Chose this place on a Friday night because of the small waight time and lack of reservations anywhere else. It's an average IHOP. Food was hot and quickly served. Kept my drink full. But the Waitress essentially pushed us out the door, so we went somewhere else for dessert.

Been to this location multiple times and have had to wait up to 5 min to be seated in the empty restaurant simply because there was no one in the front to seat us. Once we were seated it's taken 10-15 just for the waiter to come talk to us and on two occasions we have left walking right by the manager who said nothing. Very disappointed with the service at this location.

Please consider something else!... Whom ever thought it was a "good idea" to have an entire crew of high schoolers on a Friday night... YOU ARE AN IDIOT! We have been waiting for 30 mins. with no food and the place isn't even that busy. DelTaco would've been a better option! Sorry that this isn't a helpful review regarding the food choices...

I have only been here once and it was a long time ago, im writing a review because i will never go back. We had a big group, and the server was a young guy. He managed to get everyone of our orders wrong, extremely long wait for mediocre food. Worst i hop ive been to by far.

This is a breakfast place and if you come between 6am and 10am you will get fresh breakfast food and good customer service. I hostly would never come to a place that has pancakes in their name for lunch or dinner.

When we (me and two teenagers) went into the restaurant 9:45AM, there were only about 4 other tables/booths with patrons. We ordered our food and waited a full 30 minutes before our food came. The place had a rush come after we were seated and ordered our food so that contributed to the delay. All in all, a typical IHOP experience. If I need breakfast, have time to spare and happen to be driving by again, I may stop in.

I hate to do this but this ihop is the worst. Sat 8:54pm and the place is empty. We walk in and the sever seems confused about where to sit us so after a minute of her looking at seating chart, I finally told her where to place us. Only seven customers is the place and at least 10 dirty tables, no clean glasses for water so we got styrofoam cups (Very non environmental). Then we place our order immediately and after 15 min the order came out wrong. The waitress ordered the food again and after another 15 min it was wrong again! (Eggs over medium with bacon and hash-browns) By this time my patience and hunger got the best of me, so I got up to speak with the manager. 5 servers, 2 cooks, 1 manager and seven customers and they screwed things up pretty good. The manager said he "won't charge me" and I said "charge me for what, I haven't eaten anything yet". Long story short is this ihop is poorly managed and does not deserve to stay in business when the service is so poor and the place is so dirty. Message to the owner "Pay attention to your business before someone runs it into the ground".

A decidedly average IHOP with one exception; nice views of the Wasatch range from the seats. It's nice to be able to kick back with your morning coffee and stare out at the mountains. The other points of this IHOP are similar to what you'd expect from the chain: carafes of coffee, stuffed french toast, hash browns, etc. This location is centered in a office park-looking area and has abundant parking and easy access from the highway.

Absolutely worst I-Hop I have ever been to. I keep telling myself I can deal with it (because of location) but it is always a horrible experience. Awful service. Food can take over an hour to get. Employees are rude. Been there 7 times. My own fault for going back each time (spaced about 6 months apart) because each time was just as bad.

Admittedly, I was disappointed to come here for breakfast because I was really hoping to enjoy my first Cracker Barrel breakfast. But the majority picked this place, and surprisingly I didn't leave displeased. While my large glass of orange juice was over priced, I ate a substantial amount of food for not too much money. Everything was A-OK, I guess you could say. It was my boss' birthday, but there aren't many people willing to get crazy and sing happy birthday to you at 7:30 in the morning. But our server offered to do a table dance instead. Surprisingly for Springville. What I don't get about all Ihops is the fact that they have so many of those TY sutffed animals and beanie babies. Seriously? I remember when people were clawing all over each other to get their hands on one of those things. Even McDonalds became a retailer. But come on, people, this was a good 10 years+ since that time. Let's move on from pink plush bears, people.

IHOP is what it is, so I wasn't expecting anything different when I went in for breakfast with my toddler. I realized after arriving that I had forgotten to print my free Rooty Tooty Breakfast Entree voucher (sign up for the Pancake Revolution), and only had it in my email. The manager was nice, but firm, and said they needed the print-out. Since that was the whole reason I had come there, I was tempted to leave, albeit hungry and frustrated, but my superb waiter heard my troubles, saw the email on my phone, and said no problemo. He talked the manager into comping the meal for me and provided great service. Most waitstaff seem to dislike the toddler tables- with due cause, since they are messy and needy- but I felt he did a fine job of handling me and his supervisor. I was very impressed with the service overall.

Worst service I have had in years. Took my family here who was visiting from out of town and I was humiliated and embarrassed. Took 2 hours out the door, wasn't busy either. The place was mostly empty but food took 45 minutes and was the wrong order. Second attempt the food was delivered cold and was 70 minutes from the time we walked in. The waitress spent her time chatting with other waitresses and acted like we had ruined her day each time we had to flag her down for something. My sister was served room temp coffee, she complained, and they said they would make more. They never did. She never got her coffee even though she asked 3 more times. They kept saying they were "making it". It never came. Every step took so long! We finally got the check after asking twice and they charged us for the wrong order AND the correct order and the coffee they never delivered. Took them 15 minutes to get the bill straight. My family left very frustrated and upset. Thanks for making a bad first impression of Utah on my family.
