Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Our favorite Chinese restaurant. Always ready quickly and good food. We like it and very good service. takeout is hot and plenty of food. They throw in extra sauce if you ask. Very friendly.

Not great, but not the worst Chinese I've ever had. Fast and friendly! I will be back.

We have ordered from Chopstix several times in the past and usually, while expensive, the food was usually light and tasty. However, this last time, the chicken and broccoli had off tasting chicken and caused upset stomachs. Everything was heavy and oily. I'm not sure I'll trust them again

Like the other two reviews, this place is pretty okay for a Chinese take out. They get out orders a lot faster than most Chinese food places.

Anyone that knows me, knows I have had a hard time finding good take out. I have been here a couple of times, since it is in my neighborhood. The food is always good. My husband gets the Generals Chicken, and I tend to flip between the Generals and the Garlic Beef. The chicken is always juicy and has a nice crisp breading and the sauce is always very flavorful. I will say even if you tell them extra spicy, don't hold your breath... Unless I have just burned my taste buds to the point of not recognizing heat at all, It is a bit on the sweet side, but still yummy. The beef is a good quality cut, not full of fat and a nice garlicy brown sauce, but again, I couldn't get it hot enough for my taste. But I am used to things hot enough to numb your tongue :-) I will say, the Wonton soup was made with pork broth I think and was odd tasting to me, not bad, just different than what I was used to. The biggest reason I didn't give 5 stars is the price. For 2 dinner entrees and a small soup was 27$, and that was with no bells or whistles. But on occasion, I don't mind paying a little more for quality food.

Combination low mein. Low on the meat and noodles are the main. Not a bad taste but the dinner portion is smaller than other places. It's actually the lunch size at my favorite place.

I very much like Chopsticks Express at the Huntsman Square shopping center. It is Chinese take-out only, but don't let that dissuade you from trying it! I typically pick up lunch here when home on a weekday. I select one of the Executive Lunch Box specials that incldue a main dish, fried rice, and a egg roll. Most recently I had Szechwan Chicken. I also like to add Hot and Sour Soup. Everything is very tasty and reasonably priced. The propieters, Mr. and Mrs. Liu, are always friendly.

Good Chinese and quick delivery....they don't add slot of unnecessary fillers to their food like they did when we're in Texas (like water chestnuts, celery, etc...gross)

I've gotten the sweet and sour chicken three times here. All three times the chicken was over cooked and rubbery. The white rice was really sticky too.

Absolutely the BEST Chinese takeout restaurant anywhere. My wife is Chinese and very particular! The food at Chopsticks is equal to or better than. Most sit-down restaurants. The manager, Karen is especially nice to customers. The hot and sour soup is the best I have ever had!

Very good prices, and very good chinese food. Their portions are pretty large and they deliver as well.

don't bother asking for delivery between 1-4pm on weekdays because the driver has always "just left" i agree that the delivery man is very rude, almost to the point where i'm frightened to open my door too wide when he arrives. the sa cha chicken is usually good but the last time i ordered it i got pretty nauseous.

This is the second time in 3 years that we tried this place. The first time was because we just moved here and it is the closest Chinese to our house. Boy was it a disappointment 3 years ago and it still is. The first time we tried it all the noodles fell apart in your mouth. Way too over done . So, we since found a way better restaurant that is not just takeout. You can have it delivered or sit in and eat. Well, we had leftovers from the good restaurant (tau-tau) and wanted more wonton. So, we thought lets give that other place -chopsticks express - a try. OMG- all I got was soup and it was SOOO SALTY!!! The wontons tasted ok but were too cooked as well and fell apart in your mouth. Would not recommend this place blew less your desperate or deficient in your sodium levels!!!

Ordered over 25 dollars in food and got 1 packet of soy sauce. When I called to let them know, she said that I was only supposed to get 2. Seriously???? We will not be ordering from Chopsticks Express again!

Great food, been ordering from them for 18 years and they still don't know who I am. Good food, consistent, quick delivery, phone-manner is average, but what else would you expect.

Not the best, not the worst. I've eaten here a couple times and never wowed. The staff are pretty friendly.

the Cleopatra Chicken is excellent. Not bad for a take out place.
