The staff here is great they are very polite and will make sure that your drink is made right the first time everytime.

I'm not super crazy about Starbucks in general, but I've been around the block enough to know what to expect from a Starbucks location.. and I'm not a fan of this one at all. I'm not sure if the management at this one just isn't holding people to the same standards as other locations, but I've had a lot of rude encounters here and orders done wrong. Every time I have had to get a drink remade here, I've been treated like it's a problem. All other Starbucks locations handle that situation way differently. Kind of a buzzkill for their service to suck... we all know that part of going to Starbucks and getting our overpriced drink is receiving the better than average service that we love.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks. The girl at the window didn't say ONE WORD to me! I drive up to the window. Window opens *silence* I hand her my card. Window closes. Window opens. Hands me my card. No receipt. Window closes. Window opens. Drink is handed to me. Window closes. I sit there for a minute confused but quickly realize she's done with me. I'm really not that picky when it comes to service but I feel like if I'm paying $6 for a coffee I should at least get a thank you...or even a receipt would've been nice. Thanks for ruining my "I got an awesome white chocolate mocha" buzz!

After waiting 20 minutes for a piece of bread I had to go back through the line to not get ignored and get my food. I got my pumpkin bread and left with my cold coffee. The best they could do was an oh sorry. The price is too high for that bad of service. I will have to start my mornings at a better business.

Best Starbucks staff I've ever seen! I've only been through the drive-thru, but the dark-haired girl that's usually working early mornings (around 6am) is AWESOME! I was going out to Fredericksburg for training and stopped by here very frequently - I haven't been out that way in a while, but any time I do I plan on stopping here. Couldn't ask for better service!
