ever to here in Washington. I use to frequent this location over 3 years ago and then I moved out of state. Now I'm back and this location is just garbage. Drive-thru service is slower than slow... it's like turtles are making your drinks! Drink wise, the last few times I went my drink was just disgusting. Service is pretty bad too.

I never have a problem here. Recently though, my cup was misplaced and I did not receive my drink. Once I told them, my drink was ready in less than a minute and I was given an apology and a free drink card. Awesome :)

The slowest drive-through EVER, and the baristas not only aren't apologetic, but they make you feel like it's YOUR fault for having to wait so long. The last time I was there, I wasn't told until I got to the window that they were out of regular lids, and had put a dome lid on my iced drink. (Any other time a Starbucks has been out of lids, they have mentioned it while I was ordering.) I told the barista I needed a regular lid since I had it in a stroller cup holder, and she dumped it into a grande cup and half of the caramel didn't come out of the first cup. I requested she remake it, and she was very rude about it, and purposefully added a ton of ice when I had requested light ice from the get-go. I will not be returning to this Starbucks in the future.

I was totally ignored. 2 registers 1 open & what seemed to be the manager was talking to another employee about what she do while I waited and waited to be helped! Uggggh! Two disappointments in on weekend....at this Staebucks....never again will I step foot or drive thru...

The drive-through here is often busy, so I parked and went inside on my last visit (New Years Eve around 3pm). There was no line inside, and I was on my way with my latte a couple minutes later. The service was friendly enough, but the drink wasn't quite up to the usual Starbucks quality. My flavored latte tasted maybe a pump short on syrup. But we're splitting hairs here; this is a run-of-the-mill Sbux with a drive-through - I think that about covers it!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Starbucks! And I love this place. The baristas employees are freaking AWESOME! They make my drink the way I love it! I don't even have to ask them if they can put " Extra Extra Extra OverLoad Drizzle" on my Caramel Flan and Caramel Crunch Frapp!! I would always go here all the time! And already know my "ChocolateCroissant" Awesome Starbucks place ever!! This place became "GO TO Place" to relax and enjoy my favorite drink with my favorite pastry. When I have a bad day I come here and when I have a good day I come here.

I had to give this place a 1 star, but if I had to it be 0! I've came here a few times and once they didn't have much of a selection of tea, Carmel was out, and the lemonade as well. Another visit and they made my son and daughters cream base double chocchip frap a Java one. had to get it fixed. 3rd visit was the absolute last! Drinking away my caramel macchiato to find that the SOY MILK WAS BAD! After clumps that were at the bottom of my cup was coming up into my straw!!!! Needless to say I was flipping sick from the morning to evening time!! Like vomiting and an upset stomach sick! Not cool!!! I called only for the barista to tell me that another location can replace it, and sometimes the milk does that when it settles and how they try to catch it before it happens!!! Wth?! I've been to many coffee places, cafe, drive thru coffee houses, Starbucks since I was in my 20's! I'm 32! I know that ish is not normal! I visit many Starbucks I am a gold card member and never has this happen in any place I've been too! It's something I can not get over and am completely upset, disgusted and turned off by even thinking about another visit to a Starbucks or having a caramel macchiato again! So be aware of what you drink when you drink It. I've never had to check a drink I've ordered before now I will always do just that.

I've given this Starbucks location yet another try and this time I went inside since the drive thru is always CRAZY busy and SLOW!!! Unfortunately my drink was once again blah... I don't know what it is about this Starbucks store but they never get it right. From messing up my order, to over charging my account? I think this is my last visit to this spot.

I love love love this Starbucks. The employees are fantastic. They are always friendly and willing do bend over backwards to make your order right, even at 5am when they've barely opened and you know they all just wanna go back to bed. And to those complaining of long lines and the crowded interior, let me assure you as a fellow food service employee, the employees at an establishment don't make it crowded, a surplus of happy, satisfied customers make it crowded and that may be inconvenient for some but it means they are definitely doing at least something right. Also, public service reminder: be kind to your server, especially if its a rush period, because they are more than likely stressed to the max trying to go at 100% for every single customer they serve and they want to make it right for you but humans will be human and mistakes are sometimes made. P.S. I should note that I do not work here I just really really love this Starbucks whereas I usually avoid Starbucks in general if I can.

While my drink was made correctly & the person who took my order was friendly, I fail to understand why my 1 green tea frappachino took 12 mins to make while the 3 drinks behind me were all prepared..? They were even called out as "out of order" so why no comment on my beverage as I stood there waiting? Of course when my drink finally did come up I was offered no apology or any acknowledgement of having to wait overly long. Not so good with the customer service today, Starbucks.
