I have never been disappointed here. The food is always flavorful, meals arrive hot and void of that sat-in-the-light-too-long crust (like we always get at Chili's). My kids can find something that they like (even the picky ones), and taking a group is no problem. My favorite menu item is the strawberry chicken salad. I like it so much that I have tried to duplicate it (without success) at home.

Christy provided exceptional service in the bar area. The food was cooked perfectly to my request and tasted delicious. I ate here during the middle of a dinner rush but since I came alone I was able to get a table immediately in the bar. I would definitely come here again.

Came here on a Friday as a first timer for lunch- Immediately loved the kitsch cattleman decor, warm woodsy barn look. We were seated without a wait and served promptly- My bf opted for the rib eye steak and I had grilled shrimp skewers with rice and my choice of side: smoked mac and cheese which was insanely rich and delicious, although the bacon and smokiness can be overwhelming if you had this as a whole meal. Perhaps fortunately for us, the rib eye came back medium well, rather than medium rare as ordered, we had to send it back and once it arrived properly, the flavor and texture was definitely up to par- We ended up getting it for free, comped on the house! My shrimp were juicy and well seasoned, for 12.99 I thought it was a perfect price and portion for lunch. I'd be interested in coming back for dinner next time, I know the portions and selection are a little more generous, also because I didn't get to experience Longhorn's full potential in terms of appetizers or desserts.

Usually the food here is really good. Today I was disappointed with the coffee (it tasted old). My entree included the asparagus, which was overcooked. The spinach feta chicken sounded better than it tasted. My daughter has a huge end piece chunk of tomato on her sandwich, which she had to remove in order o eat the sandwich. My husband has friend with his burger that weren't fully cooked.

The decorations remind me of a Texas ranch. Not that I've ever been, but just saying. They have cattle horns on the wall with pictures of ranch hands and mountains with waterfalls. We only arrived for dessert, so the waitstaff was not pleased. I also ordered things like hot water (I lost my voice that weekend so that was the only item that helped!). So the waiter was ready to ignore us until my friend gave a generous tip that doubled the bill. After that the waiter was all smiles and really attentive! He gave us more cups of hot water, refilled the coffee, brought us boxes for our non finished desserts... The key lime pie was slightly tart, not too sweet. The cheesecake slice was mammoth and so was the Caramel Apple Goldrush. The most unique dessert was Caramel Apple Goldrush. Crisp apples, gooey caramelized sugar baked into crisp crust with ice cream topping. Yea that tasted pretty good. The cheesecake was just cheesecake. I should come back sometime for steak but with places like Del Friscos and Delmonico's in the city, I don't think I'm missing much.

On Friday May 3rd, 2013, On Fridays some of the ladies from my work get together and go out to some place different for lunch. This Friday we decided to go to Longhorn Steakhouse. Now, I am vegetarian, but decided to keep an open mind and see what there was to try. I am sooo glad I did! They have this amazing salad called Grilled Chicken & Strawberry Salad. I just go it with no chicken and it was so delicious. The right amount of citrus from all the fruit and salty from the onion and feta! A great meal with the Broccoli Asiago Cheddar Soup, with aged white cheddar. One of the best meals I have had here yet!!! Everyone was super nice and great service!!!

By far the best steak chain I've been to. The wild west shrimp is an awesome appetizer, the salads are great and if you eat any of the warm bread served up, there's no room for dinner! The steaks are usually done quite well. The steak tips were too salty, but otherwise, every meal I've eaten there has been fine. The bar is pretty nice and the booths are just as nice as the dinner seating.

I loved the service. The food was really worth the price. My Chinese friend was not used to the bitter taste of the steak, the manager came and gave her a different one (which tasted the same). We guessed that they used graphite grill to have that bitter taste, even though it tasted good for us, that friend hated it. Also for Chinese, when we say "well done" we meant well done to the point that there isn't any pink meat inside. I guess they don't get that many foreigners here in the store, our well done had pink meat. They only gave me one coke, and no refill, not sure if that was normal.

Quite simply one of the beat and most reasonable places to get a steak in the Burlington area. Yes it is a chain but they do a good job and if you watch out for the times they put on special deals you can get a nice meal for a great price. Yes steak is still better grilled at home if you know what you're doing but Longhorn does fit the bill if you want a reasonably priced steak out. And btw based on my experience they are much better than the Outback in Burlington.

I'm not a chain fan, however, long horn has great steak, fresh veggies and great service. I try and watch what I eat and their flavorful under 500 6oz renegade sirloin with steamed veggies and a cup of their lobster shrimp chowder is amazing. Highly recommend this if you are watching your weight but still enjoy eating flavorful food :)

Sir Loin called and wants his shoes back. Normally you visit a chain restaurant because you want something predictable and decent. My recent visit to this Long Horn was anything but typical of the chain. The service was fair - only two mistakes, oh yeah - we only ordered two things, um. We got there before the big rush. But the sirloin steak was more gristle than meat. I swear it was like the bacon wrap wasn't bacon, but just more gristle. No manager checked with us after the meal, probably a good thing. Not much he could have done at that point. Skip this place.

Think of every other chain restaurant Chili's, Applebees, Ninety Nine now throw in some hardcore Texan decor and you have Longhorn Steakhouse. This location in Williston is extremely convenient as it's in the Maple Tree Place plaza where pretty much have everything you need in this area. Best Buy, Movie Theater, Bar, more than a few restaurants, Wal-Mart etc. Anyway the good thing about Long Horn is you can't miss it on the right side of the road, because it's literally the first restaurant you see right at the light before turning. They don't take reservations but i do suggest calling them at least 30-45 minutes before your meal, they will definitely make sure you are seated before everyone if you call. Trust me I really didn't think this place got busy, but a nice day recently in May and literally the place was packed out and luckily we called ahead and were seated within 5-7 minutes of arriving. You would think a lot of the food here would be slathered up with salt to enhance the taste but LongHorn in comparison to the aforementioned chains above I think actually tries to keep the quality of their food very high. Most of the dishes tasted amazing and were pretty high quality for a chain restaurant. I went twice during a week visit so I was able to sample a few different dishes. Starters I would definitely go with the Wild West Shrimp (Calamari) light and sweet tastes great, pleasantly surprised by the Western Cheese Fries they didn't overwhelm me but were filling. Texas Tonion was pretty awesome, onion strips plus whatever special sauce they gave us was really good. Surprisingly the Grilled White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms were also very very very good, and I usually stay away from mushrooms unless I know the taste will be masked by something else and offset it. Soup wise they have a Broccoli and Cheddar Soup which isn't as good as Panera Bread but it's up there. Obviously to the Steaks which is the main reason you come to a "SteakHouse" duh, my first visit of the week I got the Fire Grilled T-Bone which i was pretty disappointed with. A ton of fat on it, not enough meat for me genuinely was disappointed. But next visit I had the New York Strip which had more than enough meat, it was heavy and filling great taste loved every second of it. PERSONALLY THE BEST DISH at Longhorn is probably the Steakhouse Mac and Cheese, it's very very very rich in flavor but I mean it's that good, yes i actually enjoyed it more than my Steak and that's saying a lot. The cheese melting in my mouth along with the bacon and whatever sauces they used is unreal. They truly created a masterful Mac and Cheese dish here. Specialty beverages there I ordered the Lynchburg Lemonade which was just OK, definitely to much booze but I was able to get through it. GF got the Strawberry Goldrush which is definitely by far the best drink available.

We hadn't been back for a few months, but coming back was soooo sweet. We usually share a chicken parmesan dinner, along with getting their new salad with cherries, oranges and blackberry dressing. It's just a great dining experience and very consistent. It smells so good just walking up the restaurant, we've never had a bad meal here, very nice, atmosphere is good too. We usually don't order deserts here, really big and not to our tastes.

The many times I've gone to Longhorn I've been quite pleased with food and service. The menu is superb and has a great selection of foods. I think my favorite appetizer is now the homecooked chips. The steaks have always been consistent and perfectly done. I've never had bad service but it also isn't a stand-out in the service area compared to other restaurants in town. The decor is perfect for a steak house and is comfortable. Good draft beer and margarita selections as well. I tend to prefer it over Chilis or Outback.

This is overall a good chain steakhouse. We went on a weeknight, and it was not too crowded. Our waiter was great. Food was okay though. We had salmon salad, and pork rib. The bbq sauce was kind of waterdown, otherwise, the rib would be better. Personally, I prefer the food at Outback steakhouse, especially its wings.

Stopped for a quick dinner on a long drive home. Great location close to the interstate. Didn't have reservations but it wasn't a problem on a Wednesday night at 7:00 pm. No wait to be seated and very fast excellent service. The garden salad and bread were outstanding! Had the Ribeye cooked medium and was very happy with it. Defintely would recommend this place to the weary traveler or anyone for that matter. We hated to leave.

Always great food and I love the fresh, warm bread. Beers are ice cold and delightful too.

Open late, good for take out. Also one of he nicest steak places eve, especially because its not stupid expensive. Good wait staff and very friendly bartender Friday nights. Check it out.

I generally like Longhorn's and this one fit the bill. Waitstaff was attentive, food came out hot. Would definitely go back.

Always a tasty meal. Flos fillet especially tender. Shrimp lobster chowder had too much corn. Could have been called corn/shrimp/lobster.

This was a terific restaurant! And the food was delicious. Staff was friendly restaurant was super clean. Wish I lived near here so I can eat here more often.

Very attentive staff, but not overly so. Steak was cook perfectly, the shrimp were a little over done. Flavors were very good. Steamed broccoli was perfect and extremely tasty. Will definitely return.
