Friendly staff and great food. I love the vegetarian but you have to add onions and hot peppers to make it epic. My only complaint is its cold in there if you stay to eat.

Soooooooooo not impressed. $8.50 for a one drink and one sandwhich on white bread (might as well had been cardboard, wouldn't have known the difference) with a little bit of meat, lettuce & tomato. The menu board said it would have other ingredients, but of course the sandwhich arrived with just what I listed. Nothing gourmet about thus place at all. I know why they have to overcharge-they had about 15 people working in there. They were quick---too quick I felt incredibly rushed. Will never go back, sticking with Subway where I can make my sandwhich just like I like it-and toasted and reasonably priced.

If you're looking for something quick this is the spot.. They never get it wrong and they do a good just job.. It's like the commercials You call and you're about to finish your order and then your door bell is ringing, you hang up the phone and here is your food ready quick like a bunny! And they do have food for Bunnie eaters like myself being a vegan they're very accommodating to my needs. They was ready to make me my sandwich asap and seem like they were happy to make me my veggie sammie

I would give this 3.5 stars. I go here a lot so I felt guilty about using the 3 stars and so I upped it. I like the bread - it is tastier than subway and most of the local sandwich establishments. (NOTE - I talked to a senior regional manager of Subway and he acknowledged when they went to all the bread choices - they changed the bread and he agrees none of them are as good as the original) But I digress. The number 10 - Roast Beef is my sandwich of choice but although I like the bread - I wish they had a 6 inch - only have a 9+ inch and it is more than I want for lunch. Also - why is the place so cold. All my friends will now be saying - "is this Bruce". Yep - even I - who don't wear a jacket outside in the low 40's - is saying it is cold and the air just drops on the tables. Possibly my generation but why is the music so high - it isn't bad - but it is loud. They are fast - as they say "freaken fast" and if you need immediate service - this is the place plus they are always polite and friendly. They always seem to have at least 10 + people working the line so it moves along. Actually many times my sandwich is made by the time I pay for it. It is clean and nicely set up and well worth a stop to try their choices.

If you haven't tried it yet, keep it that way. You'll end up spending money on something you could make at home. I've tried Jimmy johns 3 times, and tried to like it, but I just can't. I've been to 3 different locations as I travel for work and in each one the music is so loud you can't hear the person taking your order. Also, they advertise their subs as fresh and fast, they don't skimp on the fast. As soon as you say "I'll have a number 9" they start running your sandwich down the line. You have no opportunity to make or change anything. It's just an average sandwich. Stick with Jersey Mikes or your local deli. This place is on par with subway.... The best part of my meal was the chips. Oh, they also don't have ice tea. Only soda. No Bueno

Fast and fun service! Good humored people! I left special instructions for the drive to dance from the car to the office door, Chrissy executed it flawlessly with class and style!!! Food turned out amazing! Store staff was great answering questions on the phone as well!

I love this JJs location because it has a drive through, and they are always so very fast. I usually order the #9 unwich (wrapped in lettuce instead of bread) as I cannot eat wheat. They make my sandwiches according to my picky instructions with a smile. I eat there more than I wish to admit!

I am OBSESSED with Jimmy John's. I'm a cheapskate and while it's hard for me to pay the price of Jimmy John's, I keep coming back. Delicious food, so fast, friendly and clean. I can't even go to Subway anymore.

The decor of the restaurant is excellent but that is the good ends. Only 2 choices of bread (french) or (sliced 7 grain bread), didn't put mustard on a Turkey sandwich, no choice of cheese. If a Subway is close by it is much better in terms of price($5vs4.99/$5.99- both 8 inchs), quality (more choices of cheese, bread, vegies, BAKED!), and quantity (8inch vs 12inch(foot-long) . Pros -Excellent decor/ Clean Cons -2 choices of bread (french or sliced 7 grain) -1 choice of cheese -not baked (like Subway) (at least didn't offer it) -Higher price than Subway ($4.99/$5.99 for 8") - Fewer choices of vegies than Subway. Bottom Line- If there is a Subway close by go there for higher quality, more quantity, and a less expensive sandwich.

Jimmy Johns need I say more... Great sandwiches ...however this.location is a little We Todd Did they are slower then the other JJ's but they should get better in time......

I had it once and didn't go back. There are plenty of sandwich choices I go to first before going back there like Extreme Pita (I know it's a not a true sandwich), Panera, Jersey Mike's, Subway and if there was a Pot Belly in Kent, I would sooooooo go there, that's another review. It was so un-memorable, I can't even remember what I had. I remember it was mostly mayo and I think I had some meat in there with lettuce and tomato. No options for more toppings. oh and mostly bread.... disappointing =( yes they are super fast and it was a drive through but that does not make a good sandwich!

The service is what sets Jimmy Johns apart from the rest; always fast, always courteous and always accurate. The sandwiches themselves are good and they have a wide selection. They are better then subway but not as good as Jersey Mikes.

I still love this places's subs, but they seem to hire a lot of idiots. My sammie today was $6.83 and I handed the cashier $12 to get a 5 back; he then proceeds to hand me 3 ones and says that I gave him too much, and he took the total out of the ten. What?! I handed him back the ones and said "you owe me a five", at which point he finally figured out that the change was $5, and then gives me 5 ones back, which I didn't want in the first place. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with people not be able to count-If you can't do basic math and have no common sense, stay the hell away from the cash register.

Very quick service, this seems to be a hallmark of Jimmy John's. We counted 22 people behind the counter on this visit. The food is simple and consistently good. I recommend the Lulu sub, which is combines turkey and bacon.
