Food Suggestions to Maintain Cholesterol Level at MCDONALD'S
We ordered at drive thru at 5:00 pm, so it was busy, but they were fast with our order (two hot fudge sundaes). My husband realized after we left that they didn't give him nuts (or even ask if we wanted some). The lid on his ice cream wasn't on tightly so it leaked all over him and the car. They didn't give us napkins either. No Bueno.

Dirtiest Mc Donalds I've ever been in. Filthy windows and floors when I went there. The gal behind the counter produced an order for some guy, who left to sit down. I was next. She proceeded to plant her feet about 3' from her counter, put her hands ahead of her on the counter with stiff arms, ducked her head and stared at the floor. I gave her a few seconds to stretch, but when she didn't come back up, I thought maybe she died in that position. I was scared. I left, and went to Jack-in-the-Box in the same parking lot. I still can't believe it. And these people want $15 an hour? I'll go back when they have the self-service machines. If it's clean.

Looks are better then many McDonalds to include upkeep. But service is ridiculous, first I told the cashier I wanted a MEDIUM sausage mcmuffin w/ egg w/ a MEDIUM orange juice. Why do we go over three times then he asks me what did I want... WTF?!?!?!?! Most McDonalds from the time I order to the time I get my order is approximately under 6mins, I was here for TWENTY MINUTES (20) for a order that has under 15 total parts to include bagging it. AVOID IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH

Not sure what's going on at this store but it seems understaffed and Horribly slow. I'm tired of your drive thru machines saying "order when ready" and then still having to wait for a voice 2 minutes later. Their staff are unprofessional and don't seem to be trained on how to take an order or read it back. I highly suggest avoiding this location until they sort out staffing issues. Go to the Boulevard or the one on Bluff St.

The evening shift was horrible. They totally forgot our order, we waited 20 mins. order was supposed to be inside, we then decided just to take it to go. The service was a JOKE! Except for a man that was just leaving his shift, he stopped to help. Although, the place has a nice decor, the STAFF needs a lot more training & work on customer service skills, instead of talking about partying after work. NEVER will go back to this location. You think someone in corporate would see these reviews & do something about it. I guess when you get paid well, it doesn't matter anymore. Is it so worth driving all the way to Santa Clara. Never have had issues at this location.

Worst service. Everytime I go through the drive threw they ask me to pull forward and wait for someone to bring it to me. I've waited 25 minutes before. A coffee and hashbrown. Then still get it wrong! Really? They don't speak or understand English very good. Very rude. Skip this Mcdonalds and go to Bluff.
