    I've always been served quickly here even when there is a hell of a long line. My orders have been perfect as I expect Starbucks to have. I have no complaints but I wish there was a drive through. I can only imagine how much business they could get. That's part of the reason i prefer the greenbriar one-- drive thru. But, this Starbucks has been good the times that I've gone.

    I accidentally spilled my drink do automatically I helped cleaned up and they made me another drink for free and I will definitely be coming back to this starbucks more often!!!

    There are four employees here and only two working. One ringing in customers, Hannah, she doesn't speak, smile or greet customers. Kris runs the bar and is stoking it while making sure to say hello, thank you and have a nice day to every customer. Maddie comes out of the back, and with a cursory look does nothing but look disheveled. She was literally arguing with another employee in front of me. Hannah handles the money then gets your pastry or makes your coffee without washing her hands! From where I sit at the bar you can see all employees save Kris sitting in the back. Bar needs to be wiped, tables need attention, chairs a mess...floors need to be swept. Wake up folks, if you come here get your coffee and leave. This is NOT a welcoming Starbucks!!!

    This is the worse Starbucks ever. First of all the guy who rang me up kept yawning on Sunday (June 22, 2014) at 5pm. He acted like he didn't wanna be there and kept rolling his eyes. He was wearing a Paul Mitchell shirt working as an employee for Starbucks. I only ordered a double espresso and it took 15min. There were 6 people ahead of me but there was only one woman making drinks. 2 of the other workers were texting or browsing the web on their phone. When I asked when they planned on making my drink the lady got an attitude and said she didn't see my cup sitting there, yet my cup was next to the other cups that she was working on. She didn't see it because she was talking to her friend the entire time. What is wrong with these people?

    clean and nice outdoor seatings customer service is okay not the best inside isn't very spacious feels a little too crowded when there is a line

    This one has heat :-) And the staff is great. But it does get kind of busy. Wish they could make this spot a little bigger. Usually all the chairs are taken

    Solid Starbucks location. Decent amount of seating and paying with your Starbucks app is possible. Food and pastry options are available, as well. Parking is sparse right in front, but much more is available around the corner over by the CVS and Giant.

    This store It is pretty small and not very clean, that is, the creamer/milk/napkin station is dirty, the tables aren't cleared, etc. The place is always swamped so sitting down is rarely an option. Not that sitting in unsanitary conditions is appealing. I'm relatively short and have been overlooked by the barista in preference of customers in line that are taller a couple times. I say avoid it.

    I'm honestly disappointed with this Starbucks. I think Gina J. wrote an excellent review that mimics my review of this Starbucks. It's rush hour I'm trying to get my coffee and get back on the road..there's a line out the door and there is one person ringing up, one person walking around looking like she's busy and one person making drinks. How about the one person looking like she is busy get on the register instead of ignoring all of us people in the line and take some orders! It took me 15 minutes to get a venti bold. By the time I got up to the register I wanted to scream at all of them. I know this isn't my home town of Seattle but can I get some darn customer service? Can I get someone in this store to show some urgency?! I have gone to this location 3 times and I can tell you that on each and every occasion it's the same thing..one person jumping on and off the register when the line is out the door! As I was in line another woman showed up to work but she showed no urgency in trying to get the situation under control either. I have written a review on Starbucks.com as well. Please work on your customer service Starbucks on Old Keene Mill Road..you are considered my Nordstrom's for coffee but are slowly loosing my R-E-S-P-E-C-T! As I started typing this I lowered the rating from 2 stars to 1..grrr!

    Since my last review, I've found the new baristas to be exceptionally friendly. I don't know what changed, if not just new staff, but now going here is a nice experience.

    Not my favorite Starbucks. The staff is nice. Latte was good. It has good food options (Pastries, hot breakfast foods, sandwiches, boxed food, etc). But when I was there (2-ish, thurs afteroon), the place was a little dirty. Floor under the milk/sugar station was obviously not swept in awhile. I didn't like the seating either. They don't have those big comfy chairs. Only 4 upholstered (but not big and comfy) chairs. Two are around a low table, the other 2 are pushed against the wall. There are 3 tall chairs at the bar. One 4-top table in the back. Seven small cafe tables (4 next to long bench seating, one by the front window).

    I ordered a white chocolate mocha and wasn't impressed with the taste but I love the atmosphere though; it's very comfortable. I liked the staff as well. While in Starbucks an employee was mopping the floor; a woman walks in and is walking to the cashier. The employee was walking behind her and the woman kicks her leg back like a horse and almost kicked the employee. The employee just ignored it and smiled and continued to mop the rest of the floor. Wish i had the employees personality!

    Nice Starbucks in a good shopping center with trader joes and buy buy baby. Always busy here but they are quick and friendly. Even during Black Friday weekend. Plenty of inside and outside seating as well.

    This is one of the Starbucks I least visit. The service can be okay sometimes but not always. Sometimes they have forgotten to make my drinks. They usually "clean up" about an hour and a half before closing so by the time you get there, they don't have any pastries. It's one of the only Starbucks that does this. Every other Starbucks cleans up about 15 minutes before but will get you things from the back and if they don't then it's understandable since its closing my time. But for this location, it's just them wanting to get out of there before they even close. Therefore I don't recommend this place unless you're right next to it. I usually drive out to the 2nd nearest location just to avoid the lack of pastries.

    Although a DC area "Slug Line" is across the street, this place seems to have quite a number of regulars popping in for some "joe," resulting in personable customer relations. The staff is always helpful, courteous, and unstressed. The layout is great for hanging out, meetings, or just solo.

    I do not visit this Starbucks often but each time I do, they always make me feel like I'm a regular! The baristas are always upbeat and pleasant and seem to communicate well with each other. They have a good selection of other food items (some Starbucks seem to be hit or miss on this) and they manage the always long lines quickly and professionally without losing the personal touch. Probably the only negative is that there is very little seating area and what is there is usually always taken! I usually take my espresso to go for this reason.
