Love the food, but the service sucks. They didn't listen to my order so it wasn't correct when I received it. And they were rude, and unhelpful. I hate it when this happens! Just be nice and try to enjoy your job.

Not impressed at all. Pulled pork too dry to eat. Sliced brisket was not traditional brisket & was chopped up before serving. Tasted good though except for the crusty burned crust. Turkey was processed meat without any smoked taste & was fed to our dogs. Ice cream was grainy, strange tasting stuff. Potato salad lacked flavor & got tossed. Cole slaw was okay. Overall very disappointed and will not be going back. 2-meat plate was $11 and 3-meat plate was $12. Drinks priced from $2.25-$4! Got a small bread roll with dinner... not enough to make sandwich. I prefer the loaf of bread on tables in Texas BBQ restaurants to this bitty roll. .

One person in line in front of me. Taking forever. The staff, although slow, made up for it by being very polite. Today was Veterans Day, they had no special for us Vets. Which is alright. It's only a bonus as I don't expect every company to be patriotic. All my food was luke warm. Which is wierd because they make it right in front of your eyes. My "Big BBQ" sandwich was just okay. The Mac and Cheese was delicious. BBQ beans were very tasty. They serve free ice cream with any meal. The ice cream is kinda blah. This was my first visit. Not sure I would go out of my way to go back.

When I stepped up to the counter and said that I'm gluten-free by necessity, the customer service guy immediately said, "Let me change my cutting board and get a new knife". Oh my gosh!! I was already in love. Then when I said that I'd never been in a Dickey's before he directed me to a huge sign that said GLUTEN FREE menu options below. The list was awesome. I ordered the beef brisket and two sides meal. The brisket was OK, not chewy but not as flavorable as I'd like. The beans were very tasty and my side of baked potato casserole delicious. Huge servings for me and I took 1/2 home for lunch. Price? Very affordable. We will stop in again, that's for sure.

Tonight I went to this establishment at approximately 6:45 to pick up dinner. I asked for a rib plate believe it or not they were out of ribs. The woman said that it's been a busy night can I get you something else. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and two sides. When I got home, 5min. later I had a stone cold sandwich and two sides that weren't the two I ordered. The worst part is it cost me $9.38 for a poor meal. This isn't the first time I've had a bad meal at this place all I have to say is fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. I'm done with Dickey's. By the way on the receipt they want your feed back. Don't waste your time you'll get a instant email back giving you a free Yellow Cup. Whoopee !!
