This is the second time we have been to this McDonalds for breakfast and both times our order was completely WRONG!!!! I have gotten to the point that I always check my orders before I leave anywhere but this time it was my husband and the whole order was completely WRONG!!!!! He read the order off a piece of paper and they still got it WRONG!!! No receipt so I don't know if he paid for what he ordered or what he brought home. I agree with a lot of the other reviewers. This McDonalds is crappy when it comes to getting orders right.

Sloooooooooow. Made us pull around and wait 20 minutes. The girl who took our order didn't even attempt to get our order out on time. She took out payment and immediately told us to pull around and wait without any further inclination of when we would receive our order. The time was 10:12 when we paid for our order, and it was 10:35 when we received our meal. Unacceptable. On top of this, the burgers were over salted, no dehydrated onions, fries were undercooked and unsalted. No wonder McDonalds is on the bottom of the fast food chain these days. Step it up Micky D's.

Busy in the morning and I've driven past and seen it equally busy at night. Inside, it's a little small as the Playland takes up much of the space. My breakfast order (Number three with a small coffee) was exactly as I ordered it. No problems at all. This is a straight middle-of-the-road McDonald's. Free wifi.

We only ever go through the drive-through. This location is rare in that they usually get your order right. I still check the bags before I drive off. Tonight, they forgot my BBQ sauce, but that's minor. All three people I encountered (taking order, taking money, serving food) were very friendly and working with a smile on their face. I am not sure why they have someone outside taking your order at the drive-through. Is the speaker broken or is it just to make it a more personal experience? I don't get it. It's kind of awkward. The worst McDonalds for drive-through is the one on Kempsville Rd. and Centerville Turnpike. They ALWAYS forget to include part of your order.
(3)Brian L.
Great location. Always forget ketchup when you order fries...hate that... It's either the ketchup or the buffalo sauce that they forget...other than that it's OK.

I can say one positive thing about this bad experience, I know how you earn the Maverick Badge. There just was not much redeeming about this visit all. I know, I know, I should have read Lance F. review and ran, but I err I did. I am holding my right hand up now and pledging I will be a good Yelper in the future and read reviews. It was off to a rough start with seeing it pretty much dead at almost 10 PM and dirty tables and full trash. The play area had several little kids playing a trashed tables. What in the heck are 2-4 year olds doing up this late? The employee at the cash register had trouble answering a question on combo cost, gee. Behind the counter the floors were dirty. The fountain drink area (see pic) had trash on it all around it. Order up, cold fries and cold chicken sandwich. My son was too hungry to give up his sandwich so I did return the fries. However, instead of delivering the fries to the table they called me over and handed to me without a tray. Stop in the restroom and actually it was respectable. However, this is not going to bring it up to a 2 in my book. According to other reviews this has been a sub par performing location for a long time, does management read Yelp reviews? This McDonald's is not in my area and I will not return.

4 for customer service. People make mistake but the team was apologetic and they replace my order without an issue. Tim the night manager took my call, greet me by the drive thru window apologize and replace my drink. Thank you Tim.

This branch sucks! It smells like an old car with a sweaty owner. Gross. Plus they gave us wrong orders. Don't come here breakfast time, doesn't look like they can handle the crowd.

I am not a fan of McDonald's at all... just throwing that out. My kids however, love it. I limit the intake of crap food they consume but every once in a while they want some McD's. This location is not the cleanest of locations but we normally stop in when it's very busy. It seems to be very busy every time actually so they must be doing something right. I just tried the Spicy Chicken Bites and I will admit, I loved them. They had excellent flavor and are actually real chicken. The biggest complaint I have with this location is they never remember sauce. If you don't check the bag before pulling away from the drive through, it probably isn't there. Last night I forgot to check, kids had no BBQ and I had no Ranch. It happens every time. It's like Leo Getz said in Lethal Weapon, They F*@$ you at the drive through. If you are dining in, the staff has always been pretty good. They have a play area and the food has always been good for it's worth.

This McDonald's is always a cluster f*** and it's just not a good experience to go into this place. One Friday evening, I literally saw an employee roll his eyes at a customer asking for some help. It's ridiculous. We go here because it's close but I dread it every time. On the other hand, it's comical to see what kind of pitiful example of service you will encounter on the next trip.

This McDonalds is my "Local" one by the Wal-Mart shopping center off Princess Anne and Lynnhaven. I have lived in this area so long, I can remember the days when this McDonalds was first built nearly 20 years ago, so I will write up a review. Over the years, the owners have changed the format inside of this McDonalds several times. I.E. The owners are fully willing to invest in their restaurant to keep it modern and nice. A little more History... I've always noticed that this McDonalds hires special needs people to maintain the lobby area and do the general maintenance and cleaning. I find this a plus, and I fully support it. They have consistently done this for the 15+ years that I have visited this location. As to service: The Drive-Thru at lunchtime on weekdays? Super fast! Doesn't matter how many cars are in the line, because they really crank it during the lunch rush, and get folks through the drive-thru line very quickly. They are consistently fast. There are a few occasions we have come in and it was not as clean as usual, (Seems to be later in the afternoon/evenings?) but most of the time, this restaurant is clean, and food served very fast. Very efficient and well trained staff on that weekday lunch rush. I do not eat McDonalds or fast food near as much as I used to. But when I do get a craving for that 4 dollar "McChicken Extra Value Meal"(Not listed on menu), I know I will get great and fast service at this McDonalds.

Doesn't deserve one star very nasty! I saw an employee eating where they prepare the food and the other employees uniforms are nasty and looked unwashed and dirty. And it took them some time to get a single cup of coffee!?!?
(1)Donald M.
I was just told the worst lie ever in this McDonald's that I usually go. I ordered their side salad instead of their fries for my combo meals so I can try to eat more healthy and on May 30, 2015, they gave me a bowl of lettuce and told me that this was their side salad. This isn't the first time I ordered this product and I am know sure how they define "salad" but I am sure that wasn't it. Their manager tried to convince me that this is how McDonald's is serving their side salad now. SERIOUSLY!!! Who are you trying to fool? I did not eat that bowl of lettuce and will NOT eat their again and recommend to you, my colleagues, and my students to not eat there. Very bad practice!!!
(1)Charles T.
Fries were not the standard Mickey D's quality and taste. The taste was like it was overcooked and no salt. The apples pies size always seems to be smaller and smaller. It was not fresh or crunchy. The Quarter pounder looks smaller or the same size as a cheeseburger. The one star was for the sundae with the hot fudge on it. Only thing that was good and worth the money.
(1)Will S.
This place is completely disgusting. Bathroom, front area, play place...if you come in take a quick look under all the equipment when you're ordering food...terrible. One of the biggest indicators that the rest of where they are making food is just gross. Stay away, stay far away.
