This location is a sorry example of Panera Bread. Sloppy service, well below standards of other Panera's I have been too. If you have never been you should choose another location to have your first experience.

I tried Panera Bread in Williston and I was less than impressed. I wanted a simple sandwich, a ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomato and pickles. I was told that this was not possible. They would not put pickle on my sandwich. I was told that I could have a pickle on the side, but that they would not put it on my sandwich for me. Okay, this might not seem like a big deal, but that is what makes it a big deal. It is a very simple modification. They have the pickles, when they make the sandwich why not slice one and put it on the sandwich if it is asked for??? It just seemed like a very simple way to make a customer happy, and they would not do it.

I've been to quite a few Panera's before including the other two in the Burlington area but this is the location that really impressed me enough to pen a review. First, I would like to say that the servers are very friendly and pleasant and made me feel welcome. As I sat and enjoyed my bagels and coffee, the manager was making the rounds to make sure everything was a-ok. I couldn't help but eavesdrop a bit and hear the table behind me. One lady says she always eats there because Panera (this location anyway) was very picky about cleanliness in the kitchen, etc. I forget some of the other details but it was enough to encourage me to make repeat visits. I have been back for the panini's, soups and pastries. Always treated with respect and friendly attitude. The employees seem very happy so kudos to their management team. One small nitpick though. I noticed that all Panera locations have reduced the size of their bagels. They used to be huge! Now they are the same size as most other places.

Behold! The Williston Panera is OPEN for business! Plentiful seating, delicious menu and a fair amount of food for the price. I had the 1/2 panini, cup of soup deal which came with either a bag of chips, apple, or baguette (I opted for the apple as I got the broccoli cheddar soup which was my caloric splurge for lunch the day). The soup was delicious, thick and creamy with a hearty helping of broccoli. The chicken panini I had was quite awesome as well with a thin layer of ham and a nice amount of melted cheese. I love that you can sit down, put the table finder device on the pad on the table and they will find you easily - no yelling out names or numbers (I hate that as you can't relax at the start of sitting and it's tough to try to carry on a conversation while listening for your name/number to be called). My one critic is that the menu is a little overwhelming and hard to read when you are in line but this might be typical of all Paneras. Overall, this is a great new Williston addition and I am SO excited to have a new lunch option in the area!

Like the other reviewers, I've been to many thinners but this is the first one I have been so impressed with I had to write a review. The service was exceptional and other little things make this location stand out from the rest. For example, the baguette that normally comes with the pick 2 was about half full of bread. They also have a nice table tracking system so they know exactly where to bring your food. I will definitely go back if I'm in the area.

When I go to this Panera, my thought is always, well it could be worse. It used to be really great when it first opened, but now not so much. Every time I am up to Vermont again and think I'll try it, my silverware is DIRTY! not ok. I've also noticed the employees don't seemed to be treated well, and most of the employees of color are no longer there. I only recognized one employee this visit. The food is still panera, and it seems a lot of folks eat there, so they must do something right... However the dirty silverware is a turnoff.

When they're not out of basic things -- baguette, fruit for the salad, some soups -- they're good. Unfortunately at this location, they're allways out of things, esp. Midweek. Go to the Shelburne road location instead.

I have been to many Panera cafes. Reliable clean and great service til this one. Chicken Cobb salad. Rapid Pick Up. Lettuce brown, avacado not ripe, prepped incorrectly not edible. Baguette so stale my dog couldn't eat it. Incorrect dressing for the salad. A fork and no knife for a take out - leaves you out of luck when you are in the road. Worst Cafe experience ever!

Panera anywhere is pretty delicious, especially the orange scones, but overpriced for what it is. This location in particular has a terrible service counter layout and generally undertrained staff. I loathe that I'm always being upsold on something. The dining area is nice, but the ordering experience is usually a drag. There are more reasonably price places with better staff in town, we'll just go there.

I have been a regular here ever since they opened. The place was always clean when Katrina was a manager here, since she left I am sad to report it is dirty every time I come in. The bathroom and the floors are disgusting. The menu has become disappointing as well. A lot of items are seasonal, but they did not bring back any of my favorites this year. No more Soba Noodles and Shrimp Salad, no Shrimp Roll this summer, gone for good is the Turkey Harvest Salad, Chicken is the only meat option now. They eliminated the whole grain Baguette with meals, the new roll is not as good. I used to come in every other day, at least. I hope that Panera adds some variety to their Salads again and starts cleaning again like they used to!
