It's sizzler! Nothing fancy but I do like their Malibu chicken. They have promotions often so be sure to check their website for when they have deals. The salad bar has the following -salad and dressings -three different kinds of pasta salad -Italian spaghetti and meatballs -fried chicken -taco bar with hard and soft shells -fruit bar -clam chowder and vegetable beef soup -dessert bar with ice cream, brownies, and apple cobbler with assorted candies to top your ice cream with. You get to choose a side with your entree and I always get broccoli. My boyfriend got the fried green beans and he didn't like them bc they were VERY salty. You get cinnamon butter and fresh rolls on the house and those are always yummy. The salad bar I've read from previous reviews is that the fruit is not fresh but maybe it depends on the day bc the fruit was fresh today when I tried it but I'm sure it's hit or miss. Would I come back here? Sure for Malibu chicken but not their steaks bc the cooks here apparently don't know the difference between medium and medium rare. This place is close to my house and I was craving chicken. I don't see myself coming back here for a long time.

Sooooooooo first Misty our server was totally great. The salad bar is horrible. There's this weird taco meat substance that had no taste at all. The beans are in a fatty liquid that leaves a residue on top. The fruit is good, but there is crab salad with no crab and tuna salad that is more tuna flavored mayonnaise. The steak was decent, thank god, but over all my gripe is with the over priced salad bar. No go.

Very nice workers. Smiling & greeting us. Food was quick & fine. Great selections at the salad bar. Been here twice & we enjoy the service. My parents comes here all the time & have expressed great satisfaction in service & meal. Workers always greet them with a smile & hand shake. Thanks Sizzler for service & food

I have always liked to go to Sizzler for the all you can eat salad bar and shrimp. It is reasonably priced and the shrimp much better than most all you can eat places. They could have been more attentive to me. They put me back in a corner and barely checked on me although they had to bring my shrimp. Even tried to flag down one of the other servers with no luck. My solution was to order double. I am used to that in Sizzler especially with the all you can eat. The slower you eat the less you consume. If I were a restraunteer I would utilize that fact.

There phone doesn't work! I've called over 20 times no answer! It's almost like there phone is down but I tried ordering from them a month ago and I had the same problem. Last time just before giving up, they answered the phone at the last second after 15 calls. Very stupid don't bother calling them!

We always receive great service and the food is good. Wife and I both had bacon wrapped steak, it was delicious with a loaded baked potato.

I was surprised to see that there was such a long wait during my last visit. I mean, this is Sizzler after all. It's just a chain restaurant famous for steak and their salad bar. I've now learned that there are much better options when it comes to forking over my well earned moolah. My steak was ordered medium rare and unfortunately it came out medium-medium well. I would've asked the waitress to take it back if only she came around more often to check on us. My sister's salmon was dry and flavorless. The salad bar was alright. I just wish their selection of fruit was a bit more ripe. My avocado and pineapple were pretty sour. I probably won't be returning.

The great and fearsome Sizzler chain as a whole is getting the benefit of me hitting up this place as opposed to the one closer to my domicile (1300 E/2100 S), which would be pressing my generosity to get as much as 2 stars. This particular one is fairly new or at least clean to the point of looking new and has a dazzling salad bar, nothing short of spectacular, for anywhere, not just a Sizzler. The food I had was a notable step down, but the sides were very, very good overall (quick hint: they REALLY like the fried cheese bread finish on things). What we're looking at is something very standard, very middle of the road, but nothing that would wow me, in terms of actual menu items, though their iced tea was several leagues above the place in Sugarhood. No, where this place (and chain, as I won't usually review more than one location of a chain, if I review chains at all) receives its stars is on the back of a stellar server, easily the best I can remember having, which makes this a very good week, in terms of restaurant service anyway. Again, no names (let's call her "J."), but she put on a clinic on how to serve a table. Simply marvelous and frankly, I can't think of anywhere I've ever seen anything like it, including Spencer's. Some people are just gifted at their vocations and she took care of the table in a way that was dazzling to witness. If I were rating solely on service, this would be an easy 5, but as it is, I think this pushes right to the ceiling of what a Sizzler is capable of, given their food quality, which is not ever going to be chasing the higher levels. Still, it was a great experience and one of those that I thought I was fortunate to be a part of. One final thing I sort of dislike is the ordering/paying part of it, which is all done before you're seated. This makes carrying cash (something I intensely dislike doing) more of a necessity, if you care to leave a gratuity. In this case, I think the gratuity we left was almost as much as the meal, but without question worth it for a job amazingly well done.

All you can eat fish should mean all you can eat without waiting 15 minutes between re-orders of fish. Sizzler makes you wait so you will leave instead of waiting for the fish. What a rip off,

This place is stone COLD!!!! Brrrr. I am aware that other restaurants use this tactic to make you "beat it" quickly. But the cold temperature at this store is beyond uncomfortable. Bathroom is filthy and the urinal doesn't flush well. Salad bar is okay.. nothing fancy really. Ice cream machine dispensed liquid ice cream and dripped all over my hand. Many things that need to be addressed in this location. The South Jordan store is much better.

It's Sizzler. It's not fine dining or a high-end steakhouse. I'm giving this Sizzler 4 stars based on my expectations of Sizzlers (and similar restaurant chains) everywhere. This one is pretty damn good. The salad bar is always fully stocked with fresh fixin's including several kinds of lettuce, ham and bleu cheese crumbles. You can also make yourself a taco or some nachos and wash it all down with a cup of delicious clam chowder or veggie beef soup. It's all good. Lisa got a steak on our most recent visit here and it was mighty fine. It was a good cut of top sirloin and they prepared it perfectly medium rare. I got the Malibu chicken and it was just as good as it has been for the last 30 years that I've been eating it. It's just a yummy guilty pleasure. The service at this particular Sizzler has always been good every time I've eaten here. They really try to make the customers happy. Oh yah... I almost forgot... this is one of the few Utah Sizzler locations that serve beer and wine! Bonus!

Sizzler is Sizzler, sort of high priced, but you know what you are going to get. Tonight we went in and they have a new menu item, country fried steak. I asked the manager if it was possible to do country fried chicken. He made it happen. That is what we call good service.

So they brought out some fish thing with shrimp instead of steak with shrimp scampi, and since it was wrong they fixed it immediately and the manager came over to apologize, the item is new to the menu, he also offered for me to get some food from the salad bar while I waited for my steak (since I hadn't ordered the salad bar) it was super nice. The meal was delicious, perfectly cooked steak and potatoe, the rice the scampi was on was delicious but a little over cooked, but the taste made up for it.

The service was wonderful. The food so so. The steak was ordered medium well and it came as medium rare, medium, and medium well depending on where you cut it. I'm not sure how the did that but it was unique to say the least. The shrimp were kind of old looking and tasting but the salad bar was fine and most things there were fresh. All in all I think we'll try somewhere else next time.
