Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

We were vacationing in Stowe and followed this Yelp review to Fu Lins. The place was in the middle of nowhere and we were the only ones in the dining room. However, the food was very well done and was not pricey at all. Better than anything we ate in stowe and a 1/4 the price. Was being run by one lady and her small children and you can tell they put alot of work into there food. Would definitely recommend to make the 20 min drive when in the area.

This place used to have amazing food the waitresses are not the friendliness at all but huge portions and great prices but lately it's so hit or miss I went to sit down and my hand stuck to the back of the chair than when I sat down my arm stuck to the table. Still nice portions for the price but when I ordered my food I keep hearing them turn the microwave on The coolest thing is at the end the receipt is written in English and Chinese awsome

This was my first time there. I ordered a Pu-pu platter for 2 for $15.95 thinking it would be like every other "for 2" meaning enough for 1. Boy was I wong. Not only was there A LOT, but it came with fried rice and was GREAT! It was in the top 5 Chinese places I've ever eaten. I would recommend Fu Lin's.

This is a good option for vegetarian Chinese food. I came here while visiting Stowe and it's just a 30 minute drive. General Tso's tofu was good and I particularly fond of the broccoli with garlic sauce. The prices are good and the ambience is fine for eating in.

This is my go-to place for Chinese food in Morrisville. The owner and her kids clearly work hard to run this place, and it shows in the quality of the food and the customer service. This is one local business that I can say I'm proud to support.

We live in Stowe, and will make the drive to come to Fu Lin's instead of going to our local Chinese restaurant in Stowe simply because the food here is better. It is a step above your standard American style Chinese restaurant, with fresh ingredients and authentic sauces. I prefer the unbreaded chicken dishes, and really love their Kung Pao. The vegetables are very fresh and cooked to perfection every time. I tend to stay away from the pork dishes, as they often use a precooked pork roast (ala pork ribs appetizer) that I find to be really tough. Otherwise, the dishes are really quite good. The food isn't greasy or salty. Be aware though, this place is really bare bones if you are eating in. They have real plates and silverware, but you will drink from a red plastic Coke cup, and the decor is just well, cheap and tacky. But, if that is what keeps the prices low, then it is a win in my book. There is the issue that the tables are pretty close, and you will hear every word said at your neighboring tables. Service, by the way, is very good. You will most likely be seated by the owner's young daughter. She is quite polite and mature for her age, getting drinks and bringing your bill. The owner will take orders, and is very friendly, though quiet. Usually there is another woman helping in the kitchen, but the last time it was just the owner running everything on her own and the service was slowl. I hope this is just a one-time staffing issue, but we will still probably go even if the service continues to be slow because we really like the food and the people.

A cut above the chinese places you see everywhere, in terms of food and atmosphere. They have great shrimp and pork dishes, and real sauces not the usual plastic packs. Very reasonable prices.

I've had a few meals here--lunch in, and take-out. Delicious General Tso's Tofu and super Scallion Pancakes. All the vegetarian dishes I've sampled have been fine. Food not too greasy like I've experienced in the other Chinese restaurants in the area. Nice people run the place. One drawback--no bar.
