I order from here sometimes and the sandwiches are very good. Made quickly. Friendly service. Not gourmet. Better than the Kountry Kart (sp?) I think. Prices are very reasonable. For a good, normal sub, sandwich, etc. and friendly service, I highly recommend. Not a fan of their sub rolls but they are ok.

Two Words.....Purple's Pleasure..... Soo stoked when I saw Noonie's moved to downtown Burlington. I'm in love with their soft honey oat bread...cannot wait to try more on the menu.

Welp, there goes my diet. The fiance and I had lunch here today and it was amazeballs. I had the Cape Codder and he the Purple Passion. First off, the customer service here is top notch, everyone was super sweet and excited about the new spot. Now the food- my sandwich was perfect! The house made honey oat bread hit the spot and was thick without being dense. I could probably eat the cranberry mayo by itsself! My fiance seemed impressed with his sandwich and said he'd get it again. Be forewarned- go in with an appetite; neither one of us could finish our sandwiches so we wrapped them up and have lunch for tomorrow! Thanks Noonie's! We will definitely be back.

I normally love Noonie's for their sandwiches, but I tried the corn chowder soup and it was rather disappointing. I know not all soups are thick, but there was a oily layer to the top, and seemed like just corn and potatoes, with some (not exciting) spices. I'm sticking to the sandwiches, maybe try the salad next time.

I stopped by the new Noonie's last night to get my favorite Middlebury treat - Purple's Pleasure - just a few blocks from home. Service was great - the two guys behind the counter were very friendly and obviously excited about the new spot. I sat at one of the tables and ate half of my sandwich right away - it was good, though the house made bread was a bit crumbly. While I was there I also got to sample a hearty and delicious Thai Pumpkin soup and a 7 layer bar. I find the sandwiches to be quite large, so I wrapped up the other half for today's lunch. There is something magical about the wait. My next day sandwich was nearly euphoric - all the flavors melded together and the bread held up perfectly. The only thing that I didn't love about my visit to Noonie's was all of the disposable service items. Styrofoam soup bowls, plastic utensils, and waxed paper cups were the only offerings available. Next time, I'll do my best to remember to bring my own.
