I like this place right away. It's attached to a convenience store and gas station, It'd be overlooked. However once you openn the doors you're like teleported to a 1950's style diner- Americana style only updated. It's very shiny chrome and red with with blue and white touches-pretty cool. There are booths on raised platforms along the walls, a couple of 2 seat tables and a huge bar with the retro stationery stools lining the bar. They serve cappuccinos and hot chocolate too. The waitress was friendly enough and gave suggestions, nice. I ordered a rueben with coleslaw. It was probably not the best I've had but far from the worst and it was the atmosphere that makes it social too. This is because the gas station and hotel bring in all walks on their way somewhere as well as locals. So back to the food- menu is HUGE and served anytime. I tried some of my friends Philly cheese steak. The thing was giant, cheap and taste good, our other friend had an omelet (yep at lunch) and she said it was awesome- it all was eye appealing as well. They offer plenty of health concious items as well- We're not trying to win the "fattest fastest" constest. It's NOT a greasy spoon, and offers gyros with lamb along with baked pasta dishes like Mama made. You just need to check the place out- oh and they deliver order over $10. It's a hidden gem in Suffolk.

This is the greatest little place! The home town hospitality and the home cooking is wonderful. The waitress was sweet as pie! Oh and yes, order pie to go. It's worth it! They do have truck parking!

The restaurant was almost empty and the food was terribly slow in coming. And the food was just OK. What disturbed me the most was while we were waiting on our food, one of the servers was rolling up silverware in napkins and having a tough time getting it done (not sure why it was so difficult). Her hands were all over the fork tines and knife blades. Ewww! Then they started washing out plastic ketchup bottles with plain water and refilling them. Needless to say, we won't ever go back!

This place is pretty awesome, I was suprised to find such good food at a gas station. Then again, just about everything down here is in a strip mall, go figure. I had the french toast and it was delightful. My brother and sister in law go here every Sunday and I can see why. Service is good and its pretty damn cheap.
