My husband and I had decided to spend a few days in Williamsburg, VA last Thanksgiving. It was sort of last minute decision and the only B&B available was Patriot B&B. We checked out their web-site and everything looked nice on the web-site. To make the long story short, we paid for three nights and ended up checking out on the second night because we were very disappointed about their customer service and attitude. They created such a hostile environment that we couldn't wait to get out of there. We found a room at Marriott hotel not too far from this place and we were very happy about that place. Of course we ended up loosing over $300 for two nights plus more money that we spent at Marriott but it was worth every penny. We've stayed at many B&Bs around the world and this was the worst experience we've ever had.
