Decided to take my family for a nice dinner but this restaurant is more of a drunk bar scene! Intoxicated tables yelling! We had a drunk man slurring his words and not even being able to hold his body up looking around like he wanted a bar fight! Never again will my family enter this restaurant! The manager didn't even offer to remove the drunks, instead he offered to move out family of 5 on the other side of the restaurant!! I'm disgusted by how poorly the situation was handled!

We have visited here repeatedly for years. The food is always good and it's convenient. However, we've noticed over the past few years that the service has gotten progressively slower. Today was the worst. It took over two hours to get out the door. The waitress has far too many tables, the food took a long time and it took forever to get out the door. This has been an ongoing issue. We used to meet clients or other people for meetings here, but have all elected to not do so anymore because of the service time. The staff is very pleasant and the food is always right, but it's just too slow.

A decent Chili's..service was good, though everyone around us got chips and salsa and we were left out. The beer was served very cold (there was an ice mountain on top of my mug) and the food came out correctly. It was fine, not great - very middle of the road establishment.

I generally don't eat at chain restaurants, but made an exception this time, and GLAD I did! We all got different versions of burgers and they were cooked perfectly, the buns were toasted nicely, the fries were crisp and not greasy, service was awesome too. We will definitely be back.

This Chili's proves that there still are eateries that work hard to deserve your business. We eat here at least a couple times a month for good reason. Never have been disappointed by the service and the food isn't bad either. But it's the staff that really knocks it out of the park! At every visit, the service and intent to please has been the shining star!

A recurring theme for Chili's... Slow service. Otherwise, the undercooked shrimp and the filthy oil& vinegar bottles really make me wish we had not come here for lunch. Can you believe that WE were actually asked how long they should microwave the raw shrimp?

Dana provides excellent service. The food delicious and plentiful. The bottomless soup and salad kept coming. No waiting.

I went into Chili's with a group of people. I ordered a bacon chicken quesadilla (which was very tasty) and the waitress asked if I wanted rice and beans with it. Thinking it came with the plate, I told her I would rather have fries. She also asked if I wanted guacamole and I had said I wanted it on the side (I didn't want it, but I was thinking it came with the original order and I could let my wife have it). Luckily, my wife said that I was going to be charged for the guacamole and I was able to cancel that while placing my order. What I didn't realize until the bill came was that I was charged for a side order of fries ($2.29) of which I didn't even eat any because I was full. So bottom line, if you are asked about anything after you say which item you want, you should ask if there is going to be an additional charge for the suggested item. I wonder if I was going to be charged for the rice and beans... Hmmmm...

This place is pretty hit or miss. It seems like there are new managers and staff and they are trying to "clean up" and start fresh. Definitely better than previous times, but there's still work to do. Overall clean environment. Only real suggestion is if the hostess could open the door for guests ( especially those with children).

We usually go to Chilis in Stafford and food is always amazing. Today, we were in the area and came to this location... Never again. Server was okay, but the food was not. Ordered the fried pickles, they were hardly breaded and soaked in great still. We sent them back, and the waitress reopened with pickles that looked the same as the first order. They did comp them, but we're not eating them. I ordered a will done sirloin, slowed up art my table bleeding. Never returning here

Not sure why we had to wait fifteen minutes to sit at a table. There were six open tables when we got here. Then waited about ten minutes for a server. Drinks were provided and topped off by our guy, but food delivery was slow. Ten minutes for a half of cheese fries... Really! Entire meal took more than an hour and a half, much of our time spent waiting. Even waiting to pay the check. Four times we were blown off with "I'll get right on that for you" and then people fled out table like we had leprosy instead of waving our credit card with glee. On an up note, food was really good. Tilapia and a six ounce sirloin. Yummy for the price. If only the servers and wait staff were better managed.

Chili's is one of my favorite chain restaurants to visit. Food is always good, the service is ways great. I love that they added the little table-computer thing so you can re-order drinks, call your server if necessary (never is), play games, and even split & pay your check! This particular location is very clean and the servers are super friendly & attentive. I love the queso skillet, ribs & mashed potatoes with black pepper gravy. My hubby is crazy about the jalapeño & onion straws (it's not on the app menu, but they still have them). (Take advantage of summer and have a watermelon lemonade!!)
