Was recently in this Ruby Tuesday location and had a great experience. Most chain restaurants are all the same, and many of the servers are paycheck driven rather than customer driven. This one was different, had great customer service, and will be returning!

They have a nice lunch combo deal. Order the salad bar and a variety of sliders. I had the chicken quesidillas with feta cheese. They were good. Our server was Bryan who was very professional and had a great sense of humor.

Ruby's is a place I go to off and on for years. Both this location and Culpeper. I went to Warrenton Ruby's yesterday and got a classic bacon cheeseburger with the all new cheese fries with bacon. The cheese fries are loaded with cheese. Good favor everything cooked right. Also new chocolate mousse cake. Service once can be slow, good place if you like to relax and not in a hurry to be somewhere. Staff is friendly.

S L O W service. Over cooked food. This location needs to step it up. Had the same experience last week. Came in after the lunch rush both times. Seem to have enough servers for the small amount of customers but just don t think they've been trained well how to handle multiple tables at one time. Not the place to come if you are in any sort of hurry because you will be late.

Just because you're a chain doesn't mean you should opt for bad service. ... sticky table. Sticky menus. No utensils nor salt and pepper on table. Nothing asked for came unless asked three times. Meh. Meal NOTHING like menu description.

Had a gift card for 2 free appetizers that I won in a charity auction, so decided to go here for lunch, as I love the salad bar in other Ruby Tuesdays I've been in. The first thing we noticed when we arrived is the floor with sticky- ew! We ordered the apps and I gave the waitress the freebee card; she had no idea what it was or what to do with it. We got the gaucamole dip and the pot stickers. Gauc was pretty much inedible; totally missing something... garlic, salt. Had a bad taste and we didn't eat it. The chips were very good; the salsa I didn't like at all (and I've never met a salsa I didn't like!). The pot-stickers were luke warm and had water in the filling and tasted like frozen food warmed over. My friend and I had the salad bar; they used to have the best potato salad and now it's sub-par. Pasta salad tastes right out of the container. And no blue cheese dressing??? Really?? My friend and I were DONE eating before my kids' meals arrived. My son said the orange juice "doesn't taste like orange juice" and asked for apple juice instead. He said the same about that. He barely ate his mac n cheese, which is a first. My daughter took a bite of her mini burgers and ate no more, and the waitress said they ran out of chocolate milk and had to run to Walgreens next door to buy chocolate syrup, which it took them 5 minutes to stir into a glass of milk, explaining why it took so long to get the kids' food out. There were only 2 good things about this lunch: the complimentary cheddar garlic bicsuits were yummy, as were the croutons on the salad bar. When the check came, which we waited a long time for, the waitress didn't subtract our free apps, so we waited about another 20 minutes for her to correct that. Way too much money, still, for a sub-par meal. Will not go back. The chain restaurants in Warrenton simply aren't good, but there are plenty of locally-owned restaurants that will always have my business!

Hostess and waitress were nice and efficient. Convenient location, we were staying at the Hampton. Salad bar is good like every other Ruby but the white bean chili was room temperature and bland. Yuck.

While we ADORE the Ruby Tuesday's in Culpeper ( fabulous service, fabulous fresh salad bar, great food, CLEAN), this location in Warrenton is HORRIBLE!!! Haven't visited the Warrention location since the smoking ban went into effect, but when we did, the entire restaurant was inundated with smoke. Not only that, but the place was FILTHY. Absolutely FILTHY. The salad bar was both times down to the dregs with no replacements in sight, tables were quickly & inefficiently wiped down by surly wait staff, & there was food on the floor all over the place - frankly, our two experiences were disgusting. We visited only twice & both times the experience was the same. We'll NEVER be back to the Warrenton location again. The Culpeper Ruby's is absolutely wonderful. It's amazing that they're connected to the same company. What's funny is that this God-Awful Warrenton location is actually NEWER than the one we have here in Culpeper - yet it's absolutely disgusting - while our Culpeper location looks like it was opened yesterday. Go figure.

I have now given this particular Ruby Tuesday three chances. I will not give them another one. We have had three horrible waitresses, which tells me that the problem must be management. Once, the waitress forgot to put our order in. The second time, we didn't see our waitress for almost an hour, and she never refilled drinks. The order was wrong. I had two little kids with me and it was pretty horrible. This last time, the waitress didn't have any tops for the kid's cups and, within minutes, water all over the table. Had to ask for our dinner after a very long wait, and my husband's dinner had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. And the bathrooms always smell horrible.

I was here about 2 weeks ago and I didn't think the place was dirty. However, the service was a little off. It seemed to be kind of slow for the place to be practically empty. Also, when we arrived there was someone sitting on the bench waiting to talk to the manager. We sat, ordered, ate, and the manager finally came as we were leaving. My husband and I were both amazed that this lady was waiting the entire time we were there- especially considering she arrived before we did. The food was good though so I wanted to eat there again. I called to place a takeout order. The only problem is no one answered the phone. I called again, again, and again...no answer. There's that whole service thing again. I think I will pass on this location in the future.

OK, this is a little soon for an update but as I mentioned in my previous review, they've changed the menu again. In addition, they appear to be trying to class the joint up a bit; they have added some wines from Cultivate Wines, which contribute a portion of the sale to charitable causes, and are now offering tastes of wine to help you choose. (It costs .50 to taste a wine.) We ate here again last Friday evening. This time I took a good look around specifically to see if it appeared "dirty". Nope - looked fine to me. They do keep it pretty dark in there, but I don't think they're trying to hide anything. I had the asiago peppercorn steak, which was wonderful. My wife and I both had grilled zucchini as sides, and we both loved that as well. They were running a special on the Cultivate wines, eight oz. glass for the price of a five oz., so we took them up on that. I had a malbec, she had a chardonnay - both were good. We finished up with two cupcakes - one red velvet, and one carrot cake. Good stuff, and just the right amount. The server was Dillon, and he was definitely on the ball. Good food, prices not too bad, decent ambiance - I like it.

I prefer this Ruby Tuesday to the Culpeper Ruby Tuesday. I mostly go here for lunch, but have been for dinner many times too in addition to going for a few drinks with friends. I haven't seen anything like the previous review - all the times I've gone it's been clean & well taken care of. I really like the new decor of the restaurant with the nice table cloths & chairs - it makes for much more comfortable dining. The wait staff is not always the best, but I've never had an experience that I was super unhappy with. Their turkey burgers are awesome - not like other chain restaurants I've had. & they have a pretty good selection at the bar - Sangrias are $5 which is nice if you're just going for a few drinks.

I tried to give this a chance, I really did. I have been there a few times recently, and each time was sub-par, but the last time I went was the worst. First of all, the service is terrible. The waiters are okay, but they have way too many tables to cover. They are constantly busy and never check on you. They often go by your table and avoid your eyes so you can't flag them down. The salad bar was pretty bad. The lettuce was completely wilted and the plates did not look clean at all. One good thing I can talk about it is the macaroni salad, which is delicious. Everything else, not so much. My mother and I each ordered the Ruby Mini Burgers. It took a long time to get our food (not sure how long, didn't time it) so when we got our meal, I was eager to eat. The burgers looked fine at first. Then my mother bit into one. Her face said it all. She flipped it over and took off the bun. The bottoms were completely charred and crispy. I tried a bite of my burger and made the same face. It was disgusting. The burger didn't even look like meat, just black crisp. The waiter offered to get them to remake the burgers, but there was no way we were going to wait that long again. We declined. We were then offered a free dessert, which we had no interest in. We finally asked for the manager, who declined to come and speak with us. However, they did take the meals off the menu. It was a little weird how the manager didn't come and talk to us directly, as the place was in no way crowded. Basically, it was a lot of waiting for terrible food. The 2 stars are for them at least taking the burgers off the bill. I would not come back here again.

I've only eaten at a Ruby Tuesday on two other occasions and I thought both were pleasant experiences. So my family and I decided to try this one after receiving a $10 off coupon in the mail. First thing I noticed is that for a Friday night there was clearly not enough wait staff...15-20 min wait with many empty tables. Then when our name was finally called, the hostess acted surprised when she saw we were a party of 5, not 2 that had been incorrectly written down by the other hostess. I had asked for one of the larger booths when one became available but were instead seated at one of smaller booths. Our table was sticky and not well cleaned. Our waitress was pretty busy but took our drink orders right away. She offered to bring some of the garlic biscuits only to pass by multiple times without them. So finally the 5 small biscuits came...they're okay but nothing to get real excited about (Red Lobster's are larger and better tasting). We ordered 2 apps...one was simply queso and chips, the other shrimp fondue with chips. None of us could really tell which was which beyond the darker color of the queso. Though my wife and middle son seemed pretty satisfied with their meals, my oldest son and I were not. We're good at giving credit when due on burgers but these were simply not up to par. My burger, cooked medium well, was lukewarm not "hot off the grill". Sadly the best part of my meal were the sweet potato fries. I don't really blame our waitress for our less than stellar experience here since, as someone else mentioned, this restaurant has a management and/or training issue that needs resolving. So I was going to just let Ruby Tuesday escape and not do ANY review but when the host staff of about 3 were all gathered around the front and not one even said "Have a nice evening" and/or "thanks for stopping in", I decided at that point my experience was worth passing along. And folks...just for the record, it really doesn't take a lot to make my dining experience worthwhile, but the minor issues of tonight's visit added up to just a really poor night out for food. Final tally...do not recommend. Good luck.

Wasn't impressed tonight. 2/3 dinners were wrong. Daughter asked for no mayo, sliders were covered in mayo. Husband ordered veg trio of baked potato, broccoli, and green beans and got mashed potato, broc, and green beans. We didn't complain or send it back because 1) it was still edible and 2) I'd never send anything back on a complaint and want what was returned and 3) they were hungry. It's just attention to small details. I know I said no mayo at least three times.
