Ordered from here twice, both times fairly satisfied. The food is prepared well and it tastes very hot and fresh too. For the combination platters they do a nice job balancing out the rice from main dish, as I had both the lo mein and the Kung Pao chicken on my two occasions there. The steamed dumplings were also incredibly good and definitely worth the price to order them (there was 12 of them). The owner was also very nice and friendly and accommodating (I asked them to remove the peanuts from the Kung Pao and though they messed it up, another worker literally took tongs and removed each peanut from the order). Definitely will order here again if I'm in the area.

Favorite Chinese food spot in Fred. I get the sesame chicken (extra hot) with fried rice. It comes in a combo with an eggroll for around 8$. Can't beat that with a stick. The foods great and the guys workin there are awesome and will even talk and joke with you but the building leaves something to be wanted. This is not the type of place you sit down in. It has I believe 3 small two person tables against the walls with no silverware or dishes. That being said taken at face value as a fast, delicious, and very friendly take out spot this place is an A+. If they had a dining room of any kind I'd rate 5 stars.

Came in late one night to order quick to go. Food was heaping and hot and pretty tasty (beef lo-mein). Looks a little run down but they seem to know there way around a kitchen.

Went here about three times as a quick lunch to grab during my lunch break. First two times were good as the price goes but the place looks sketchy and seems like they barely keep the place clean compared to other Chinese eateries. General Tsos chicken is good as well as the price for the combo. Third time I got the third lunch I got food poisoning so that wasn't a pleasant experience. Never ordered from here again and don't plan to.

Sesame chicken could have used more sauce. And I usually like the sauce thicker. But so far the best chinese I've had since I've been down here.

At China Wong I just don't feel right. Part III of my Chinese Restaurant Grammar Adventure brought me to China Wong. As we get more advanced in our studies, we will now pause and take a look at the culture of the Chinese Restaurant. This is a prime example. Walk in and you see newspapers only in Chinese on top of a table inside the cooking line, behind the counter. The tables for "customers" are empty, with no condiments, utensils or anything of any kind you'd expect on a table. While I was eating, the staff decided it was their dinner time, too, except their table looked like one I'd eat on, and mine looked like one I'd do homework on. Crab Rangoon becomes Clab Langoon. I guess if the staff is eating the food cooked here, I must be OK. After they take a bite, I take a bite. After finishing my chicken, shrimp and veggies on Styrofoam, I look around and place the "dishes" on the counter. The lady gets up, a little annoyed that I interrupted her dinner while she's working, and threw them in the trash.

China Wong is the absolute best Chinese food restaurant in Fredericksburg Virginia and surrounding areas. we've been going here for over 13 years. they always get our order correct and it's ready when they say it will be. they're very conveniently located in the food lion strip mall. we totally love this place!!!
