On my way back to SLC from Idaho the driver made a pitstop at this Wendy's and since I was starving like a hostage I ordered two small JR cheeseburgers and their "medium" iced mocha coffee. The burgers were epic and full of flavor and the coffee was huge! The rest of the ride to the SLC airport was flawless after the Wendy's stop. Keep in mind that I haven't had food from Wendy's in years. I don't even think we have a Wendy's in my neighborhood anymore.

My family lives in the area, so this used to be a restaurant we frequented after kids sports games for the convenience. The service is always excellent at this location, but the quality has suffered in the last several months. Poor quality food, cold food, burnt fries, etc. Working the issues with corporate down through the local franchise has resulted in multiple emails over an almost two month period with promises of satisfaction, only to fall short in never making our one order complete. Do yourself a favor and bypass this Franchise owner and continue further north or wait until you get to the greater Salt Lake area for a meal.

The burger tasted horrible and the cheese wasn't even cheese. It took forever and the place was hardly packed.

Ugh...not likely we'll return here! To be fair, there isn't much to choose from on the long drive between Boise and Salt Lake City, but we've been disappointed by this restaurant for the last time. They never get our order right, the fries were cold and my baked potato was burned. The trash bins were overflowing and the bathrooms were disgusting. And they have no changing station for babies, a major flaw in a fast food restaurant. But worst of all, and the reason we will not return, we had to wait to have our order taken while the manager and worker had an argument right in front of us. Awkward!!
