Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

I heard back from the manager the next morning, he apologized about the problems with our pizzas, and confirmed they had two new guys in training, and a lot of problems that afternoon. He offered a free replacement for our Garlic Knot pizza, which my wife picked up the next day. It was perfect, just as good as the very first one we had a few weeks ago. So, they are still getting their act together, still adapting to new staff and popularity. Just be sure to triple check any orders before you walk out the door.

Some of the best pizza I've had in a long time. We got half eggplant, half buffalo chicken, and the buffalo pizza was delicious. Nice, soft crust, and they used buffalo sauce instead of red sauce which is a must. The beer selection was ok, but we were able to find something we liked. We also tried the potato skins which tasted fresh and greasy (in a good way) at the same time. Pretty comfortable and clean atmosphere.

I love the pizza from this place. Its not the best looking place, but they know how to get the job done. And the garlic knots are delicious too.

We ordered when they first opened and were not very impressed. Not impressed at all. Had take out tonight which is several months after they opened. The food is very dry. THe food is not as described on their menu. Not a recommendation.

Food was decent, but the service was sloooooowwwww. What we hoped would be a quick stop on our drive thru VT ended up being an hour-long (or more) lunch for 2 very simple dishes (and the crowd there was rather sparse). Avoid if you need to be somewhere quick...

I put in a pick up order for The Original Sicilian. It was a busy night and there was a mix up between the timing I was told and the time it was ready but that is my only "complaint". Waiting for pizza is hardly an issue for me considering its not really a big deal and I'm not a super a**hole. The manager was genuinely apologetic and ended up comping my pizza. The staff was incredibly friendly and the guy that cooked my pizza even came out to apologize. They definitely went above and beyond. I refuse to deduct stars for waiting. The pizza was delicious by the way. I will definitely go back. Many times:) Thanks guys

Tasteless crust.over priced lousy pizza. The service was horrible the waitress was this slow as hell. Sicilian pizza they call this I call it a pizza with no taste flavorless crap I will never ever ever eat at this shit hole again

Worst Ramuntos out there. This one just doesn't cut it. I'm not sure how the one in Keene is so different than Brattleboro since they're owned by the same person...service is very slow since they're under staffed. They don't season the chicken before putting it on the pizza. We've given this place a few tries and it gets worse each time. Skip Brattleboro and keep driving to Keene or better yet, Claremont.

Worst buffalo wings ever.served with no blue cheese. Wing sauce was served on the side on a cup

Food is decent, much better in the Keene location. Service is un realistically slow, waited 45 minutes for a BRICK OVEN pizza.. Last time I'll order. Management needs to fix this, slowest cooking staff in a 20 miles radius.

Legit NYC Pizza! We rolled into Ramunto's on a Friday night and it was fairly busy. The hostess was very friendly and told us there was about a 10-15 minute wait. Not bad considering how busy it looked from the lot. We opted to sit at the bar where there were a few open spots. The bartenders were great; very attentive and took care of us right away. They checked on us frequently to make sure beverage levels were good. They have a great selection of beer on tap. I was happy to have a Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA on draft. We started off with an order of Garlic Knots. These were probably some of the best we've had. They were made from pizza dough, but were not overly oiled like other places often do. They were seasoned nicely and had a good combination of outside crisp and inside chewiness. Minor minor grips: We could taste a hint of cinnamon on one. Although, it was interesting to see how that version tasted. For the main courses we had a Chicken Cesar Salad and a New York Cheese Pizza. The salad was good! The portion was generous, the chicken was juicy and it was topped with shaved Pecorino Ramano cheese. The pizza was a bit late coming out and the bartender was very apologetic. To make up for it, they gave us the 18" at the 14" price. The pizza was outstanding. I've had pizza in NYC before and this tasted exactly the same. The pizza was thin with a nice crust. It was cooked in that classic NYC way that allows you to pick it up and fold it in half should you choose to do so. The flavor was excellent; the right balance of sauce, cheese and herbs. They nailed it with this pizza! This is darn good pizza in Southern Vermont. We had some leftovers which we took home and reheated a day or so later. It came out great. I was speaking with the bartender and he indicated that they will make it a bit more crispy if customers request it. So if you're more of a New Haven pizza aficionado, you have an option there. But the way they do it is really good. I'd opt to leave things as is...and I love New Haven pizza. Give this place a try! The pizza is outstanding. I had to keep reminding myself I was eating pizza this good in VT.

We stopped here on the way to Lake George and loved it! We got the Chicken Bacon Ranch and it was perfect. Crust was crisp and thin and the toppings were chopped small and didn't pull off when you ate it. Our waitress brought ranch dressing to dip in and WOW was it amazing. Creamy and filled with fresh herbs! It was so good I asked for the recipe but they wouldn't part with it. Our waitress gave us a couple to take with us. Great customer service!!

Went again yesterday for the 4th time.. Let me start by saying we like the pizza-- New York thin crust with a good sauce. We have not tried anything else. But Ramuntos we really want you to be better. Convenient right off 91 and Rt 9 so you could do sooo much better. Each time the service was slow. The service needs some serious attention. Our waitress got the wrong salad dressings for the salad which was wilted and un-inspiring. The place wasn't that busy so pizza takes 10 maybe 15 minutes to cook right? I'm guessing the pizza was cooked quickly but by the time it got to us (from a different server) it was warm.... not hot. I hope the next time (?) we stop in the service picks up .

We stopped here on our way back to NY. The manager sat us down to a table and wiped it down after we had already been seated. Waitress came over and took the order. Hubby orders garlic knots and a medium cheese pie. The food was good, not outstanding, but definitely good. The waitress did forget to get me lemon for my water, but it didn't bother me. While we were eating, I noticed the manager running around (frantic almost) doing odds and ends jobs -bartending, serving, seating, cleaning -so I have a feeling they were either under staffed or ... Idk! When we were done, we paid, and my hubby asked for a coke to go. Took a good 5 minutes to get that coke to go cause they were soo busy and not enough staff. We did see some more people coming in who decided to leave cause of the wait. Not a bad spot though... They just need more staff.

Good atmosphere. Service was excellent and reasonably priced. The portions were large and food was fresh. The bruschetta is a must try! Definitely should try if you're in the area.

The food was good and the waitress was friendly and accommodating. I had a meatball sub and it was very good. The location of this restaurant has been many things over the years and the last time I was in this building was 47+ years ago when it was a Howard Johnson's and I saw Robert F. Kennedy there when he was campaigning for President.

As advertised: excellent New York style thin crust pizza. My wife and I tried it out based on Yelp reviews and we weren't disappointed. Service was good. Beer was cold. Pizza was GREAT--pepperoni mushrooms and artichoke hearts for me, veggies for Susie. Both happy.

An adequate NY style pizza. I ordered take out and it was ready right on time. We got a bacon & mushroom pizza. The mushrooms were fresh which was nice but the bacon was shredded instead of in slices. The sauce was good if sparse, the cheese was adequate.
(4)Nick L.
Ordered a large New York Cheese Pizza with olive, onion and mushroom for take-out along with a slice of cheesecake. Pizza was tasty, but two of the slices had large olive pits. Ouch.

It's just ok. Got pizza to go, about a week after they opened, and it was not very good. So much flour on the bottom, it was all you could taste. Sent an email via their website and got no response. Went for lunch several months later and found the food to be just average. I really liked my visits to the one in Keene and was excited that they were coming to town, but after a couple visits, I haven't been back. Will probably give them one more try, though.

Relaxing, mellow place with really good food After reading the negative reviews I was concerned about coming here, but my husband and I had a wonderful time. Ramuntos is cozy, friendly, and laid back. There is a full bar with decent cocktails, and separate rooms for families. My steak sandwich was perfectly done, and served on a crusty wheat roll. And my husband loved his pizza. In fact, we think Ramuntos is MUCH better than Fireworks in downtown Brattleboro. The Fireworks menu is getting old and tired, and lately the pizzas have been REALLY dried out. So if you're looking for an alternative to the Marina, or the 99 or to Fireworks, try Ramuntos. It's a welcoming, relaxing place and the prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be going back.

My husband got the two of us take out salads for a late supper. Caprese for me and the Cobb salad for him. The salads have the potential to be wonderful but the amount of white iceberg lettuce really turned us both off. It just seems to lack effort and seems incomplete.

The Roundabout! Delicious ! This place is great! Newly redone with a full bar and seperat rooms which makes it geat for just about any group of people.Their pizza is hands down the best in town, while a whole pie can add up if your a big toping lover, their slices are a steal for the price and the pasta portions are outrageous definitely getting your bang for your buck their. The staff is fun and outgoing and anytime I go with friends its been nothing but awesome drinks from the bar and good food ...definitely the perfect spot for this college student to grab a slice after night class because their the only place around open late enough to actually eat at ;)

This place is litteraly the biggest joke of a resturant I have ever seen. Shitty service, management and food all around. Personally suprised that this branch of Ramundos is even in buisness. Im sure it wont be for long....

We thoroughly enjoyed dining at Ramuto's. The service was excellent. Our server was smiling, attentive, and anticipated out needs offering us take out containers for the leftovers from the large portions of food served. We enjoyed every food item we ordered including spinach salad, lasagna, and pizza. We were really impressed and enjoyed the meal---as well as lunch for the next day! The atmosphere was comfortable; however, it was just a bit too brightly lit for evening dining in the bar area.

10/17 mac and cheese fritters were made from... kraft? Pizza and sub took way too long and my kids fries were served 20 mins after we finally were served. Roundabout pizza had a soggy crust and wasnt anything special. It only got two stars because I liked the decor.

Lunch time spot. Had an opportunity to grab a quick bite with a business collegue. The pizza was tasty and affordable. The Greek salad was excellent and very fresh. I thought is was perfectly proportioned. But the one thing that stood out was the amazing service. This alone added the star. The guy waiter was on top of his prefession.

After a really bad experience on their opening day I gave them another chance and was totally let down. It started at the door when there were numerous tables available and we still had to wait nearly fifteen minutes. I want to be clear in this review that the waitress we had and the workers were great it was everything else that was off. Whoever designed this place blew it and the decor was to say the least drab. My wife son and I got an array of food and despite a solid effort on the chef salad pretty much everything else was underwhelming at best. My wife had heart burn all night from the pizza, I ordered a Turkey Club Sub and they messed up the order and besides the bread it was over priced and cheaply made. we got fries and we all had a mixed opinion on them. The BBQ wings were okay! I purposely did not look at other reviews but it will most likely be the last time I go to Ramuntos in Brattleboro!
