Overall I would give this place 3.75 stars. The kimchi dip was great, but the chip quality didn't do it justice. Great fish and chips and a perfectly cooked chicken dish was the positives. The negatives would be watching the line cook eating the entire time which was not appetizing by any means and the dessert cookie for $3.50 was seriously lacking for that price.

I could drown in the Clear Noodle Soup... DIVINE! The popcorn is addictive and the fries will hurt your feelings they are so good! This place is gonna do very well!

Great food and great service. My friends and I all got different dishes and compared them, and each of us were convinced that he or she had the best meal.

We really enjoyed our recent meal here. We got the corn cakes to start and the Jintana's chicken. Both were really excellent, with perfect portion sizes and great flavors. The cocktails were also solid. The prices were reasonable (for Vermont, at least!). We'll definitely be back.

Our first time trying this restaurant after moving to Burlington. It was incredibly tasty. We had the corn cakes, pork patties and wilted kale salad (with a side of fries). Everything was delish! The people were nice too and it had a community feel. We will definitely go back.

This place is excellent. Best burger I have had in a long time. Service was great too! Will be coming back :)

The Twin Farms experience without the Twin Farms price. This place is amazing! The location represents a mix of the cultures that is reflected in their food. Creative, unique, and yet still farm to table local. We started with the clear noodle soup, which was bright and refreshing as it was beautifully topped with fresh cilantro and Thai Basil. The hearty pork meatballs gave the soup just the right depth. We also tried the fresh miso buttered asparagus with togarashi. OMG. Seriously. The mild spice of the lamb skewers were counterbalanced by the cool, creamy cucumber tzatzki. Finally, the Chicago dog was to die for, topped with fresh veggies. This is our new favorite place.

The atmosphere was excellent, the focaccia burger I had was incredible and the fries the best I ever had. My buddy had the kimchee pork parties which he said were great but the portion could have been bigger. Fried egg kale salad received a warm welcome from our group. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because my friend got the chicken dish it wasn't cooked completely. He brought his up with the waitress and she didn't really do anything about it, just said it had happened before and that it was fine?? That was weird, to me, because otherwise the service was really good.

Ordered the soup, Jintana chicken and charred Brussels. 5 stars for everything! I moved here from Chicago over the summer and am so happy to FINALLY have a place here that knows good food. Two thumbs up!! Ps the old fashioned was good too.

I am so excited to have butch and babe's in the neighborhood! We stopped in for a glass of wine on our first stop in as we had already eaten but really wanted to check the place out. The staff was super friendly! There's a nice bar tucked away in the corner of the restaurant where you could feel comfortable to go and eat alone or just pop in for a drink and an appetizer. The second time we went in we were really late and thought they might have been about to close. Alas, staff was so friendly and welcoming and fed us a delicious meal. I had the jintana's chicken which was so delicious and pineapple upside down cake for dessert which came with a yummy caramel sauce. Can't wait to stop in again!

Great service. Good vibes. Happy to see a nice casual gastropub in the ONE. We enjoyed the pork patty with kimchi and rice. The wife got a warm Kale salad veggie dish which was off the hook. The kitchen is semi open and looked super clean. Good veggie and GF options. Food flavors and combinations were really interesting. The dessert was good as well, a lemon cake with really good meringue. Definitely worth checking this place out.

My new favorite affordable restaurant in Burlington. We tried the mexican special (carne asada bowl), japanese (broth and noodles), and korean (kimchee pork patties). Then we had pound cake and brownies for dessert. Everything was outstanding, and the mexican and asian dishes reminded me of restaurants I loved in San Francisco and Oakland. Someone in the kitchen is very talented. The space is cozy and comfortable, and the service is thoughtful, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommended.
