Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I feel like I am living in an episode of Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares. We ordered the chicken chow mein lunch special and what we got was a mess of chicken and some strange looking vegetables in a broth. I called them and asked them what this was about and the two people I spoke with both said that in every Chinese restaurant in America, chow mein doesn't have noodles. Um hello, the word "chow" means fried and "mein" is noodles. After finally threatening to report them to the health department for undercooked and pink beef, they agreed to refund us our money. It'll only be a matter of time before the health department slams the door on them. Good riddance.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the last reviewer. When we were last stationed in the area, 1997-1999, we ordered from China Inn routinely and were never disappointed!! Food was always generously portioned, tasted wonderful and we used to joke that delivery was so fast that you could count in seconds the time it took for them to deliver after you hung up the phone. Fast forward 10 years when we move back to the area. We've orderd from China Inn several times since returning and little by little, I've seen the quality of the food, the portion sizes and the customer service deteriorate to a point that it's not worth ordering from them anymore. I recall the last time I ordered from them, after waiting over an hour and a half for the order, I simply called to ask when I could expect delivery and all the waitress could say is; "We're busy!!!" and hung up the phone on me!!!! That's just not the way to do business. It's almost like they are intentionally trying to go out of business. I wish they would return to quality of service that they once had. We've lived all over the world , enjoyed Chinese cuisine from all over yet always used to tell folks headed to Quantico/Stafford area, "You gotta try China Inn!! They're awesome!!", Sadly, I can no longer make that recommendation.

I tried this place despite the bad reviews and I regret it. The food doesnt even taste good. It seriously doesnt even taste like chinese food. Supposedly is under new managment probably a lie. They took a little too long to deliver the food. I ordered from my fav chinese spot "Shun Xing". 23 bucks down the drain. Please dont order from here TRUST ME you wait over an hour for food that doesnt even taste good they also forgot my eggrolls. The egg rolls would have probably been nasty anyway :/. Straight into the garbage except for the bowls. The bowls come in handy ;) lol

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. I don't know how one could mess up Chinese food, but they went out of their way to do so. We ordered General Tsao's chicken, Sesame chicken and garlic chicken - all of them were awful. We ended up throwing all of them in the trash. The chicken was soft, squishy, and undercooked. DO NOT ORDER IT! The dumplings were stuck to the inside of the plastic conatiner and would fall apart each time I would attempt to take a bite. As soon as I did, I felt nauseaus. Also, my girlfriend called when she was on her way to pick up the food to ask for an order of vegetable dumplings, and they told her they only have pork. When she came back and we looked at the menu, they do have vegetable dumplings. We think they just wanted to close so they told us no. This place was a huge waste of money. It was literally the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten in my life. I honestly didn't know it was possible to mess up Chinese food. I also wouldn't be surprised if we both get sick from this food. Stay far, far away.

I will never order from them again. I had the food delivered and it took an hour and a half until they arrived. Very rude and unprofessional. The sesame chicken was gross and we ordered chicken fingers for the kids. They are not chicken fingers, they are chicken in that deep fried bread when you order sweet and sour chicken. Oh and sweet and sour chicken is just breaded chicken with a side of sauce.

If there was less than one star I would have given it! Craving Chinese food so I ordered from China Inn general Tso's chicken, egg rolls, and pork fried rice. Disgusting hot mess! I love General Tso's chicken and this was not even close! So we call them and very nicely say " hi, we ordered General Ts's chicken from you and this is not it" . The woman on the other end assured us that it is what we ordered and sat silent on the phone trying to make it awkward. The egg rolls were full of cabbage NOTHING else, no meat, no spices nothing! Was this supposed to be good? I'm bringing it all back to the store right now.

I haven't ordered from China Inn in quite a while and after tonight I won't be ordering from them again. The same sushi rolls I've ordered before were not as substantial, and the Dragon Roll had cream cheese in it! I hate cream cheese and no where does it say it is in this roll, nor would I expect it to be from the hundreds of Dragon Rolls I've had in my life. I was immensely disappointed, especially when I called to complain and ask it be removed from my bill, and they protested and then wanted me to bring the roll back to the restaurant to get a credit. (This was a delivery order.) With a bad taste in my mouth from the food and their attitude to my complaint, I took all the unconsumed food back and demanded my entire bill be credited, which they finally did, after a great deal of argument. If the food we did get to eat had been as good as it was in the past, I might still be recommending them for decent sushi delivery, but frankly, it just wasn't, and with that and the poor customer service, I recommend you skip it altogether.
