Don't be swayed by the location and empty parking lot. Even the run down looking building. This place is immaculate when you enter. The smell of what seems freshly painted walls, and cleanliness is very aware. They have taken time to make this place as nice as possible. We are greeted with a friendly concierge, and our waitress is also equally friendly and patient. Our meal is brought out in a finely timed manner. Egg drop soup, egg rolls, and finally the feast. The egg drop soup is excellent. You can tell it's made fresh. The egg rolls are equally fresh. You can tell they are prepped in house with fresh cabbage and carrots. Even the crisp fried dough is a pleasant taste of freshness. The ham fried rice is excellent. It's not over oiled and tastes perfect with the sweet and sour chicken. The shrimp lo mein is also equally enjoyable. You can tell the noodles were cooked right the moment of order. They are not soggy and the vegetables are crisp indicating this wasn't something simmering for ease of cooking. This is a diamond in the rough. The only downside side is that the parking lot could lead you to believe otherwise. I will definitely be coming back again.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I live right by it, delivery is SNAPPY. They always quote 30-45 minutes and then blow my mind and make it in 20. If you tell them you'll give a good tip, you'll take priority. Service is good, though you MIGHT have a language barrier... It's authentic! They have little white teenagers for servers which always cracks me up- but everyone is super sweet. The outside of the building could use some curb appeal, but once you go in, it's immaculate. I honestly love this place - and it's hard to make me a loyalist. My favorite dishes are sesame chicken, sweet and sour pork, and broccoli beef.

This is the cleanest restaurant I have been in, in a long time. The food was very fresh and it was the fastest I think I've ever received food in my life. The server kept our drinks full and checked on us a lot. Best server ever! Her name was Tara, be sure to sit in her section and tip her well! The place wasn't very busy but may be because of the location. If you want fresh Chinese food and good service be sure to stop by.

Decent. Not the best, but not the worst Chinese food I've had. Nothing special about this place. Has all the same Chinese food every Chinese food place has.The egg rolls are more like spring rolls but are tasty. The sweet and sour chicken was just "ok" blah My GF had the chicken chow mien and said it was the best she had (that surprised me), and the egg drop soup was thick and actually had flavor to it.. Nothing special about this place though. Looks janky on the outside....and um..the inside is kinda tacky too. Would I come here and sit down for dinner? No. Would I pick up food again...ummmm...*shrug* meh maybe. I feel that I can find a better place though.....

Most people don't give this place a chance but it's a hidden gem. I love this place. I've been coming here for years. They have amazing food and friendly service. I haven't been disappointed with any of their dishes. My goto dish is the General Taos Chicken but it's all good. The Mongolian beef is great, so is the salt and pepper chicken. The egg drop soup has substance and flavor. The fried shrimp is refreshingly different also wrapped in a thing crispy goodness. The char shu and other appetizers are tasty. It's not the typical Chinese food that you will find in the valley. Meaning that it isn't 90% sugar just great ingredients and flavor. Though, they do have some sweet dishes if that's what you're into. Great water surprisingly it's hit and miss at some places but it's always so refreshing here. I love to order the oolong tea or jasmine. They also keep the place very clean which is important to me.

my mother and I go there all of the time, I will never set foot in there ever again, we sat down there and ate our meal, we were the only ones there, like always, I wouldn't be surprised if the place went out of business, it's always dead, the food is great but our last visit there yesterday was unpleasant, the place is old and dirty and there was a COCKROACH crawling in between our seats!!!! NEVER AGAIN will I go eat there!

My family has eaten here for years and the food is always been cooked fresh. The shrimp cashew is crunchy and seasoned just right. The prices are a value for the portion sizes and I have never had poor service but I am a good tipper. (Hint) The place is spotless and the decor is quaint. Chinese family dinners will always give you plenty of choices. and you get 10% off take out orders.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
