Burger or Hamburger is savored as the most desired fast food meal in the United States. A hamburger is basically a sandwich prepared by stuffing ground meat patty, generally beef, between two slices of a bun cut in half. Hamburger is also famous for its seasoning. Most popular condiments used in hamburgers in the United States are mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup. Besides ground meat patty, hamburgers are also stuffed with lettuce, onions, tomato slices, pickles, and cheese.
Hamburgers are also categorized into two types in the United States. Fast food hamburger and individual hamburgers served at restaurants are two basic types of burgers served in the United States. The individual hamburgers served at restaurants are prepared using everything including lettuce, onion, tomato, and sliced pickles as well as melted cheese on the patty or crumbled on top. American restaurants also serve veggie burgers for those who don't relish meat. Cheeseburgers are also hot favorite in the United States.
McDonalds is the most popular fast food burger restaurant serving different types of burgers in the United States. On the other hand, there are several restaurants such as Burger King are famous for serving the best hamburgers in the United States. Most burger restaurants in the United States often serve hamburgers with French fries and other condiments. If you have a liking for burgers in the United States, then you won't be disappointed. Food quality: I give a 4.5 for fresh, tasty and well prepared. Price: decent, but they can nickel and dime you on extras. Service: fast and friendly Atmosphere: sporty and fun, but a little crowded.

Was great when it was first opened, but it has went all the way down fast. Our food was disgusting. Our order was wrong. Hope things improve. I hate giving a bad review.

My friend suggested this place after we were walking around Fairfax corners and we were all hungry and wanted a quick bite before we departed from each other. Nice sports bar kinda vibe and a pretty decent menu. Im only giving this place two stars because the food was pretty decent. But we did not get great service. The guy behind the cash register seemed confused. Maybe he was new but he messed up my friends order and gave us no receipts. Asked us if we wanted a drink with our combo meals... Piece of shit.

This is an average fast food restaurant, no different from your local McDonald's, but it does have a better atmosphere! I came here in a group hoping to get a discount on the movie tickets next door (a ticket is $7.50 if you check-in here and $8 if you buy something there that is at least $10)! If it weren't for that movie ticket deal, I probably wouldn't have wanted to eat there. I ordered their veggie burger with fries, and I actually liked it. I'm usually picky about my veggie burgers, especially if it's evident that there are actual vegetable pieces being shown. I admit the bun and everything else was pretty greasy, so I only ate some of my meal and took it home for lunch the next day. Menu had very minimal selections (especially for those who don't consume meat) and the kid's meals were great for my boyfriend's little brother, because it was still plentiful and he also had a leftover hot dog! Check this place out though if you're not too picky about the level of fanciness and/or aren't too picky about food in general. The movie ticket deal offered is actually better than how they would be if you showed your student ID!

**Review for Fanfare Burger only.** I must have shown up on a bad night. I didn't get to make it to the Yelp event here and finally got around to checking it out myself. My burger was dry and overcooked. There wasn't anything special about it. The staff seemed really nice and helpful, but I've had better burgers elsewhere.

All I can say is... MAC N CHEESE BURGER with a Gingerbread milkshake..... YUM!!!! Burgers were a good size, fries were great as well. The milkshake was very small (16oz i think) but delicious. Also there are T.V's everywhere to watch whatever sports game you want... and a box on the table that will let you tune in to whatever particular T.V you want and listen to it. I will be coming here during football season for sure!.

This was my second time at Fanfare. I came to fanfare since I LOVE glory days burgers. I am a little disappointed in the low selection of burger options but no worries. I was however pretty disappointed that the burger was not nearly as good as what I am used to at glory days grill. It seems like that use different patties which I was not a fan of. The fries are pretty good and I do enjoy the fanfare sauce!
(3)Greg W.
Apparently this place is owned by Glory Days. I was on the fence about ordering boneless wings or a burger. So I ordered both. The burger wasn't that great. The beef was really tight almost like a frozen patty is when cooked frozen. Definitely not fresh. The bun was soggy on top & the bottom was stale. The boneless wings with glory sauce are pretty good. I most likely won't go back. Overall not a fan.

We were in the area and were looking for a place to have an inexpensive meal. I told my husband about Fanfare Eatery and what was on the menu and he agreed to give it a try. This place is very popular with families. The dining room is small. I can just imagine how tight seating is when they are really busy. We were here around 4:30 on a Saturday and already the majority of the tables were taken. Like its sister restaurant, Glory Days, the place is sports-themed. There are several TVs with each showing a different channel broadcasting different sport events. However, one TV was showing cartoons. The seat cushions were basically stadium cushions from different colleges. My seat had Kent State and the one next to me had Virginia Tech. The acoustics are terrible thus it is loud. All that is tolerable because nothing about the menu or the service encourages hanging around and slowly eating your meal---and that, IMO, is okay. You go to the counter to order. The menu is on the wall. It consists of burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs, wings, fries, onion rings and various sides. Plus you can get a milkshake. After ordering, you are given a number to put in a stand on your table. We both ordered the cheeseburger meal. The menu doesn't tell you what is in the "meal" as opposed to a non-meal cheeseburger, so I had to ask. The "meal" means that you get a soda and your choice of either fries or onion rings. The default toppings for the cheeseburger are lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions, also you get to choose which cheese you want. I chose American cheese and asked for no onions and my husband chose Swiss cheese. There are condiments on the table plus a hot sauce bar. We also ordered the Glory Days chicken wings and chose mild sauce. We got the smallest size which consists of 6 pieces. They are served with either ranch dressing or blue cheese and some celery sticks. The wings were fried then tossed in sauce. We liked them as they were meaty and crispy although they were heavy-handed with the sauce. The mild sauce is vinegar-based and has some kick to it so I hate to think what the hot sauce is like! The burgers were cooked well done but weren't dried out. We found them to be okay but forgettable. For some reason, my fries were crispier than my husband's. For a cheap meal, you could do worse. Service was friendly and prompt---no complaints at all there. Dinner cost about $29 for the two of us. We would consider going back if we want to eat cheap and were in the area.

As others have said, you order at the counter and your food is brought out to your table. We walked in on Saturday about 1:00. My first concern - this place was packed....with kids. Normally, this would be a red flag, but my husband and I were craving wings so we decided to stay. We ordered a dozen Glory wings, a bowl of chili to split and a couple of beers, Devil's Backbone for me and Sam Adams Ocktoberfest for him. The young man taking our order was quite friendly and brought everything out to our table when it was ready so I will have to say the service was good. The chili was great - very flavorful and topped with cheddar and raw onions. Pretty delicious and very satisfying on a chilly fall day. The wings were huge and prepared well. We were not fans of the Glory sauce - too sweet and not spicy enough for our tastes. I wish we had gotten the hot sauce. Beers were cold although served in plastic glasses. I would definitely return, but more than likely in an evening when the kids were not quite so plentiful. I will say they were very well behaved...probably due to all the cartoons on the many TVs throughout the place. Well played Fanfare!

How hard is it to cook a burger medium rare? Here...it's impossible. Tried it for the first time tonight and I ordered their Fanfare burger and asked for medium rare. Was told it was no problem. I get my burger and take a bite. Yuck! Way overly well done on both patties. Asked the girl who took my order if that was their version of medium rare. She was surprised how overly cooked it was. She quickly went back and had him make me a new one because I was in a rush to catch a movie. Second one came out. Was just as bad as the first. Not even a slight hint of pink anywhere in the patties. I was so hungry and had no time to wait for anything else, so I forced it down my throat. The only good flavors were the toppings. If they actually had made it medium rare, it would have been amazing. If I wanted an over cooked burger, I would have gotten a McDouble at McDonalds and saved almost $9! Before I left I told the person who looked to be the manager and his attitude was "Oh well" and barely said sorry. You will not see me eating at this place again. Horrible cooks and a manager that's indifferent. I'm literally sitting in my car in front of this place that supposedly serves food, so if that manager is reading this...good job losing a customer that comes to Fairfax Corner often to eat.
(1)Vyvy H.
Food here is amazing. However I had an unfortunate mix up with my order, what was handled quite poorly. I'm not sure who the manager was but she was wear a bright yellow shirt, standing out from all the other workers, so I'm going to assume it was her. The person than rang me up was incredibly friendly, I had ordered a burger and fries. But my fries did not come out, when I asked the lady in yellow said that I had not. I went back and asked for a copy of the receipt that I had signed, there was "FRIES $1.99" clearly on the receipt. When the clerk said that I had ordered the fries the lady turned around and argued saying that it was not on the receipt she saw, which was a copy of the one I originally signed. The clerk even showed her as well. I clearly paid for it. I clearly had proof. Yet she was going to snap back and forth with me that I did not. She eventually brought out my fries. Without a single word.

Fanfare is good, but does have a chain restaurant taste to it. I had the Cheese Steak with double meat with seasoned fries. Unique to Fanfare is their large wall with many hot sauces, but that's about it. Also they have many TVs showing a variety of sporting events.
(3)D C.
Came here for lunch on a weekday and it was not busy, very clean and great service. I ordered the Chicago dog with chips. Chips were nice, thick cut and crispy but slightly over salted. The Chicago dog was amazing, Nathan's all beef frank cooked to perfection with potato bun that was fresh and warm with great toppings (tomato, diced pickles, relish, hot pepper-skipped the raw onion and mustard). Would come again.

Deliciously awesome and will make you gain 10 pounds at the same time. Been here several times and each time it hits the spot. Located behind Potbelly near the Fairfax Corner movie theatre, it's a great place to go after the movie (unless you have tums with you...yes it might send you to the bathroom). But if you go before, they offer $7.50 movie tickets. It's a place where you order your food and sit down. Things that I've had- -Cheesesteak is flavorful and full of meat -Fanfare special is a double cheeseburger with sauteed onions and bacon- soooo good but you WILL feel guilty after...I still do and it's been 2 days since I've had it -Glory boneless wings- small, not too much sauce, its Ok -Fries- skinny fries, throw in some old bay seasoning and you're good to go -Onion rings- big pieces of onion, seasoned to perfection Food comes out hot and burger sizes are decent. Love the soda machine with a million options but I enjoy their sweet tea very much, it's not too sweet. Prices are affordable. This place is a great place for sports games because of all the TV'a throughout the restaurant. You also get a portable thingy where you can pick what TV you want to listen to and it's at each table. Service is generally fast and employees are friendly.

I was surprisingly happy with the food here. I honestly only opted for this place because the wait times were too long at the other restaurants nearby. I had the Fanfare Signature which was a pretty solid burger. The brioche bun created a fun mix of upscale burger stylings with sports bar satisfaction. The fries were notably salty, but I actually prefer them that way. The beer selection was weak. They only had a few on tap and nothing in a bottle selection. I would happily give this place an extra star if they expanded it. As a side note, I always though Glory Days locations were kind of dimly lit and outdated. The Fanfare venture is refreshingly much better. This place is good for grabbing a quick meal before seeing a movie.

Best hamburgers in VA !!! Very good service, good prices and the best hamburgers all around plus you get your movie tickets @ 7.50 :-)
(5)Alex D.
Delicious wings and burgers. It's like Glory Days Grill without having to deal with a long wait and high prices for your food. The Tuesday Wing special is a great deal, and I have no problem ordering 80 wings at a time. The beautiful manager Sheena is very helpful and will even bring your food out to you personally. She always has a smile on her face and makes me feel at home. Also the Restaurant owner John Castle is amazingly charismatic and is oozing with swagger. He reminds me of Walter White from breaking bad, but he creates perfect burgers and wings instead of meth, which are just as addicting, but a lot cheaper.

This place is great! I'm always greeted by a nice young lady at the register (very long black hair and tan skin) who is able to answer any questions I have. The food is amazing! Although, some prices are a little extreme. The atmosphere is fun, a great place to be to watch a game or two. I would recommend the Chicken Philly Cheesesteak and Mom's Mac N Cheese!

I had a ridiculously severe craving for wings and hot dogs over the weekend (I realize just how classy that makes me) so the manfriend and I headed out to Fanfare, where I could indulge in both! This was our second or third time eating here, and it was peachy keen. I got a Chicago dog, my boyfriend got a burger, and we split wings and the soft pretzels. The pretzels are kind of a rip, because you only get two sticks for what you pay for, but everything else was great! The hot wings come covered in jalepenos, which was unexpected, but definitely helped with the zing. My hot dog was awesome -- love that bright green Chicago relish -- and my boyfriend seemed to like his burger. They're offering a dinner & a movie deal right now where you can get a burger, fries, and a drink + a voucher for a movie ticket at the Rave around the corner for $15! Considering tickets to the movies are like $11 alone these days, that seems like a rockin' deal to me. I think the girl at the register was asking me if I wanted to do that, too, subbing my hot dog instead of a burger, but I got confused and didn't think you could do that. Silly Gretchen. I'm super not into sports, but I do like the concept of the sporty decor -- old stadium seats, college teams represented everywhere, etc. It probably won't be my first go-to restaurant in Fairfax Towne Center, given that Ozzie's is right next door, but for a casual bite to eat, Fanfare seems like a solid choice!

We love to go to Fanfare. It is a convenient place to grab a quick burger or wings. The fries and onion rings are among my favorites, and the food always comes out hot and fresh. Service here is generally good. It's the type of place where you order from a counter, take a number, and they bring your food out to you. The atmosphere is a family friendly sports bar. TV's throughout, with excellent seating outside. It is a great place to sit outside during the spring or fall and watch a game. This place also has the added bonus of being in Fairfax Corner, and in close proximity to the movie theater. I absolutely recommend, if you are in the area and need a decent and quick meal.

I came to the Fanfare Eatery recently for a Yelp event; I had the unique experience of tasting multiple things on the menu which is amazing, because now I know exactly what I am aiming for on my next visit. I hadn't had the opportunity to visit FFE until this event so I was walking in with blinders on. It's owned by the Glory Days which explains some of the major similarities on the menu as well as the theme. The room is a little smaller than I had imagined it would be; I think if I were coming for a big game I would want to get there super early to ensure I have a seat. They have one of those snazzy little drink machines that kicks up all your beverage options with fun flavored syrups and such, the possibilities with this thing are endless. I really enjoyed the mild wings. They were perfectly cooked and were not over breaded in my opinion. I think next time I will shoot for the hot, since I enjoy a little kick now and then. I also really liked the cheese steak - it was pretty close to my beloved Philly style. I wasn't thrilled with the chicken cheese steak, it was really tasty - but the chicken was a little dry. Service was nice and the staff seemed very attentive. I would like to come and watch a game here next season and see what the atmosphere is like when they have some rowdy football fans in house!

Located in Fairfax Station, Fanfare Eatery is nestled behind Ozzie's Good Eats. This is a fun place to hang out with friends and watch sports. The sports theme explodes all over the venue but not in a tacky, classless way. I would venture to say that they would like to brag most about their 6-8 oz burgers (which are very good) but I was most impressed with them being a cheaper version of Glory Days. They serve the Glory Wings at a fraction of the price of the Glory Days Sports Bar. Win! I honestly wanted to sample everything on this menu but my tummy wouldn't allow. However, my next visit will include one of their spiked milkshakes. They come in favors of vanilla, strawberry, Oreo, and chocolate. The bar isn't a full one, but they have the basics to get you buzzed.

Fanfare Eatery is the younger sibling to the Glory Days Grill franchise being a more fast food version of the restaurant. Located in Fairfax Corner next to Ozzie's, this place is your All American Ball Park experience serving the same foods you'd typically find at a game. Just by looking at the building you can tell there is a emphasis on sports with TVs, memorabilia, and even ballpark seating for lounging outside. It looks even cooler at night with its logo lit up in fresh neon purple lights. Lets take a look inside... If you have ever been to Glory Days, this place looks no different except maybe with a little more up to date features. You can expect to find the most popular games on the TVs while siting on chair that hold various sports team's cushions for your bottom. The menu has taken highlights from the Glory Days restaurants and made them affordable and quick for your convenience. That being said, having worked at Glory Days for for a few years, Iv'e tried everything on their menu so I couldn't help but compare how the foods tasted. The wings? Taste just like the restaurant and I wouldn't expect them to be any different because they are the staple of the chain and you can't beat their Glory Sauce! The burgers are a little different with them being smaller, but still they are juicy and delicious, just make sure you specify how you want them cooked because they will by default cook them to medium and I've had a few pink burgers come my way after ordering here. The nachos taste just as good too, smothered in cheese wiz and topped with all your fixings. One thing I enjoy to get here is their Chicago style hot dog, its massive, it also looks very pretty too with the colors of the tomato, peppers, and onions meshing we'll together. Throw that all on a greasy buttery roll and you got a satisfied customer. They have all the beverages covered with milkshakes, beer, and margaritas which is always a plus depending on what your feeling. Don't want those? Then get one of the hundreds of soft beverage possibilities from one of those touch screen coke machines. I realize I have to judge this place as something as something separate than Glory Days because its not the same thing, but for what it is, being a fast food style All American ball park restaurant, I can't find any outstanding issues with it and its always nice to visit if you are trying to satisfy your wing, burger, hot dog palette.

I've been to Fanfare twice. Both times we had a burger and a chicken cheese steak sandwich, with onion rings. My memory of the first time was that it was an excellent burger. Today's burger was somewhat average. Both times the chicken cheese steak sandwich was excellent. The chicken cheese steak sandwich is reminiscent of Potbelly, which happens to be a sandwich shop next door. It came with tomato, lettuce, and mayonnaise. I added jalapenos to the sandwich. The onion rings were very good, and excellent for their type. These were the perfectly round, thick onion rings that seem to come pre-breaded and frozen. The burger is available with a number of (mundane) free toppings. I chose lettuce, tomato, raw onion, mayonnaise, and ketchup - with pickles on the side. I chose whatever they call their smaller burger. For drinks, all sodas are dispensed through one of the new coke multi-product fountain machines. I initially had Coke Zero with raspberry, later Coke Zero with lime. There is a reasonable selection of bottles hot sauces available. There are also four large "pumps" of sauces. I choose a chipotle sauce to dip my onion rings in. We ordered at the register. They brought the food out to us. There is seating on the patio; we sat outside. My burger, while pretty on the plate, became a dried up perfectly round puck when I lifted the bun. It was cooked well done. I have to think that last time they gave me a choice of how to cook it, but this time I was not asked, and this time I forgot to state a preference. The cashier apparently forgot to say "do you want fries with that" because I didn't get a side item and had to order the onion rings separately. Which was odd, as I asked about the price before I ordered the burger. I was told $1.99, they turned out to be $2.49 plus tax. Or maybe he just forgot to ring it up. Our food was brought out to us on round metal trays (reminding me of Elevation Burger). We each got our own tray. The restaurant is apparently owned by Glory Days (a sports bar) and this place is themed on baseball, stadiums, and locker rooms. The manager came outside twice to check on us and see how things were. He is the one who suggested the jalapenos for the sandwich and brought them out to me when I asked. We had to go inside to get drink refills from the machine. Service and friendliness was good. The sports ambiance was fine, if you like that sort of thing. Inside they seemed to have some TVs. The original plan had been to eat at Fanfare, then go to the $5 movie (Rave) in Centreville. The same movie was playing here in FairFax Corners at the same time but at regular price. Fanfare was selling tickets to the movies for $7.50 making the extra cost to stay in the are only another $5.00 for two people. So I bought the tickets for the local Rave theater and we enjoyed the movie one block away. It's a good choice to visit for a light meal.

If you want stadium food (chicken, sandwiches, fries, etc) this is your place. That is not to say that the food is bad; I had a great Philly cheesesteak while my friend's burger was "meh." By "meh" I mean that it was like any other burger, it was not a "wow" moment. The food is alright if you're just looking for a burger/sandwich place. Now, my husband RAVES about the Mac N Cheese burger, and he is a tough crowd to please, so try that if you want something good or different there. The best part of this place is the Coke Fusion machine. Not great, not bad, just average.
(2)Linda C.
Glory Days lite. Fanfare Eatery seems to be a new venture brought to you by Glory Days restaurants. It has a scaled-down version of menu options with the same food you get at any of the GDs, but the place itself is smaller and less cozy. I guess the idea is that it is built to look like a stadium, and the foodstuffs are items you would get while watching the game. I thought the stadium seats were pretty cool. Lots of TVs, just like Glory Days, with a variety of programming to keep the family satisfied. My favorite part of this place is the outdoor patio, which features....guess what?....lots of TVs! Unfortunately, the night I went it was way too chilly to sit outside, but I look forward to doing that next spring. Burgers, cheesesteaks, hot dogs, fries, wings, and beer. I had the cheesesteak and it was pretty delicious. One thing I missed was that they didn't feature any of their (well, GD's) fantastic cornbread! Another place to stop for a quick bite either before or after the movies, since it is about a block from the theater at Fairfax Corners. Don't know if I'd make a special trip just to go here other than that, however.
(3)B K.
Amazing! Polite service, tasty food, and a huge sauce bar. Please try the buffalo chicken burger topped with macaroni and cheese, dipped in the homemade chipotle sauce.
(5)Alexis M.
For the most part, I enjoy the food here. I usually order a cheeseburger or Chicago dog, and I love the fry seasoning. However on my most recent visit, I was shocked to see how the staff handled the food. The kitchen staff was playing around while cooking the food and messing with one another. What bothered me the most was that the cashier went to the kitchen and got the fries and put them in a bag without gloves on. She proceeded to put them in the to go back without gloves on and touched the fries as she did so. I had to take off the top layer of fries, significantly decreasing the amount I could eat. I will be less likely to return after this visit.
(2)Mike G.
A great place to stop in for a quick burger and beer before a movie. I had a steak and cheese, glory wings and a Sam Adams . I was offered a discounted movie ticket and saved a few bucks on the movie. Any time a go to see a movie over there i will stop in here.
(3)Kevin P.
God for bid you order a beer - don't hold your breath you will be waiting forever. When you go to a restaurant especially one like this you should receive your beverage when you pay. The young ban said he would bring it to me and guess what - after 20 minutes I had to go in and ask for it. This place is terrible.
(2)Adriene W.
Great burgers and very tasty hot dogs!! Would go back
(4)Lydia R.
TOUCHDOWN! For my mouth. Came here to try the tasting menu and it was amazing! Fanfare Eatery has some seriously smokin' boneless wings and regular, which earn the four star rating for wings in this area. It must be the sauce that packs some finger lickin' flavor. Along with the wings, the hot dogs, Philly cheesesteak, and other sides such as macaroni & cheese, onion rings and mozzarella sticks, you will be pleasantly satisfied... Especially if your team wins! Go Steelers!!
(4)Ali B.
6 bucks for 6 wings. You get what you pay for. Nothing too amazing, but if you want some alright wings, sports and a casual good time with friends before or after you go catch a movie at ffx corner, this place will suffice
(3)Joan L.
Went to eat here last night because you can get a 7.50 ticket for the movies if you spend 10.00. We ordered the gripper but the patties are too dense and not juicy. We ate outside but there are so many cars going by that there is a strong gasoline smell while you eat. I gave it 3 stars because of the reduced ticket price but probably will not do this much.
(3)D F.
I was very pleased. Definitely will come back here again if I'm in the mood for a burger and fries!
(5)Meg H.
Dinner and a Movie for $15 bucks!! This place is great! Delish meaty burgers and yummy fries. Loads of seating, inside and outside which was really nice for us last weekend when it was a nice day out. The soda machine is wow way way way cool! I have never seen one that lets you mix and match they way it does...ok it's a normal soda fountain with a touch screen...but still. The staff were ok, kind of un friendly but i still had a great experience. The dinner and a movie pass is a great thing- I have a feeling Rave across the street is more than 8 bucks a ticket as fancy as it is. If I am near to this place again I will definitely be back! yummmm
(4)Dooly M.
I was craving for some burgers, so I suggested this place to my family based on the reviews I read here. We all ordered burgers: cheeseburgers, and fanfare special burgers, and we all enjoyed the meal. We also tried their onion rings, and WOW it was soooooo delicious, crunchy and not greasy. Everything went very well during our stay from the service to the food. We also got movie tickets with our meals for only $7.50/per ticket per meal which is very very good deal since the movie we wanted to see would cost us around $ 15 since the movie was just released on theaters. The place is small, with fair enough seating and tables, but I can imagine how crowded it will be during a sport night or something. Will go again to try other things as Yelpers suggested.
(4)Yazeed H.
Great Berger and fries. I mostly have my food tasty. But don't assume the restaurant is bad if you have a bad experience because it might be that the chef is not in the mode.
(4)Ann T.
CPIK and I stumbled upon this place last weekend. It's a family oriented, burger joint at fastfood prices. Yes, they serve beer. You place your order, get a number, and someone will deliver your food to you. The patio is by far the best seating in the area. Try to snag a seat as soon as you can as seating is first come first serve. Soda machine is a cool, touch screen coke machine, but the problem? There's only one dispenser. If you're bringing in a party of kids, it might be a bit of wait getting everyone a soda. There's tons of tv's and you get a little box at your table where you can direct what game you want to hear. Food's not great/memorable, but at the price point and what it is, it's definitely unique in terms of experience.

I'm SO excited there is a new burger place in Fair Lakes. Right now it's either Red Robin which is more sit down style or Five Guys - both of which I like but sometimes it's nice to have another to go option. The atmosphere is fun. When you walk in it's like being in a stadium. The floor looks like a football field, there are stadium seats along the perimeter of the restaurant, seat cushions from different schools on every chair, and the menu is like a scoreboard. You can either make an order at the electronic register right by the front door or go to a cashier and place your order. Once done, you have a selection of sauces (my favorite was the garlic, which is like an aioli), one of those fancy soda machines and you can either sit inside our outside and they'll bring your food to you as well as clean up after you. I went pretty basic for my first trip: single prime burger with a side of seasoned fries. There are a few free toppings you can have added to your burger and if you're really hungry you can get a double patty which is called The Gripper. If you want to be a little more sensible you can get your burger over a salad, sans bun. I'm not much of a bun lover so I ditched that which really let me taste the flavors in the beef. It's perfectly seasoned, although a tad salty, which is probably why I loved it. The fries are seasoned plainly with salt and pepper but they still taste great and are crispy. The garlic sauce went really well with both my burger and my fries. I snagged a bite of my friend's onion rings and they are so crispy without leaving a greasy fried feeling in your mouth. If I can rave this much about a plain burger and fries meal, then you know it's good! This a a cheap eats place as well - my meal total was under $6. This place is still a work in progress. When we went today they had just installed a cover for the patio and they had placeholders for outdoor TVs. They also offer free WiFi. I'm glad I decided to give this place a chance. It's definitely a new favorite and a nice addition to Fairfax Corner when you don't want to spend a lot of time at a restaurant.

Burger bun was soggy and the burger was ordered as medium but looked a lot more rare. So upset I ordered the Mac and cheese and some wings. Wings were fine but the mac and cheese was so cold and the top layer was grossly stiff. Most definitely was not worth my 24$. Had to go to eat somewhere else since I couldn't finish anything else. Below average stadium food.

Fanfare is located in Fairfax Corner.. not Fairfax Station, not FairLakes and not FairOaks so don't get lost. I always get the juicy burger with a side of fries or wings... The other guys get the chile dogs. Simple menu. Line is short and prices are good. One TV always shows cartoons for the kids.. the rest show sports. Nice outdoor area. Burger Fries $7

Got coupon in the mail. Brought coupon in. Manager said coupon is invalid, although coupon had a huge imprint "FANFARE" on it. Great great restaurant that doesn't honor their own company coupons. My recommend, try Glory Days or Ozzie from down the street. Not worth it.

I like how I can get a good salad and decent beer here for cheap. It sure beats the million year wait at coastal flats some nights. The only con is that sometimes the place is packed with kids.

FFE is one of those places that you really want to root for more than it gives you a reason to. It doesn't give you anything to complain about, but it also doesn't give you a reason to come back. I think the greatest area that FFE lacks is a clear identity of what it's trying to be: Is it a sports bar? Is it a family restaurant? Certainly it is considered a casual sports restaurant. While they serve beer, I certainly wouldn't call it a bar. There are TVs situated around a room adorned with college sports themed decorations. It's almost hard to say, but I assume the intention was to have this place be a hangout for younger sports fans (ie HS and College) to come watch a game as opposed to going to a bar. But the atmosphere is too timid to get a crowd going. Somehow the design even keeps the acoustics down. I could barely discern what was being said to me a few tables down. It'd be hard to get a crowd roused up and cheering when the noise is being muffled. The place is certainly small, which isn't much of a problem since I've never seen this place crowded. The food is mediocre at best. They serve traditional pub fare. It's not bad but I can't think of anything I'd want to come back and order again. Everyone talks about the soda machines. It's a good thing to note as the food is overly salty and will cause you to make a few trips up there. Again, I do want to root for it. The place has tried to create something a little different for FFX Corner. The staff is friendly, the decorations are nice, but it's easily forgotten. Perhaps they need to reevaluate the niche they are trying to carve for themselves if they want to stay around for awhile and grow their fan base.

For burgers and fries - this place is the best around. Breakdown of my Perfect FanFare Burger: 1. Bun - they have achieved the impossible, a soft fresh potato roll bun that doesn't get soggy 2. Burger - juicy and flavorful. About the same size as a 5 Guys burger but oh so much better 3. Cheese - they have a selection of typical burger cheeses, I pick the cheddar 4. Condiments - they have just about every condiment you can imagine and then some including their FanFare sauce which is similar to Red Robin's Onion Ring saucy - maybe BBQ, Ketchup, and Mayo - sweet and savory and delicious on the fries The French Fries are fresh and piping hot - nice and crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. A perfect compliment to a perfect burger. The service is always great here and even on a busy night you never wait long. There is both outdoor and indoor seating and in the winter or on colder nights they have the heaters on outside so you can people watch. The whole place has a sporty vibe and tons of TVs showing various games. They have personal radios on the table so you can not only watch but listen to the channel you are interested. Bonus - their soda machine! It has like a million options (slight exaggeration) very nice touch.

The food here is fairly standard greasy Americana. Burger, fries, beer, hot dogs, etc. They also offer a deal with the movie theater that if you buy x amount of food you will get a discount on a movie ticket. However, be aware, this only holds true if they give you something to prove your purchase (not sure what though, since no one gave me anything). Your receipt, as I was told at the movie theater, is not sufficient proof to get the discount. That was annoying after none of the signage in the restaurant, or the person I interacted with at the counter mentioned that.
(2)Anna Y.
I agree with the other entrees that service is slow and rude. We wanted to try the place out because we do like glory days. We ordered the boneless wings, glory wings, angus burger, fries, milkshake and a beer. We didn't like how we have to pay extra for the ranch dresssing/blue cheese and celery. We also did not like how the portions are really small for a big price. The food was average and forgettable. I think all this food cost $27. We should have gone to Ozzies.
(2)Brenna H.
Nice staff and quick service. The food was nothing to write home about, but I would come back again if going to the movie theater. All in all - pretty good for cheap eats.
(4)Min Sae C.
This is a great place to go for wings, burgers and simple food at a fair price. Hard to eat at Glory Days and pay their full price when you can get the same thing for less without the tip and sit down service which I am happy to do. Got the "single" Cheeseburger w/ American, LTO, mustard/mayo for only $5.49 The brioche bun was lightly toasted, soft and the perfect size. Got it cooked to a medium and it was one of the juiciest burgers I have had in months. Only small complaint was it lacked seasoning but that's what a salt & pepper shaker is for. I was won over with the juiciness of the burger. You can add a side of fries for only a $1 or onion rings for $2 which is a great value. Soda cost a little over $2 bucks. Bottom line is you get a burger, fries and soft drink for $10 bucks which I've found is impossible around here. Also added an order of boneless buffalo wings which were amazing. Will definitely be back often to get dinner with the wife and then save even more money on the movie tickets with their promo!!! Dinner & movie for 2 adults for $30 bucks!!! Can't be beat!!!
(4)doug m.
The wings and the Chicago hot dog are great choices at Fanfare. Although, at $5.00, the hot dog is overpriced. $10.00 for a hot dog, fries and a coke seems excessive. The hamburger I had was overcooked, tough and lacking taste. I am reserving judgment until I taste one that has been cooked medium.
(3)Pearl D.
This is Glory Days without the service and atmosphere. The burger was pre-made and tasted like it was frozen and out of box. Hade a side sald with it and that was nothing special. Most of our orders were wrong. Does have a cool bar of condiments like hot sauces , etc..
(2)Karl B.
Fanfare Eatery is fine for a quick meal before or after a movie. I had a Chicago dog. It was served on a nice New England-style bun with generous toppings. The hot dog was very greasy and salty. I've had better but it was OK.
(3)Leslie S.
As an ex-Glory Days employee, I've been wanting to check this place out. Great way to get some glory days food for a little cheaper. My only complaint is that the chairs are really uncomfortable. The seat cushions are a cute idea, but most of them are so squashed, they really provide no padding between your tush and the hard metal seat. Not to mention, it took us forever to pick a table because we couldn't sit on certain ones. :-) Other than that, its great! Just like being at GDs.
(3)Dan W.
I finally stopped in and tried this place out. The decor is sporty and they have a nice outdoor seating area. I had the bacon cheddar burger and boneless wings. Everything was good, but the best thing was the bun. Soft and Sweet!! I love good bread, thanks! Oh and the Ranch Dressing another favorite. A good greasy spot for sure.
(4)Jason L.
Since I was in the area I decided to stop by for takeout so I could eat at home. There was only one other person in the restaurant (I know now this was an obvious sign) so I didn't think to check my order when I left. When I got home I realized they took my order down correctly but instead of a double burger I got a single instead. How can you get an order wrong when there's only 2 patrons in the whole restaurant?? You would think an dining experience would be better than usual when there's hardly any other customers to deal with. Pathetic.
(1)Krish S.
I sometimes go there for my Lunch, the Menu choices are not asmuch asin the Pot Bellys, but I love their Vege Burger which is thoroughly cooked like I want it to be. The choice of dressings is also pretty wide and I like their House Dressing. Good part is that the Extras on the Burger are free, and they have the New Soda Machine which give tonnes of choices, my favourite is the Peach Soda from Coke. The Onion Rings are well made and crispy. The TV channels have a wide variety and you have your personal Speaker which is kind of cool touch. Manager is friendly guy and if you have an issue it is taken care of right away to your satisfaction.
(4)Yvonne A.
I tried chicken wings with onion rings and it was good. It is not better than other places. The place wasn't that clean. A little bit overpriced. By the way it is located at Fairfax Corner.
(3)Shannon A.
Ate here monday, 9/3/2012. I guess it's supposed to be like a stadium where you can order the same food you get at a baseball or football game. Well guess what?? THEY CHARGE THE SAME PRICES TOO! 2 beers, 12 wings and a sub cost over 30 dollars. Also they charge extra for celery. On the flip side, the wings and sandwich were very good and hot. And since you order at a counter, then take a number, NO TIPPING. And its in Fairfax Corner, so a good atmosphere and you can walk around to take the pain away from eating so much food.
(3)Hangry F.
Not a fan of Fanfare Eatery. I've been searching high and low for the perfect wings. The wings here are average. Everyone has their personal preferences on how wings should be; for me they should be hot, saucy, and tasty. They are hot but don't have the flavor and not saucy at all. They also charge more for bone in traditional wings versus boneless wings and for celery and/or extra sauce. This is really unnecessary. I've also tried the queso cheese fries which are average as well. The cheese sauce tastes like it comes from a jar or a can and the bacon crumbled on top is weak. Alas, my search for the perfect wings continues.
(2)Chris M.
This place is alright. I have gone a few times and gotten salads, wings. and burgers. The wings are good but not great. I would go back again but I'm not going to go out of my way to get there. If you are looking for a place to get typical bar food then this is the place to go.

I was majorly craving a burger and Yelped and found this place. New place in Fairfax Corner. I am personally a huge Ray's Hellburger fan. My husband loves BGR. We both gave this place an A-Ok. The manager seemed to be at the counter when I was ordering, so he was good at making recommendations, and answering a lot of my questions. Not sure if he was manager, but he seemed to know alot, and seemed invested in the place. I don't eat burgers very often because they seem so decadent-- so I was taking my sweet time ordering just the right burger, and asking questions.. and they were patient. I got the Fanfare signature burger. It has two 4 ounce patties with everything-- plus their signature fanfare signature sauce. It was pretty good. I got a side of side salad. My husband got a Gripper (that means two 4 ounce patties versus one 6 ounce patty) cheeseburger with a side of fries We enjoyed the sauce bar. They had a vast array of sauces and some house sauces they made on their own. I liked the Chipotle sauce. The fries were nice and fresh. Crispy. Good portion. But had too much salt and pepper on it. Next time I would ask for no salt and pepper.. so I can put it on myself. I hate that feeling of eating too much salt and feeling dehydrated. They gave a pretty good portion of the side salad. The burger was decadent, yet not too greasy and messy. The burger was juicy and flavorful. The Bun was nice and fluffy. Not soggy. The beef patty was a good portion, and I could tell it was real beef, but something about the patty was missing. Ray's seasons their burgers (I compare all burgers to Ray's), and I was really wanting that type of seasoned goodness. I also like the rich toppings (Au Poivre, blackened burger, blue cheese, etc.) they have at Ray's, Fanfare just had the 'normal' toppings. I like their soda machine. It is one of those types of digital machines that lets you choose from a ton of flavors. I love the obscure sodas (Peach Sprite Zero), so I love these machinese. Prices were O.k. (not great, not bad. It was comparable to other premium burger places) about 7-8 dollars per burger, and then $1.59-3 dollars per side (with the burger). The decor of the place was pretty nice.. almost upscale. I don't really care too much about decor at a burger place though. It had a sports-bar type feel, with Nike-designy-type-touch. They place had t.v.s all over the place displaying different channels. It was interesting watching the different customers' staring at different t.v.s Kids staring at Pokemon, and men staring at ESPN. I personally like to go to places where you can interact with the person(s) you are eating with, rather than staring at the T.V... but I guess this place wasn't really aiming for that. Overall, the burger was tasty.. but my burger craving wasn't quite satisfied.. I want to go to Ray's.
(3)John W.
Love the soda machine and the wings are pretty good, but not as good as the Korean Wings. They should straight up jack the recipe and offer them as a option at Fanfare. Love the atmosphere and the TV's here. It's the closest place, it justs needs a signature dish to distinguish itself...cough.double fried wings...cough cough....
(3)Jessica K.
came here and they has this Friends and Family event so our meal was on the house. my friend and I ordered a chicken cheesesteak, cheese fries and an oreo milkshake. cheesesteak was really good, fries were a little salty and the milkshake was yummy service was super friendly
(3)M C.
Burgers, Chicken Wings, Fries and other typical sports bar food is what they serve here..Unlike most sports bars...this would be more family and conversation friendly..You dont have to talk over the loudness of what ever game is on the main screen. They have the sound boxes on each table and you can select what game you want to listen to...the night I went they even had the cartoon channel on for the kids in the place... They provide you seat cushions of the regional team and you may be able to find one of your team to sit on.. As for the food, it was pretty good to eat, not overly cooked/fried wings like alot of places and the sause was just enough..The soda machine is a winner too...being able to create your own drinks will allways win for those big kids and the little one who come with those big kids!!!
(4)Elliot M.
Love their Glory Sauce for the wings! The wings are super crispy and always delicions. I do not like that they charge for the celery&carrots that normally acompany wings. Seems cheap enough to add as a nice garnish but I pay anyway. The pitcher of beer is a good deal along with the movie ticket promo they have with the near by theater. All in all very good food.
(4)Megan B.
The food is pretty good, but "stadium quality" like most people have mentioned. The prices are way too high for what you get. The atmosphere and pretty loud, but the staff is nice. Its average food, but way overpriced. I don't know if I'll go back simply because I can get similar food or even better food for less.
(3)Paul T.
tried their regular fanfare burger and it was okay a couple months ago.........but today i tried their mac n cheese burger which was actually pretty decent...not amazing...but decent............i was surprised because there reg burger wasn't that great...................probly be back for the macncheese burger
(4)Laura K.
Meh......Not very good. My dad and I went here over the weekend. We ordered two burgers. We waited and waited, and waited. Looked around and noticed everyone else had numbers on their table. We never received a number! I went to the kid at the counter and he looked so confused. Haha. About 20 minutes later we got our burgers. (I got a veggie burger) and neither my dad or I were impressed. If I wasn't so hungry at the time, I probably would have thrown it out after the first bite.
(2)Marie D.
The food at Fanfare is just okay. I got the Boneless Glory Wings, which I am positive are just Tyson Chicken Wings with sauce. The sauce was okay, nothing to write home about. The burgers are pretty good, a little bit on the greasy side, but good. The fries on the other hand, are killer. I think that I could eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff seems okay with a few exceptions. I was in there a few months back and a young red haired girl seemed to be yelling at a younger red haired manager. This was really unprofessional and very uncomfortable to be around. On another occasion I am pretty sure that the General Manager was making a pass on several women in the restaurant. Again, very uncomfortable situation to be in. I think that I will only be visiting Fanfare on date night when I can get a meal and movie tickets pretty darned cheap
(2)Leslie S.
I went here with a couple of friends for the first time and enjoyed the atmosphere. There was 7 of us and the food came out HOT and FRESH off the grill or fryer for each person within 15 minutes. The fries were hot, meat fresh off of the grill, wings right out of the fryer. I've been back once with my friend Megan and our dogs we tied our dogs to the outside of the patio area while we sat and chatted and had no problems or complaints about having the dogs there tied on the gated. Food was again nice and hot. Each time that I was there the staff was friendly and cheerful no problems. If I asked for something they would get if for me without a problem.
(5)Sophia C.
I rounded up. It's a 3.5 for me. I like this place but it's not a place I would race to find a reason to go to again ASAP. What makes it a .5 and bumps it up for me is the theme/decor/ALL THE TVs!! The fun stadium concession stand feel/food make it great for me. It's a low key place that looks that gives you the basics. The guy who took our order was great, but yes some of the staff did look confused. We didn't have to wait for too long, but then again I don't think we would have noticed time too much because we were busy watching 3 TVs at once. Food was better than you get at the actual concession stands at a game and I think that's the basic idea. It's a cute place I will probably visit to watch a game I'm not fully invested in.
(4)Keith M.
Nice theme and good greasy food. If you want a place to watch the game and eat ballpark like delicious greasy food, then this is it. The burger was good as were their fries and they have this hotdog with queso, chilli and bacon that cannot possibly taste bad. I was impressed with their homemade sauce variety and would like to go back and try them all. In the interest of not developing heart disease however, I will space out my visits to Fanfare. If a reviewer says it's not good it's because they're most likely the posh restaurant type which there is a time and a place for and I can also appreciate. If you take Fanfare for what it is supposed to be (ball park type food), you won't be disappointed. Also they have seats from several sports stadiums that they use as restaurant seating which is a cool touch.
(3)Emily A.
Just tried Fanfare for the first time tonight. They had good burgers, though a bit on the greasy side. I had the Fanfare Gripper. If you are in the mood for a burger this is a good place to go in Fairfax Corner. They have a cute little patio area where you can enjoy your burger and sip on a Fat Tire from the tap. They have a lot of the same menu items as Glory Days. It had a fun, casual sports bar feel and the food was served quickly.
(4)Matt B.
This place worked out great for my family. Excellent for little kids. Perfect stuff on the menu for them. I got a burger fries and wings. I thought they were all great. The burger was almost identical to fuddruckers, which i personally like. It was a bit pricey for a place where you order at the counter and seat yourself, but I have a family of 5 and order the $12 wings. Its about $8/person and $1/wing. Not unreasonable in my estimation. Place was a little dirty, but not too bad. It was perfect sitting inside or outside with my 3 loud kids. I will go back.
(4)David K.
Nothing special. Messy burger. Didn't have enough fries for our order so brought what they had and said they'd bring more but never did.
(2)Howard M.
Not a bad place if you want to get food quickly in Fairfax Corner and your sick of PotBelly's and Chipotle. My first trip was during their Grant Opening. This was just a quick swing by, my wife and I shared a 12 piece boneless wings (old bay). They were decent, though they charged extra for the blue-cheese, at Glory Days its included. We also each got the Oreo shake which was pretty delicious. They were pretty busy that day and I'd say it only took about 10-15 minutes to get our food. Our second trip there was the other night, my wife got the Turkey Burger and I got the S.M.O Burger, we each got fries added (though this annoyed me slightly) the menu says make it a combo, when I think combo I think drink and fries, but here a combo consists of just adding fries for $1.50, we got our food to go and it took about 5-10 minutes to get our order. Overall the food was pretty good. I still have yet to try the cool soda machine they have there but I'm eager to on my next visit. Overall the place is a nice change of atmosphere for Fairfax Corner, and I'd definitely go back, I just hope management considers some of the above comments.
(4)Leslie F.
This place is great definition of fast food :) I always get a burger with onion rings, the burger choice changes though. The burger oh man it is has such flavor its juicy and moist and I think I want one right now as I write this hahaha! The onion rings have that great crunch not the slippery greasy taste. Hubby has gotten the wings and no complaints from him. I did try their hotdogs the first time there, they were descent but man the burger is where its at! Can't wait to go back and lastly I love their college decore ... GO BUCKEYES!
(5)Jen S.
Having a new place that is a more laid back environment is a nice fresh of a breath air for a slightly over stuffy Fairfax Corner. It was a great place to enjoy ballpark food and reasonably priced beer at a walking distance. The food was decent(ballpark feel, bar food) and the drinks were cold. It was their first day, but here's what I observed: Pros: *a fun sports "pint sized" glory days with a relaxed environment. *stadium seat replica bar stools *reasonably priced and cold beer *good food *clean *excellent customer service *outdoor seating Cons: *an employee picked up a packet of dressing off the floor and set it back on the salad *cramped seating *pay extra for sauces and celery for your wings *mac and cheese was cold. Despite the good and bad, we will be back. This place could be a quite a hit!
(4)Taylor B.
Went here thinking it would be a nice sports bar when we looked it up online. It is actually a small counter service restaurant. I can't imagine how they fit more than 30 people in there on a busy weekend. Food was WAY over priced for what it was! The girl that took our order was extremely rude as well. I don't think its a good fit for Fairfax Corner at all. It is owned by Glory Days. I would rather just go there than back here again.
(2)Ed W.
If Fanfare's mission is to replicate the mediocre overpriced fare served at sports venues such as National's Park & Verizon Center, then mission accomplished! Strictly as a food place, this place would get at best 2 stars, but their great spin on the normal sports bar earns them that extra star bringing me to a 3 star rating here. As far as the food and service goes, it took me and my gf at least 15 minutes to get our food served, I'm guessing that is due to the fact it was 7pm and their 'peak' time I suppose, so I will let that slide. I ordered a chicken cheese steak with side of onion rings and a beer, she got the cinnamon pretzels. My chicken cheesesteak was bland, too salty and just doused in cheese, but I was starving, so I ate it all despite the constant nagging in my head telling me to remember how bad this cheesesteak was so I can Yelp about it. The behemoth onion rings were OK, once again I reminisce of being at a ballpark as I ate those heavily breaded deep-fried wonders, at least they did a great job of replicating that feeling! The cinnamon pretzels were 'meh' according to my gf's opinion and she knows her desserts, so I'll take her word on it. The best of my entire eating experience was actually the fact that I had Fat Tire beer and it was on tap! The ambiance was great though complete with cool lighting, excellent HD TV to square footage ratio and ample space to sit given it's smaller size compared to its parent Glory Days. The only part that annoyed me was the bar stools were replicated stadium seats and imitated everything from the awkward way your butt sits in them to the heavy steel weight, which made it 'fun' to move them around. Overall, if I was to come back here, it would be simply to catch a game and enjoy some Fat Tire, but I will have already had my meal across the street at Potbelly's for a fraction of the price. Will I come back to actually eat here? Probably not. PS- when I got the onion rings they were offered to me by the cashier more as a side dish and not as an added $1.75 extra... I was a bit annoyed to find out that I paid $1.75 for a side of onion rings that I really didn't need to have to begin with... so beware the upsell!
(3)Nick N.
Lots of fun for a chance to sit outside on a nice night and catch a ballgame (or puck game!) or two. If you like the food at Glory Days, you'll love Fanfare, as they are owned by the same company. The staff are helpful and nice, and the atmosphere is casual and fun. Certainly don't go in expecting fast food though! This is a sit-down restaurant first, carryout second, and you're not going to get a Mac & Cheese burger in Big Mac time. It'll taste a lot better, too!
(5)Joseph G.
i like this place its busy sometimes food is good the staff are nice. its small and well thats about it
(3)Beth P.
Family of 5 stopped here for quick lunch. Prices were a little high for what you get. Soda machine was a hit with me & the kids. Ordered: pretzels with cheese, grilled chicken salad, Buffalo Chicken sandwich (not very good), 3 kids meals & a size of boneless wings. The food was good, except for the buffalo chicken sandwich - used ground chicken, kind of odd. Kids liked their meals & ate all. Pretzels were nibbled on later & they were tasty.

Ive made a few visits to Fanfare; a new addition to Fairfax corner behind Ozzie's. The style is a walk in, order and wait for your food to be brought out to you sports eatery. There are televisions that line the wall showing whatever game is on that day/night. The restaurant theme compliments this using folding chairs with stadium seat cushions on them in addition to other sport related decor. The food .. lets say if you're on a diet, you'll be avoiding this place. Fanfare offers (unapologetically) a delicious variety of stadium concession stand food. That is to say burgers, fries, chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, pretzels, you get the picture. Drinks include beer such as New Belgium's Fat Tire and Sam Adams. There is also fountain soda which is dispensed from one of those freestyle coke machines. These machines are a personal pet peeve of mine, I hate them with a passion and will dock a full rating star on any establishment that opts for this over the traditional fountain dispenser. So far ive had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and the Fanfare Gripper. I will start with the chicken; excellent! Im no stranger to a chicken sandwiches having had many at various places and this one easily beat out the vast majority of them. It is amazing to bite into a grilled chicken breast that is juicy and doesnt need to be pulled with your front teeth like a piece of jerky. I savored each bite. The burger was almost as good as the chicken, very juicy to the point where I would stress anyone ordering it to eat it on the premise, these burgers do not travel well. While I preferred the chicken sandwich over the burger (being more of a chicken guy than beef), I would say each are equally good and to go with your preference. The onion rings and fries are both decent but nothing special, the fries being a touch too salty. The menu said seasoned fries, in my head I was expecting something like Arby's or Hard Times style fries but was a bit let down to see they were just regular fries with seasoning sprinkled on them. Highly recommend dropping in if youre in the area .. and not on a diet.
(4)George N.
got the angus burger, was good but small and the fries were super hot and salty. the prices are a bit high for general fare. just ok
(3)Morgan G.
Delicious..... I went with a group of friends, so I was able to try pretty much everything. The Fanfare Burger was awesome (Finally a place in Fairfax Corner to get a burger)! This restaurant is owned by Glory Days Grill, so they do have some of there signature items: Glory Wings!!! They also Have 100% beef franks served on a warm pretzel bun (I just put a little mustard on it, and thats all it needed). The fries are also really good, and so are the sauces they have available to dip them in: FanFare, Chipotle, Roasted/Creamy Garlic, and BBQ Sauce. This restaurant is great for a fast lunch, or a quick bite before a movie. But it also has a very welcoming feeling and is a great place to watch a game, they even have sound boxes for the tables upon request. The only criticism I have, is there milkshakes. They're not very thick or creamy, and they have an artificial flavor about them. Other then that, GO CHECK IT OUT!!!
(4)M F.
Manager is total jerk. If you're a lady and not dressed provocatively, you'll be ignored. Men and women. Food is below average too. Go somewhere else.
(1)Leonard N.
I have eaten here twice. Once with family and once for a quick late lunch. First this restaurant is not finished. It's an experiment by the guys that brought you Glory Days. Expect them to tweak the menu and concept and then add more restaurants. I had the turkey burger and it was good. The best part was mustard in the condiments "bar". It is old stadium style mustard they used to have at Glory Days. I love the stuff. Great drink selection. Today times they need a healthy side. Small salad, veggies or something. On my other trip I had a Ripper. Thank goodness I got the chili to go with it to cover the hot dog's taste. I believe they fry the hot dogs and mine was burn all over consistently and tasted of burn grease. No other regular dog on the menu., yet. Good service, clean, and I did like the burger.

Went back to give it another shot. Got a Chicken Cheesesteak and fries that lacked taste, and threw away half of it. Also tried the Soft Pretzels billed as "Bavarian Style" which tasted like the pretzels you'd pick up in the freezer aisle of the grocery store, and no where in Bavaria. Throw in a beer and a soda, and you're at $18 and change before tax... Last time I'll ever visit.

I ordered one of those hotdog's they call a Ripper or Gut Buster...something along those lines. It was delicious and I finished the extra bun, too! It's made of pretzel. Normally, I leave the tail end of the empty bun but...I couldn't restrain myself. Also, they have Fat Tire on tap. I couldn't try the fries (as I gave potatoes up for Lent) but I was able to try their onion rings. A little much on the breading, but delish all the same. I like the environment. The menu looks like a big score board and you get to sit in stadium seats. But, you don't have a big fat guy standing up behind you and spilling beer on your head like you would at a real stadium. This place will be fun to walk to this spring\summer. A good place to have dinner\beer before you walk to the Fairfax Fair this year!

This is your neighborhood Glory Days in Fairfax Corner! This little diner-like place is a walk-up order, take your number, and they bring out your food. This makes it nice for a quick meal, i suppose. The decor and seating is all sporty and nice, I suppose. Definitely different, but it works. This place is pretty good for your general greasy burger joint food. Again, if you've ever been to Glory Days, its the same style. The wings are great, the nachos are too. The one thing I can really rave about is the mac &cheese. Absolutely delicious, cheesy, not too thick, just right. Also, the milkshakes are great too. I've been here twice and have gotten a black-and-white milkshake, not the menu but I explained what it was, and they were more than accommodating. Definitely not my go-to place in Fairfax Corner, but I'm glad I tried it.

Just tried out this new restaurant in Farifax corner. Pretty tasty food. Very greasy, so take that as you will. But small and easy to manage. Great for stopping by for a quick dinner before going through Fairfax corner.

Love Fanfare's setup and food. The wings are spicy, crispy, and fresh. The staff was extremely friendly as we were greeted the moment we walked in. Would absolutely come back!!

The burger was decent, nice bun. Service was slooooow, my wife and I was already done with our burger when the shakes arrived, my kids shakes came out with the food. The shake was mediocre. I originally had a fountain drink but the machine was not working at all, it was a bummer because it was one of those magic coke machines with every flavor. The manager was very apologetic. Onion rings and fries were good, the kids hot dogs didn't look appealing but they seemed to enjoy.

If you don't want to travel downtown to the sports arena, this will satisfy your craving for game day food; chili dogs, cheese fries, hot wings, etc. The place has fun decor, but is kinda small.

A welcomed addition to Fairfax Corner if you have kids! It fills the gap, when you have kids under 6 and don't want Chipotle or Pot bellys. Our food came out hot and we enjoyed the our food. The new hot dog buns are soft and buttery and we actually prefer them over the pretzel ones they replaced. The staff is very nice and asked several times if we were happy or needed anything.

Fantastic and honest operation. Ordered nachos to go and waited 20 minutes. I went to the counter and talked to, what I believe was the manager/owner, and asked him what was going on. Got an immediate apology, no hassle refund, card for a free ripper, and a handshake.

This place is wonderful. Great fresh food, Tasty Margaritas with the cheapest price. The only thing is French Fries is extremely salty. I wish they had Gluten free options.

I love this place. Lots of flat screen TVs with channel selectable speakers at each table. Their Blueberry shakes are to die for. My favorite burger is the grilled chicken sandwich. Their chicken wings are the best in the area and their fries a so fattening but so good.

Stopped by this place to have a late lunch. There were only a couple of folks there and they all had their food, so I was surprised when they gave me a number for a takeout order. It took way too long for the type of food. I didn't mind too much because I was able to sit at a table and take in the atmosphere of the restaurant. The theme is based on a stadium including old baseball stadium seats with college themed pads. There were TVs playing sports everywhere and I noticed the tables had the Old Glory style boxes to select the audio to the TVs. Pretty cool theme even if I did not see a Arizona State seat pad, they were mainly Notre Dame and Virginia Tech, but I digress....the food...yes, the food. The long wait was actually worth it for what I ordered. I got not one, but two Chili con Queso Rippers (Hot Dogs in a Pretzel). They were outstanding. I had not had a pretzel dog with Chili before and I enjoyed it. The hot dog was not great, the chili not the best but put them together on a pretzel and it is a winner! I had an Oreo shake just to make sure there was absolutely no redeeming nutrition involved in the meal. I liked it. It now rivals Potbelly's Banana shake as the go to Fairfax Corner shake. All in all not bad, but I would hate to see how long it takes to get food when there is any normal traffic if it took that long without anyone in the place.
