I am not sure if they use this restaurant as a training spot or not but it sure seems like it. 99% of the time my orders have been screwed up and a few weeks ago I got some bad food there that put me out of commission for 3 days!

I had read & seen the advertisements for the Bacon & Blue burger on the Brioche Bun. You know how the TV ad's make them look so irresistibly good? I wish I had resisted. It was just OK. The burger get's 2 stars and another for the Brioche Bun.

When I have a Wendy's craving, I'll go a little out of my way to avoid the Wendy's on 28 and catch this one on Liberia. Why? Because at this Wendy's you have a higher chance of getting your correct order, and a higher chance of being served by someone who understands English. The issues were so frequent, and the staff there so rude about it, that I contacted Wendy's corporate and was assured they would "train their staff better" and gave me a few freebies. I promptly took those freebies and went to this Wendy's. While they had some issues processing them, they eventually got it done. And they were polite about it. This is by no means a perfect Wendy's - I like Wendy's enough to throw them 4 stars if they get things right. I've never has an issue with an order here, but I see many other Yelpers have. For me, there's something about the burgers here that are lacking over other Wendy's. I can't put my finger on it, but it's just not top-level Wendy's action. But it's definitely better than the next-nearest Wendy's if you have the craving for the redhead in a pinch.

At this point, it's my own fault for going back here. Everything is always wrong. Ordered an Asian cashew chicken salad... Got a semi Asian salad with no cashews and ranch dressing. (That I can't eat due to dietary restrictions). Basically paid $8.00 for lettuce.... It's worth driving around the corner to get what you actually order. Doesn't help that when I pulled up the guy asks me "yes" instead of a "hi, how are you, what can we get you tonight". Rude and incorrect... Awesome.

We visited this location on Saturday, 5/10. The fries and nuggets were covered with some type of white fuzz. Each time I took the order back, they gave me a fresh order, but still covered in the same fuzz. Obviously, it was a cleaning issue. We will not be going back.
