Best pizza for sure. Ya you have to pay a little more than at you conventional places but it's worth it. Try the chicken pesto it's amazing!

The pizza is tasty! They put on plenty of toppings; however, it is not greasy like Pizza Hut, and their ingredients are way better than Pizza Hut, 5 Buck, or Little Caesars. The price is just about right for the higher quality of pizza :)

BBQ Chicken Pizza rules. Pepperoni is very good (different than others). They have gourmet pizzas. Go there, eat it. Good stuff.

Pizza is good. But I found 3 little fruit flies frozen inside my ice cube. I showed it to the employee. He said "Oh, yeah. I'll put a sign on it(ice machine). Customer service Is poor!!!

I have tried to eat lunch at this restaurant three times in the past two weeks. All I wanted was a slice and a drink. Apparently, the staff at Pier 49 are simply amazed by the fact that people will be coming in for lunch at noon, as they did not have any pizza ready at lunch! Seriously, they had no pizza ready by the slice. All the manager kept saying was, "We've got some pizza in the oven that will be out soon." Really? It did not dawn on you to have pizza ready at noon? Needless to say, I've given this place three chances and they have failed miserably. Not going back~EVER!

Solid sourdough pizza ... at a price. Still, this Pier 49 has the absolute best atmosphere of any of the chain's numerous Utah locations. Staff is always extremely friendly and prompt. And the $5.99 thin crust pepperoni? Waaay better than the $5 pizza from the national chains.

Great pizza. I love the BBQ chicken pizza and the one with the pesto sauce. Nathan has a point... the Springville location seems understaffed and untrained. But hasn't been such an issue for me. Prices are a little over the time.

I love the pizza, but am only giving 3 stars because the service at the Springville restaurant has been horrible for me. Hopefully I'm in the minority. Multiple times, they have been over 20 minutes late for a takeout order, and I just had to sit. The third time, they were "out" of sauce, and were waiting to get it from another store, but failed to tell me until I'd been waiting for 15 minutes. Arrggghh! No apology or anything, and the workers seemed put out that I was there. Besides the slow and poor service, the food is amazing, delicious pizza! I love their specialty pizzas. The "Little Italy" with creamy ranch sauce is incredible. Please, please, please improve the customer service so I can start coming back!
