This place is inconsistent. Sometimes it's soooo yummy and other times it's oily, greasy, and just not worth "cheat day" meal. I ordered the lunch cheese ravioli with meat sauce and the sauce was literally ALL oil!! It was soooo disgusting. I had to flag down one of the waitress (by the way, they all have no idea what they're doing & no idea how to multi-task) and asked for marinara sauce and an extra plate. I don't know if the meat sauce is always like that but I'll never order that again.

OK, did this place change hands? We've been here so many times for a decent Italian dinner (so close to home!), but tonight - omg. Horrible. Staff all seems Russian, which is why I'm asking. Didn't recognize anyone. Had the lasagna, which I've had and enjoyed so many times before and tonight - yuck! First bite was full of salt - no ricotta cheese - cheese on top looked melted but wasn't. I had three bites and I was done. My wife has the spaghetti and the sauce was so sweet; she couldn't finish, either. She left meatballs uneaten; for the carnivore that she is, this is remarkable. And the Merlot I ordered - so sour. Shame; was one of our places to go close to home for Italian. Not sure I want to try again.

Honestly for being delivery this place isn't half bad. I've ordered pizzas here before, they come nicely portioned and hot when delivered. Ive also ordered a selection of pasta when ive been extremely lazy. The pesto penne with chicken and meatballs isnt too bad, and the portion is a fare amount. The Italian wings (again for delivery) is pretty good too. Better than giant pizza conglomerates but still is average. $1 delivery charge!

Romio's has decent pizza and pasta dishes, and even though my co-workers love their pizza, I'm just in "like" with it. Romio's serves a great chopped salad, though. I've been on a chopped salad kick lately, and I was pleasantly surprised by the huge portion you get for the half portion, as well as the slice of garlic bread that comes on the side. Very, very good. I can do with or without the pizza and pasta, but I will definitely be back for the yummy chopped salad.

FOOD: Got a medium pizza (12"); half chicken pesto, half kickin chicken pizza. With added jalapeno. Generous on toppings. Flavor was not outstanding but it was decent enough. For a medium pizza it cost $16.95 which is a expensive for this location. This would not be my first pick pizza spot. I also came in after 3 which is their happy hour and got garlic bread sticks for $2. That's a really good deal you say?? But when it came out, it did not look like fresh garlic spread and there was nothing different about this compared to pre baked garlic bread from Safeway which i'm quite familiar too. $2-3 for a huge loaf at Safeway is a much better deal. Granted it comes with the marinara sauce which wasn't too bad. I like how it had chunks of tomato in it. There is a lot of variety on their menu so I would try something else next time. SERVICE: There wasn't many people dining in so service was okay. Our server Helen was nice and attentive. She was helpful and asked if our food was okay and if we needed anything else which is what a server should be doing. PRESENTATION: Usual pizza presentation. Casual dining. Dim atmosphere. Many tables, mostly booth style. LOCATION: Next to the Factoria theater that no one goes too. There is parking in its little lot. WOULD I COME BACK: Maybe, but I would not go out of my way to come here. ADVICE: Skip on their garlic bread. (I actually prefer Pizza hut garlic bread)

I am not a salad kind of guy, however whenever I can sneak in a trip to Romio's, a salad is the only thing on my mind. Their chopped salad is the best I have ever had. Let's start with the dressing- basil, parmesan, and ranch. Definitely some lemon too. I have tried to copy it without success. Fresh basil garnishes diced tomato, salami, garbanzo beans, mozzarella, grilled chicken, and tons of shredded iceberg lettuce. I literally had it for dinner last night and I'm ready for another. Their pizza is great too of course. I prefer it over Pagliacci's in Bellevue or Tutta Bela's in Issaquah. Great thin chewy crust and a perfect marinara ratio. Just discovered they do delivery for no additional charge!

I have been here every other Friday for three months since I moved back to the PNW- I get a Small Olympian Pizza- Its so good- Something about the dough that no other pizza can compare- Sometimes will get a half chopped salad also- Its pricey, but worth it in my terms.. Its my weekly treat and love the dough and the pizza- Staff totally friendly and I call in to go, always ready on time-

Based on the reviews I read here, I had low expectations for what this restaurant had to offer. To my surprise, you have the option to order your food online as take out. The process was simple and as soon as we arrived to pick up the food it was freshly made and ready to go! I shared an order of a calzone and lasagna. They are very generous with their portions. What really stood out to me was their delicious marina sauce! I couldn't resist the urge to dip everything in it! Overall the food is nothing spectacular, but definitely worth it if you're craving Italian food. :)

Came here with My fellow runners after Ragnar NWP and fell in love, with the pizza. Awesome GF offers and service was most excellent as well. Would definitely recommend them:)

Let me start out by saying I never write reviews. I was a customer there mostly 7 years. But I decided not going back there never again. My 2 years baby and I was waiting 50 min to get personal pizza(4 sliced) and pasta. (Probably, the waitress forgot our order.) Everytime, I feel like their service was bad but food was okay. But today...food and service both are terrible... I finished only one slice of pizza.

I have regularly ordered from a few different Romios locations since I have lived and worked in Seattle for the last 12 years. I recently moved to Mercer Island and was glad to find that the Romio's in Factoria delivered to Mercer Island. As usual, the pizza was good. However, since it arrived an hour and 15 minutes after I ordered, I was disappointed to find that it arrived cold. I called Romio's to let them know the food was cold when it arrived. The woman on the phone told me that it was cold because I live so far away. I remarked that it is in their delivery area and I have previously picked up pizza at that location and driven home and the pizza remained hot. She then told me that I was not the only person that ordered and needed delivery so the pizza was cold because the other pizzas were delivered first. She was pretty snippy and seemed to think it was unreasonable of me to expect to get warm food when other people also ordered delivery. Well, Hello??? How do other places manage this dilemma? Do I need to ask if there is anyone else who will be calling in an order before I decide if I want to order pizza from them, or should I just call another pizza company who has figured out how to deliver hot food?

I might have ordered over a 50 times now. Always love the spaghetti and marinara!

Used to love this place, but did it change hands recently...or recipes, or cooks? Their spaghetti was always good, but last time we went it was not good! Plus, the chopped salad is yummy when good, but it's really hit n miss. And, yah - service varies, never awesome, tho I would still go if spaghetti was the same as before!!! What happ to the spaghetti, guys?!!

Food was great but unfortunately the service was awful. Can't stand the snooty waitress. She was so rude & inappropriate. Don't even think of touching the Parmesan cheese. The waitress will literally rearrange it for you.

  • Roy H.

Pizza used to be good here until recently. Cheese is always hard when it gets delivered (I live less than a mile away) I do enjoy their pasta selection. Lasagna or chicken alfredo is my recommendation.

Romio's in Renton was my first choice, but they were out of red onions. Then I tried Romio's in Georgetown, but they're only open M-F. So I wound up going all the way to Factoria, but it was worth it. I called in for carryout, and they said it would be ready in about 20 minutes. I figured that was about right for a calzone. It took me a little longer than 20 minutes to get there, and my food was ready to go. They seemed pretty busy, but the cashier was pleasant. The calzone is huge; it's a good value for $10. There was tons of great mozzarella, and the red onions were nice and sweet. Getting gyro meat in a calzone was a mistake, though. It was squishy, gross, and I didn't like the flavor, but it was easy enough to pick out. The dough was the perfect bread-like texture, and there was lots of good topping-free crust around the edges. Some parts of the crust were darker than I like, but I guess that's hard to avoid if you're going to cook it all the way through. Some of the edges were also a little too oily. I got hot & spicy buffalo wings, which also weren't a bad price at 10 for $8. They looked a little burnt, but they tasted fine. They were a nice dry wing, not goopy or soggy. I tried sauce with them for the first time (Ranch), and I definitely recommend it for anyone who, like me, doesn't want their wings to be too spicy. It really helps cut down on the heat. I may not be ready to end my quest for the perfect calzone here, but it did taste great.

First of all, DELIVERY IS NOT FREE. Despite what their website says, I got a $1 delivery charge on my receipt that was not mentioned when I placed an order on the phone. Over the last couple of months, the service and food quality has continued to decline. A salad was forgotten during delivery and when I called to inquire, they asked if I still wanted it or wanted a credit for my next visit? Uhh, yeah, I want that salad. Recently, I ordered a pizza and while the delivery was quick, the pizza still came lukewarm, not hot. Decline in the service and food quality makes this place expensive and replaceable, but ok if you're looking for decent, expensive pizza.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Right down the street from my office. Me and girlfriends from work come here at least twice a month! Pizza lunch specials are a great price & come with soup or salad!!!! Haven't tried their pasta, but friends say it's awesome! Love this place and plan to frequent it many many more times!

  • Mishy S.

The pizza here is great - they have a lot of options and their specialty pizzas are delicious. I like their crust and the variety of toppings that you can't get other places. I usually pick up my order since I live close by, so I can't comment on the delivery. All in all, a good pizza!

  • Jennifer S.

I'll give Romio's this: it's very consistent. The food here is consistently very generous, and very delicious. The service, regrettably, is aggressively lackluster. At best. One time, the waitress just acted like she couldn't care less about serving me and my family. Apparently she was at the end of her shift, and it showed. Then, when we ordered wine, they happened to be out of wine glasses. This last time, our server - a different woman - sat us in one of the back tables next to the empty glasses, garbage and hallway to the bathroom despite a nearly empty seating area. Geez, anywhere but the crummiest tables, please. Or just ASK where we want to be seated, or wave your arm in the general direction and say "anywhere is fine" and let us do the work for you! Minimal walking, and you can go about doing whatever it was that we'd interrupted you at! Then, when my mom told the server she wanted a sandwich with FRENCH FRIES which she clearly enunciated, the server took this to mean FRENCH DRESSING SALAD. The food was predictably good, which is why I've kept coming here - but I don't like feeling that the people who run this place a) aren't all that happy to see me, and b) are able to honestly confuse FRENCH FRIES with FRENCH DRESSING SALAD. Come on.

Really fast delivery and a hot, fresh, delicious pizza! We have put them on speed dial. :-)

  • Je-Anne R.

First visit - Happy hour is way worth it! Salad is a meal within itself for $5, cheese bread $2.5, and wine $5. Also ordered Romio's calzone, it looked good but had to take it to go. I updated this to 3 stars because each time I've been in service has been slow and not personable which might contribute to why the place is often empty.

I normally love Romios and would have rated them higher, but I'm really disappointed in our experience tonight. We wanted to order a kids pasta with gluten free noodles and they refused. They said you can only order adult pasta gluten free. The woman on the phone was not accommodating at all and was kind of rude. It makes no sense at all to not allow the kids items to be gluten free. They can even add the same surcharge for less pasta. I'd also like to see them identify more items in their menu that are GF, rather than just the obvious bread and noodles. Also, I'd like to add that their salads are awful. They use iceberg lettuce that looks only halfway good. I thought it was a fluke before but now it's happened a few times.

Terrible service. Haven't heard great things about their food either. I placed an order using the eat24 app, for delivery. 45 minutes passed, it's 10 min past closing time now. No food. I gave them a call. They said they'd cancelled my order because it fell slightly outside their area. Didn't even bother to call and let me know "because they were closed". It took them over half an hour to decide the order is outside the delivery area? And then didn't have the common decency to call & let the customer know? I guess they did me a huge favor by answering the phone when I called them outside their work hours to ask about my food, for which I'd already paid. Who knows if I'll even get my refund. Just stay away from this place.

This was my first visit and it was a good experience. We were there for lunch on a weekday. I peeked at the menu and was immediately craving the Samos pizza (Canadian bacon and pineapple). I'm a whore for this type of pizza... So I ordered the lunch special with a personal pizza, and soup or salad. The price was $7.45. I asked if I could get a small Greek salad and the waitress said sure for an extra $1.00. No problem. Note that there is the stupid Americanized Greek salad with lettuce, and a true Greek salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, feta cheese, olives, and olive oil. I had the latter. The true Greek salad came quickly and was great. The vegetables were fresh and crisp. Yum! The pizza took a few minutes but I really enjoyed it. It had a homemade taste to it, and it reminded me of a family-run ethnic restaurant. Service was friendly, and the staff got us refills on the sodas. Overall, I'd recommend Romio's if you want a family-style pizza and pasta place in Factoria.

gluten-free pizza with soy cheese? awesome. until i started eating. the gluten-free crust is gummy and tasteless. the soy cheese is barely a smattering of cheese and it's burnt to a crisp. well, i can cross this place off my list.

Pizza are pretty good. It is a bit pricey tho. I got the chicken bbq and house special pizza. They also have gluten-free option. Their marinara sauce on the pizza is what differentiate them from other pizza joints. I'll try the pasta next

I had this roommate in college that picked up Romio's for dinner every night. It never looked that good to me (maybe because she would only order marinara), and I just didn't get the appeal. Fast forward some number of years to last weekend. While doing a Target run, I had a sudden craving for pasta. I saw the sign and we decided to stop by--it's open until 11pm on weekends, and the place was pretty empty save for deliveries and pick ups. The food however was very good. Big pieces of garlic bread, heaping portions of pasta and even salads/soup to go with your meal. All for about $9. Even better? The fact that kids eat free on Mondays after 4pm! I know that isn't a new concept to most people, but apparently I don't often dine at the spots that allow that. So to satisfy a pasta craving, this is the place to be...on Monday ;)

I get a email message the employee being rude and snippity and rascist instead of apolpgizing for her behavior she decided to be even more rude insulting me telling me that the other customers had problems with me apparently being black is not in season because I was not doing anything wrong just ordered my food and left. She all so denies that she was on the phone which she was I wouldnt be suprised if these people will spit in your food by how vindictive they are and hostile. The girl that was being rude was in her late teens to 22 years of age, While was screaming at me in the phone I heard a older woman shouting in the background which makes me feel this is a disgruntle family RUN BUSINESS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THERE SERIVCE IS HORRIBLE WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS BEING RIGHT AFTER ALL I BEEN THRU I FEEL A APOLOGY IS IN ORDER NOT A NASTY EMAIL!!!! WOW

Great delivery option when compared to bland national brands. Prices were very reasonable and food was good, but not life changing. I had a gyro and it was good. The kids had pizza and loved it.

Romio's is a local chain, they have great food and it's one of our favorite restaurants to visit. I've only been to this one on Factoria in Bellevue, however there are multiple locations, like in Seattle and Kirkland. As such, this review is based on my experiences at this specific location. Romio's appears to be family owned and operated establishment. They have a substantial menu, and almost every thing they have can be made Gluten Free (bread sticks, pizza, sandwiches, etc.). This is the main reason we tried Romio's and the fabulous food is what makes us return time and again. The marinara sauce is particularly amazing. Personally, I believe they put in a bit of pesto in it to give it a little something that is typically missing in marinara at other places...but whatever it is, it's grrrreat! If you find yourself on Factoria in Bellevue, consider going here instead of the keg across the street. You will not be disappointed.

I have ordered from this place a few times and it used to be pretty good. The last two times I have ordered they just can't get it right. I ordered a beef ravioli about a month ago and it showed up as cheese. I also said no onions because I don't do well with them and it shows up with a pot load of onions. I called and they said sorry. So I ordered again and this time I ordered beef cannelloni and it showed up with cheese. I hate ricotta cheese and that is what it had in it. I threw it in the garbage because it was disgusting and gross. I called back and they said they would take care of me and give me a free pasta the next time. Said they had my phone number on file. I called back a week later to order it and they didn't have it on file. Imagine that. This place is a joke. I wouldn't order here ever again and I recommend that you don't waste your money either. It is very expensive and to waste this kind of money and get the wrong thing several times is not cool. The salad is also old looking btw. Every salad I have ordered from this place I throw in the garbage because it looks really old. Maybe I will call the health department next and let them know.

I have been living in factoria for a year now, just down the street from Romio's. This review is based on a series of orders from this location. Several times I have felt the staff to be rude. In my opinion it is a side effect of being understaffed for the volume of sales they take -- or they could just be rude. In my opinion their pizza was just OK -- it was a fair quality for the price paid. However... Do Not Order a Side of Fry's. Mine came soggy and mushy -- i tossed the whole box of them. From the rude staff to the soggy fry's, they get a 2 stars from me.

2nd visit Service was eh, not impressed by the snobby female cashier. Who didn't say excuse me and damn near ran me over nor did she even say a FLIPPIN thank you as she handed me our pizza. Pizza was ok nothing I would rush to get again but the CALZONE was very very good. My husband got that and I took a bite to try and it was vey yummy. May come back if we REALLY want a calzone but nothing else.

We love Romio's and have frequented Seattle locations for years. We ordered tonight from the Factoria location as we're staying nearby for a few days during construction on our home. We ordered Dolmades, Meatballs, and a "thin crust" pizza, and I could not have been more disappointed by our food. The pizza was extremely greasy, soggy, burnt on the edges and uncooked in the middle. My dolmades were lukewarm and falling apart. I would recommend Romio's but NOT this location.

The servers/hosts there are extremely rude. I've eaten there several times and every time I'd go in the hostesses were spotty and condescending. They were the worst on the phone. The last time I placed an order with them I was ordering a bunch of food for a business meeting and she kept cutting me off and asking "is that all?" At the end of my order I could hear some chuckling in the background and she said "oh so now that's it?" And then she started laughing. I promptly told her never mind I will take my business elsewhere. I'll never be going there again.

I just recently moved to Bellevue and tried out Romio's delivery for the first time. I really loved the online ordering and it was delivered in good time but that is where the compliments end. We ordered the fettuccine alfredo for my daughter and it was tasteless and boring. My 7 year old couldn't eat it and she loves alfredo! I had the tortellini special and even though it states that it is made in a garlic sauce it was just too much. There were no other flavors. I ordered the cheese sticks and they were soggy but I'll blame that on them having to be delivered. I will not be ordering from here again. It turned a easy night of delivery into a last minute scraping for something else to eat.

I pass this place all the time and never gave it a second thought but today I thought I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did, the food was very unique they have quite an assortment of things to order. Way more than just pizza. I ordered deliver and it took some time but it was worth the wait. The food was hot , fresh, and very delicious. I wish I'd have given them a try sooner!

We saw all the reviews on yelp and decided to try this place out. We ordered the House Special Pizza, Romio's Calzone, and a "Salad". The wait time was okay, there was a large group before us, but the waitress was the worst. She was indifferent when asking for our order, and seemed like she could care less when giving us our food. That being said, the food was OKAY. The house special pizza fell apart, and was on the pricey side, don't trust their menu online, it's not updated. Flavor was bland and oily. The "salad" was deceitful. It ended up being two or three sliced Romaine tomatoes topped with cheese and a pesto sauce. The calzone had little flavor and was soggy on the bottom due to all the grease. It was quite large for the price. Before we could even finish our food, the waitress practically had asked us to leave. The restaurant wasn't even busy either and we went at 6 on a Saturday night. That's fine, because we're not planning on returning again.

Solid all around. Reasonably priced. Good pizza and their Cobb salad is nice when kids want pizza and I want something a little lighter. Good service.

The pizza was so soggy I was afraid it would fall through the bottom of the box which was soaked. Had to throw it in the oven to get it to an edible state. If I knew I was gonna have to do that, I would have just gotten a take and bake pizza. Yikes.

We've been ordering from them (for delivery) for years. Now we were told we couldn't use their coupon from their website for any order totalling less than $15 AFTER the coupon. Really? Why do they offer a coupon if you can't use it? Well they just lost our business.

The pizza is only ok. Not to mention they will forget to give you something on every order. Happened to me four times. I hope they fix it.

Yup, I am a fan. This is a review for only the pasta and salad during dinner on a Friday night. I got the chef's special for the salad and my bf got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. My salad was good, but huge! I think it could've fed three people, so next time I am going to order a half instead of a full. I only ate 1/3 of my dish. It came with garlic bread and it was SO goood. I was pleasantly surprise. My bf's pasta was good as well--sometimes good chicken Alfredo is hard to find (since some make it so bland!), but I found this dish pretty good. He didn't like his side salad that came before the meal (you have a choice of soup or salad), because he ordered Italian dressing and they decided to drench the salad with it and it was way too much. Service was pretty good, the server was fast on getting our requests and keeping our waters full. Isn't that all you would ask for?

First time I ordered delivery I got sick. Was hoping for a coincidence the second time but got sick again. 52 bucks for one large and one medium delivered. AND I HAD TO ASK FOR MY TEN DOLLARS IN CHANGE. Driver assumed this was his tip and started walking off. After the dirty look we resolved this is NOT the place for good pizza in Bellevue. Dominos is better than this...

  • Katy B.

This place was decent.. I mainly went because I wanted the housemade Italian dressing that only pizza places seem to know how to make well. Random.. I know The spaghetti with meatsauce was pretty good, the garlic bread was great. Overall, it was really heavy and filling and I only ate half. Would go back if I'm craving Italian and too lazy to cook - it's really close to my house.

I have been coming here more frequently for lunch due to the good service and the awesome prices. I highly recommend the cheese ravioli with red sauce. If pillows of cheese filled ravioli with onions and mushrooms in a zesty marinara sauce sounds good...hit Romio's!

  • Rex H.

WORST service I have ever encountered. We have been to Romio's numerous times. Tonight we ordered two pasta dish. On the menu it states all pasta orders come with soup or salad. She didn't ask me whether to get soup or salad, nor offered me any choice. When I went to pick up the the order they didn't ask either. By the time I got home I found out they didn't give us any soup or salad! We called right away and, to our surprise, the response (from 'Mira', suppose to be the manager) was "you have to ask for when you order otherwise we won't give you anything." We were shocked to hear that, since we have never heard of such strange service before! The lady kept saying that's how they do business all the time, that customer HAVE to ask or they won't get anything at ALL! We tried to reason with her for a good five minutes and we finally gave up, and by then she offered to give us the soup, which we politely declined. When we go to a restaurant we look for good food and service, Romio's food is alright but the service is WORST of the WORST!

  • stacie h.

The food is ok but really nothing to write home about, the prices are expensive for the quality of food you get. I give them one star for the service. The people that work there are rude and I do not think that is ok. I will go to Romio's again but it WILL NOT be this one (the one in Renton I would give 4 stars to).

We ordered takeout through Grub Hub. Delivery was quick. We ordered a large, cheese pizza and a meatball sub. Considering it was $16.50 the pizza was smaller than I expected although it did have LOTS of cheese on it. The sauce was very tangy and tasted more like marinara sauce than pizza sauce. I liked it, but the rest of my family didn't. The meatball sub was okay, not great.

Greek Calzone a sandwich pizza that is an interesting texture to my mouth. It is addicting, but my stomach fills up fast by this type of food. The dough is very thick and yummy thanks to the squirting cheese to my throat is the best part. The reason mine was Greek flavored pizza was because it had a gruesome amount of olives, tomatoes, Feta cheese, lettuce, chicken, & tsaki sauce to dip. Like a Gyro, a sandwich, and a pizza all in one! Now that's fantastical!

I've eaten here a few times so it's time to write a review. Last night I enjoyed the delicious Shrimp Fettucini with sun dried tomatoes and a garlic primavera sauce. It was so rich that I have leftovers. I also ate a nice house salad with blue cheese dressing. I also recommend the GASP calzone (garlic artichoke spinach pesto). It's VERY garlicky, but very tasty. To repeat, if you want to order this dish, be sure to ask your date if it's okay for you to get major garlic breath! Basically, I always enjoy food here and the pasta portions are large enough that I usually have leftovers. I'll be back.

No doubt they have delicious pizza. Their Romio's special is so good! The crust is soft and their marinara sauce has the perfect seasoning. The cheese is always perfectly melted and just looking at it makes your mouth water! And you can order online, which is always a plus for me, and they have a super nice staff. BUT, there are two critical things that make it only a 3 star restaurant. 1. As others have said, it's very over priced. You can get a bigger delicious pizza at a chain for half the price. Yes there pizza is really good and probably a bit better than a chain, but not that much. For me personally, I live in Factoria, and when I am super hungry and want to eat right now I will pay the extra money since I will get my pizza fastest here. 2. When you order online they don't have a "ready time". I left my house 10 minutes after I ordered (it takes my like 2 minutes to get to Romio's) and had to wait another 10 minutes. I didn't have anything important to do, but it's kind of annoying. I will be back on those days I can't wait for delivery and won't be bothered driving more than down the street.

The closest thing to mom-and-pop Italian I've found in the area. The chopped salad (full order) with gyro meat is a meal by itself. Hot wings are very generous and well flavored. Even with delivery they arrive steaming hot. The kids love the pizza and garlic bread. One wish: does gluten free pizza need to be TWICE the cost of regular crust? Seems like a bit of price gouging, or the supplier is over charging.

Stopped in Saturday evening, about 645, on way home from an errand. We ordered sandwiches which were very good, good sized too. Salad was crisp and the right size. Wait staff was pleasant, price was reasonable. We feel this is good value and deserving of your custom. While there we compared Romios with a much more expensive 'steak house' in Issaquah, and we agreed that the steak house is way overrated, and does not warrant a return visit. We'll be back to Romios.

The pizza is not bad, but it's definitely not one of the best I've tried... I also ordered a capresse salad, it was humdrum, as well as the pizza... I give them 2 stars because I think the place is overrated with 4 stars... even round table is better...

Boy was I surprised at how good the food was here. I wasn't really looking forward to going to a "typical" pasta place. I assumed it was going to be another Cucina Presto type place where the food didnt taste good because it was cheap and fast, but actually I it ended up being REALLY good! I ordered the four-cheese baked spaghetti. Man... I've almost never had cheese taste so good. The cheese was golden brown and burnt a little on the edges which gave it a very ripe flavor that lingered in your mouth for awhile. The portions were great and we got to enjoy it the following day. I've held back a star because the atmosphere isn't the greatest here. Too open-air cafeteria-like that isn't really inviting. Oh, and my fiancee ordered the GASP calzone. I think it stands for Garlic, Artichoke, Sun dried Tomatoes and Pesto.... at least that is what we THOUGHT it stood for. It actually stands for what you do when there is a lack of stink-free air around the person who ate it. (Why is it garlic tastes so good yet stinks so bad?)

way too expensive for what you get. Their largest pizza is like a medium, definitely not a large and it's like $20! The pizzas are OK but I would rather get Pagliacci or some Serious Pie (although that's all the way in Seattle ;() Yeah, they deliver and the service is friendly, but that's all it's got going for it. Nothing special.

Portions were big, the food was reasonably good, and the prices were OK. I have to ding this location a star for a few things that added up for us... - no whole wheat pizza crust. The Crossroads location does have it, and it's really good. - it seems like all the Romio's pizza options have mushrooms. You can ask them to leave them off but their substitution policy varies depending on how busy they are. - the room was a little bit cold. Our server was friendly and kept the drinks coming without us asking and this is certainly a convenient location. Consider it if you're in the Factoria area and want pizza -- there aren't too many other choices anyway.

Being allergic to gluten makes it very challenging to find good restaurants when traveling, and good gluten free pizza & sandwiches are nearly impossible to find. I stayed in this area for work for a month and this place was INCREDIBLE for our food sensitive family. I had their eggplant parmesan GF sandwich and it was the best eggplant parm I've ever had - gluten free or not. Their GF menu is surprisingly extensive on the pizzas, usually you get one, maybe two options. I was extremely impressed and happy to find such an unexpected goldmine.

ordered delivery of pizza and eggplant parm dinner pretty much based on other reviews and that they deliver to our area. I was surprised at how BAD it was. Doughy, limp pizza....most of the topping had slid to one side. The eggplant had a really mushy breaded coating. I can only give credit to the decent minestrone soup that came with it and the fact that everything arrived very hot. Romio's needs to work on food quality.

This is probably the closest and cheapest "Italian" food in the 'hood where I work. It's not amazing, but it's not bad either. They have good lunch specials.... I want to say they're somewhere around $7 for a Salad, Soda and pasta dish. All of the pasta dishes are okay, but I find the lasagna to be the best. The tomato sauce is always a little too sweet for me, but there's an abundance of cheese and meat which makes me happy. Ooohhh!! They also serve a piece of garlic bread! I love garlic bread! Service has always been very meh. I usually see one or two people only serving customers so the wait can be long. Last time I went it took 10 minutes for someone to bring us the bill and take our payments. Not so great when you're in a hurry. However, if you order for delivery you won't have to deal with pretty bad service. Overall it's a decent meal for the price. You can count on Romio's to be consistently mediocre in every way, but at least you don't have to deal with too bad...

I have Celiac disease, so I have to order everything gluten-free. Romio's in Factoria offers a gluten free pizza for delivery. Two important things to note: ONE: Their gluten-free pizza was the best pizza I've ever had in my life. TWO: I paid $35 (after tax and tip) for a 10" pizza. That's COMPLETELY INSANE! ...The sad news is I won't be calling back because I can't afford a $35 meal for myself. A 10" pizza won't even feed two people without side dishes... Hope they lower the price on the GF pizza soon!

I am gluten and dairy free due to allergies, had a pizza here before and it rocked. Ordered one today for pick up and they mistakenly added cheese to it. We discovered this after we returned home. They were willing to refund my money or make a new pizza- both of which required me to take the 25 min drive back, then the 25 min return drive home. (I live outside of their delivery area. :( ) I have plans tonight and can't do that! Since the pizza cost me nearly 30 bucks, I am NONE To happy. They even suggested I ordered it with cheese. (??!!!!) They didn't have any other options for me- so a very frustrating experience. I will NOT return to this location again. Hopefully other locations are more willing to be accountable when it is clearly their mistake!!!

This is my new favorite italian place, due in large part to the fact they have good gluten free options! French bread, pizza, and pasta all available in gluten free. Their marinara sauce is YUMMY. My husband who can eat gluten loves their lasagna. They have a very reasonably priced lunch menu also. Owners are greek, so the food has a richer flavoring than many italian places. Same owners also own the Totem Lake location in Kirkland. I've tried some of the other Romio's with different owners = not as good.

I used to go to a Romio's right by my house. I ordered a pizza to pick up thinking it was the one by my house, and it turns out that the one there closed and I ordered one from this Romio's in Factoria. Not as close as I wanted, but what the hell I'd already ordered it. The guy on the phone could barely speak English and wasn't answering some of my questions because frankly I don't think he could understand me any better than I could understand him. Then I wasn't sure where it was, so I was trying to call back to get directions. Three times I called before the guy answered again. WTH? How can they just not answer the phone in a business? I assume it must have been busy, but when I did get directions and finally make it over there, there was only one customer inside the place. By the time I got the pizza thanks to them not answering the phone, it was half cold. By the time I got home, the pizza was completely cold....albeit "good" pizza. Bottom line, good pizza, horrible service.

I've been to many of the different Romio's locations and had ok experiences, but last night was the last time. Although the service was fast and friendly, the pizza actually makes me sick just thinking about it. The box was soaked in grease, and the bottom crust was soaked in miscellaneous juices. The bottom crust wasn't cooked, so it ended up being a soggy cheesy mess. We ordered a half Hawaiian / half kickin bbq chicken. The pieces of chicken were huge (about 1" cubes) and overcooked. I suspect that all the chicken is pre-cooked and then tossed into whatever menu item is ordered; the size may have been more appropriate for a pasta dish, but definitely not a pizza. We also had a half order of cheese bread, and the marinara sauce had a pool of grease on top. Never again.

Loved the pasta! Spinach canneloni FTW! Not a fan of the garlic bread-small and greasy.

We drove all the way out here to get our fix for Romio's pizza. We frequented Romio's in Bellevue on 156th but it's shut down. This restaurant is clean and friendly. I am not a pizza fan, but I will eat Romio's pizza. We always get the Acropolis (w/o anchovy), but recently we halved Acropolis and Samos (their hawaiian version) for our 3 year old son. They have online tracking order and they offer variety of coupons. And they offer free delivery. Let help this restaurant thrive!

LOVE this place. It's cheap, the portions are huge, and the taste of everything I've tried there is fantastic.

I've never been unhappy at a Romio's, ever. And when one eats out as much as I do, this is a good thing. The pasta is tasty and nicely done. Last time I was there, I had the tortellini and believe me, one dinner portion was enough for not one...not two...but THREE meals. And each time, it was excellent. There's lots of parking on the side of the building, too, so even if the front lot is full, drive right around to the side of the place and park it!

Just got my pizza and there was no sauce on it. Like, not even a tiny drop. Called them and offered to return it to prove there was no sauce in order for a refund, and the manager was completely unhelpful. She kept trying to give me a new pizza, but I didn't want to wait another hour. I'm still not sure if I am getting a refund...she kept claiming she didn't understand, that it was impossible, and she finally hung up on me. Take your business elsewhere, it's definitely not worth it.

DO NOT DO DELIVERY. The guy was 10 minutes late, and he forgot a part of the order. They get ya with the coupons for first time delivery, which is probably all the deliveries they get. I'm so bummed. I really liked the kinds of pizza they had, but no way am I ordering from there again. NO WAY.

This food used to be good but not any more, very bland. Older dark-haired waitress is not very polite. I will not be returning again. The large TIPS jar on the counter? This is NOT OK!! Tips are for good service, correct order taking & execution and being nice to the customers. Not what I found here.

It's pretty good. Apparently not all Romio's are the same. This one and the one in Kirkland are owned by a Bulgarian family group (three families?). I've been twice and found the service to be warm and responsive. The food is pretty good. I've had a chopped salad and the lentil soup, which is really excellent. My husband has had a gyros and a plate of pasta with sauce, which he said was deeelish. I've ordered a gyros from the Kirkland shop and it was yummy, as was the salad that went with it. All in all, a place that my family and I will frequent, as it is tasty and close to home.

GASP PIzza. It's the best. The crust is always crunchy and never gooey or drippy like some places.

These people are idiots!!!! I had been ordering pizzas from them at least once a week last summer (sometimes more) while doing construction on my condo. Then, one day, they decide I live somewhere else & will not deliver to my house.... I should note I found out because he called me while trying to deliver my pizzas....I explained where I lived & that I'm in their delivery area. First the driver argued w/ me & said I didn't live in their delivery area (I'm less than 4 miles, Newport Hills) & argued w/ me even though he said that he was new to the area AND looking at a paper map. I called the restaurant & ended up having to pick up the pizza myself....they offered me a salad for my trouble. Well, the reason I wanted delivery is because I didn't have time to get pizza!!! The following business day I called the owner and he was a complete a$$! He also argued with me about where I live. The owner told me to order from the Renton store and just as I thought, I'm outside their delivery area (about 10 miles away). So although their pizza is decent (but overpriced), I refuse to purchase from these idiots again! And it appears the owner really doesn't care about keeping customers. I now purchase from Sahara Pizza in Newport Hills.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
