Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

This is legit for Chinese food especially out in the middle of nowhere. Korean owned, they even have fresh and ripened kimchi. The portions are very generous and I especially liked the combo plates so you get a good variety without having to go with a huge party! If you're at great wolf lodge and craving Asian, it's worth the 15 min drive!

Mapo tofu is delicious here! Spice level medium. They add veggies like broccoli and bean sprouts. Very different from what I'm used to. More like a tofu veggie dish but regardless of the name still delicious! Entree comes with some cabbage egg drop soup. High five to that. Outside the restaurant looks like a hole in the wall but you can't beat the taste!

From the outside you might not think to stop but it's beautiful inside and the service is wonderful and the food is delicious. I have never had such amazing wonton soup! I actually stayed full from my shrimp lo mein instead of getting hungry again later. I have ate from here twice the first time I ate there and the second I got some take out. Both times I got the egg rolls and my Oh my they are like no other I've ever had. I highly recommend stopping in for a bite to eat if you're in the area.

I hate to write this review as the ladies working here were so sweet. The food however was a big disappointment. The place was clean, service was fast and selection was good but I'd describe the actual food as '1950's faux Chinese'. Overly sweet, the rice was sprinkled with canned veg all. The egg rolls weren't even edible. Greasy, mushy, not good. Mind you, there was a couple who'd driven over from Tumwater because this was their favorite Asian restaurant soooooo.....just not to our taste. We won't be back.
