Great place for waiting and waiting and waiting. Good news is this place is great if you want to lose weight,,,, by fasting. Seriously, very understaffed, no wings (is this a sports bar?), food overall was so so, sandwich, burgers, rice bowl. Our overall wait was 30 min for table, 20 min just to take drink orders and the wait for food after we finally ordered was 45 min. No drink refills, asked for chips never received them. Don't ask me why we stayed except I'm an optimist and everyone was very hungry. Definitely look elsewhere.

An OK place to have a burger and bar type food near Zion National Park. It took a while to get our food, but at least the person waiting on us at the bar was friendly and responsive. Portions are very generous.

The best beer selection in Springdale. Great place to watch any games and a really nice wait staff. The brat was really good and I recommend it. The owner seemed really nice and was super friendly. We would have gone here everyday for lunch if we would have found it sooner.

We went here for a little snack after our half marathon. We sat at the bar and the bartender was nice and friendly. It took quite awhile to get an order of nachos. The poor bartender was all over the place, running the bar, taking food to tables etc. seemed like they could have used at least one more employee probably 3! But the iOS was great and it was a nice atmosphere and friendly staff is always an A in my book.

Menu had many options from which to choose. Server was friendly and punctual. Food was good too. Chicken taco salad was alright. The chicken was smothered in taco sauce which sorta took away from the dish.

We stopped here after a long drive in and around Zion. The menu is what you'd expect of a sports grill (burgers, sandwiches, etc), except the rice bowl menu which seemed odd at first, but it was good and satisfying. I had the Orange Chicken. Good place to stop for a lunch/dinner and beer on the side.

We had the most unpleasant experience with Jack's. Tried to eat here three times, and were met with rudeness each time. It felt like they did not want our money. Tried to also grab a beer and watch a game, but again was met with impatient, stubborn, unkind behavior. Never got to eat or drink anything, because in their half empty restaurant with servers and bartenders chatting and doing nothing, they said they were too busy and too full. Go next door for food--very yummy food and great staff (family friendly too).

Mediocre burgers. But they are the only sports bar in town and the wings are reasonably good.

It helped that I found a good spot at the bar and a few fellow Giants fans for a winning night in the World Series, but even without that the barman was cheerful and friendly, if a little rushed at times (just one guy). I ordered the Jack steak which comes with fries and onion rings for only $17 which I thought was pretty reasonable. I would have preferred my steak a little pinker but it was decent. The caramel apple pie was also pretty good although they did run out of beer (from a cooler!) towards the end which was a little odd but I was done by then so no biggie.

We came here for happy hour and it was pretty good. They don't have an official happy hour (It's Utah folks). I just wanted a couple of drinks before 5 PM. I was in the mood for something frozen so we had the strawberry margaritas. They were really good. We got the standard chips and salsa, but the salsa is very strong. it is full of raw garlic and onion and that's about all you taste. The patio is nice and they were open early. A lot of places don't open until 5PM. The service was good. In comment to some other reviews I see (and this applies to all restaurants in Springdale) Everything closes early here. This is still a sleepy kind of mountain town. Do not expect places to be open late. It's a very relaxed casual kind of town. I think most places would close early if business was slow. If you want fast paced places that stay open late, and heavily commercial/chain type institutions, maybe Springdale isn't right for you. We loved it.

After too many minutes we asked about some service. A wait person showed up and apologized that they had only two servers on staff and it would be a 30-35 minute wait for food...we said, OK, it was a nice warm evening.....our mistake! We have reviewed dozens of restaurants around the world and rarely does one rate so low in customer service. We said we needed utensils but none showed up. It took almost 60 minutes to get an over-cooked burger with good fries....beer was good. The kids' meals were good. Sandys were good but bread a little too thick for our tastes. Most establishments with similar situations would not continue to accept patrons...they did not. This was a mid-week night not a busy weekend. Our server tried his best and we advised him to seek employment somewhere else.

Jack's is the lower price option at the Best Western Zion; it is warm and inviting. This is definitely a sports grill with ESPN showing many TVs. Service is friendly, atmosphere is casual. The food is good, I had the chicken salad and the Husband had a turkey/avacado/bacon sandwich and we both had one beer. Three stars is a good rating and I would eat here again, I just hate to keep saying this is expensive because you are in Zion.

My family and I had a great meal here!! Grilled chicken sandwich was fresh and so yummy!! They use a wonderfully toasted bun and add fresh tomato and lettuce.... No soggy leafy greens here.. equally delicious was the Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich Lastly, the mushroom burger was AWESOME!! Not to mention, crispy fries (not a single soggy one) topped it off with the brownie sundae!!! all in all... great food, great service (by our waiter, Brian) ... If you want NON pretentious food that's just good because it's made well and with good ingredients, then this place is for you. Also, if you like to have a drink/cocktail with your meal, although I didn't try something, they do have a full on bar .. From what I could tell based on other patrons, the drinks looked really good.. Oh you could go to some fancy schmancy place but if you just want a really good meal that will fill you without draining your bank account... then try this place.. oh and sports lovers... they have a big screen t.v. inside..

We were at Zion for 5 days and we went here TWICE! It is that good. The Hickory Burger is TO DIE FOR. The Veggie Burger is also the BOMB.

So was there tonight, World Series on tv entire bar is sitting backwards to watch the game! Tennesse vs Auburn which was a blow out on the main tv. Get a clue! Dying on the way to dead! Rest in peace.

The service was very good, but the food was awful. Inedible, really. I cannot believe they would serve such gunk. I had an enchilada that was really bad with terrible under cooked beans and over-spiced rice. Plus, it was all served on throw-away plates. I felt like I was eating garbage and contributing to an over-stuffed landfill. I do not recommend at all...

After being treated Horribly at Wildcat Willies, we found ourselves back at Jacks for dinner. I had the mushroom burger, which was huge and delicious. The Husband had a pastrami sandwich, also large, which he devoured quickly, along with the fries. Friendly and quick service as well!

This is more like a 3.5 star place but am rounding up because of 2 things: 1 - they didn't charge our group the automatic group upcharge 2 - they did split checks for us We had a party of 11 people and because we got there after lunch time we had no problem getting seated. They let us take up 3 different seatting areas... so we could spread out and not be cramped.... we occupied 2 booths and a table with 5 chairs. The service was Great! There were TVs all around so we could watch a couple of football games, news, Nascar. Ordered the Hickory Burger... Wow! It was big, however the burger was overcooked... mine was a bit dry... good thing it came with hickory bbq sauce which was really good... not tomato-y and not too smoky. The fries were also very good... served hot and crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. My traveling partner wanted the portabello sandwich but they were out of it. Darn. So, she got the Fish and Chips which looked very good too... however were a bit greasy.

During the winter there are only four restaurants open in Springdale. Jacks was right next door to our hotel. The place was packed and there was only one bartender/waitress and every table full. She did a great job keeping everyones drink full and food delivered. The food was very good and we ended eating there both nights we were in town. Would recommend .

After a long day of hiking in Zion, we were looking for a casual place with good food and drinks. We found it and more at Jack's! Great service, excellent selection of mixed drinks, the Big Ass Liter of beer plus 10 big screen TVs. The Jack Steak was juicy and delicious, fish n chips really good and excellent Buffalo wings. Stop at Jack's - it's great! And sit in the comfy leather chairs!

This isn't a total knock on the sports bar itself, but rather the liquor laws that Utah has imposed on it. First and foremost, all Utah beer is watered down (thanks to the...nevermind). Second, there's a rule that says you have to order food at a bar if you're ordering drinks. Are you kidding men? Now in regards to the sports bar itself, it's mediocre. Food isn't great. They used Pace Salsa for heavens sake. They wouldn't let us sample a draft beer we wanted but assured us we'd like it (that was not the case and I couldn't send it back). Don't order the Cutthroat Pale Ale. Instead, walk out, drive straight to San Diego, and go to a microbrewery there...they know what's up. Not sure of I'll be back to Zion soon, but I definitely won't come back here. I'll just being my own beer next time and find somewhere else to watch the game.

It really is a sports bar and they actually knew the tv schedule. Lots of tvs and lots of channels. I had a burger and fries; I think that's the way to judge a place. Food, drinks and service were great. I feel like a cheap-skate giving them four stars.

  • Linda S.

Great food! We had the portabella sandwich and hamburger. The mushroom was the largest I've ever seen, marinated and lightly breaded with savory spices. Pesto on the bread gave additional flavors. I ate of it, and had two more lunches from it. Hubby loved his burger. Sweet potato fries were outstanding, as was the service. Seating was comfortable. You won't be disappointed.

Not good, bratwurst was TERRIBLE...burger had great ingredients, fresh lettuce, tomato, red onion, good pickles and the patty tasted like styrofoam...honestly guys buy a bottle of Worcestershire sauce or some season salt for god sakes...fries were out of a bag but good...the onion rings not so much!!

Meh. We went on a Friday night, before the Zion half marathon. Service was okay, but the burgers were overcooked, and the kitchen forgot one of our orders.

We ate at this restaurant last week while vacationing in the area. The waitress was not very attentive and definitely not friendly. We ate, the food was pretty good, and just as we finished the power went out. Total blackness for the entire area including the Best Western next door where we were staying. We spoke to the waitress after about 10-15 minutes of darkness to see if they were figuring out the bills manually and she used a very rude tone of voice stating the we needed to sit and wait until the power came back on and in the state of Utah we were required to stay until we were presented with a check. I offered to give her our room number and cell phone number but she refused saying we had to stay. Of course we left anyway and went back about an hour later to see if the check had been produced by hand but it had not. We then waited another 15 minutes for her to produce it. We could have had a good time and they could have really made some good tips from us had they been friendly and handled the situation better. We witnessed the young man who called himself the manager follow a customer outside cussing at the customers because they left cash on the table after not getting a check for almost two hours and being what they called "held hostage" at the restaurant. Very poor training for the staff on how to deal with these situations. I did like the food but would not go back due to the poor service.

There are few places I would rather eat in Zion. The food is a fairly pedestrian mix of typical pub fare, but the service is awesome. After a long day hiking the narrows, or rappelling down a slot canyon, Jack's hits the spot. You can usually walk right in and pull up deep club chair and be offered a liter of local brew on tap. My favorite is the Amber Ale paired with a hickory burger and sweet potato fries swimming in malt vinegar. The bar keep makes it his business to make you feel comfortable and welcome. We ate here for the first time last year and he remembered us a year later. This is the place for lunch and between nights when the Spotted Dog or Bit and Spur have strained your wallet a bit more than you would have hoped.

The best place to grab dinner near Zion National Park. I sat at the bar and had great service and conversation with the barkeep, Brian. The Jack's steak is what I ordered and I thoroughly enjoyed the compliment of fries, rings, and toast with their sirloin steak. Usually, ordering sirloin from a sports bar is an unforgivable offense--be rest assured, they do it perfect here. Overall, I recommend Jack's and make sure you get a Wasatch brew, too!

After 6 hours of hiking in the Narrows, this was the only place we wanted to grab dinner since it was next to our hotel. We were seated promptly and our waiter who was also the bartender could not have been any nicer. We ordered a few appetizers which all hit the spot. I am not sure if it was hike up and down the narrows but were famished! So much so that we started eating the garnish! The whole family ordered something different ranging from the pastrami burger to my asian rice bowl. It all hit the spot. The highlight of this all was my husband's brownie sundae which to this day, he is trying to find one as good. We look forward to heading back to Zion and disappointed we ate elsewhere the nigh before. You should note that in Utah you cannot just sit at a restaurant and have drinks, you have to order food.

This is the only bar in town that stays open late. It's a sports bar, however I can't label it right on here. It was a nice break in local over priced dishes, not the greatest food but nice atmosphere.

I've eaten Jacks four times this season (2013). The first three, no complaints. Fair prices and fresh food, good service. My last experience (in July) = Bad! Went in for a 1:30 lunch, wife and I order two different burgers, Clasic Cheese and Mushroom Burger. Both my wife and I ordered medium rare. The burgers look good, but the meat apeared to have been cooked on another day. It was tough, grey and lifeless and only warm as if warm from a heating lamp to melt the cheese. The prices have gone up to take advantage of the "season". I won't be back unless I'm assured things are better.

Had to order a dessert as food bc that's the only way you can get alcohol served to you - thanks to Utah state law. Brownie fudge dessert is decent. Shitty house Cab. Good Polygamy Porter. Would I come back here for a full meal? Probably not. Im not a dessert eater and I would have appreciated better house wine! (they only have one kind of wine) Thats Utah for ya!!

Our last night in Zion we wanted to try Switchback but, they were closed. We decided to try their sister restaurant "Jack's", hoping we would finally encounter a decent restaurant in Springdale. We were wrong! It looks like a cool little local pub. Pretty clean and inviting. Beer selection was moderate. The food on the other hand tasted straight out the microwave. We started with chips and salsa- not good. -Orange chicken bowl tasted like it came from the frozen section at your local grocery store and straight to Jack's microwave. Jack in the box makes better rice bowl by far! - Chicken enchilada's also tasted lime they got their start at the frozen section. Sucks spending $50 for food that tastes like crap. Jack's is good for one thing.... Beer.

Ate here for breakfast on our trip to Zion. We were staying at the hotel next door. The service was bad - very very slow and the food was delivered cold. Food was Denny's quality and uninspiring.

We came for a "late-night" (8:00) appetizer. Unfortunately they were out of wings. We chose potstickers and a quesadilla. Both were pretty good, nothing special. The bar tender was very friendly.

After a hot day of hiking at Zion national park we were in the mood for a few beers to unwind (hey camping's about being resourceful and making use of what's available, right?), so we headed into town and asked a local about where we could grab a decent beer. They pointed is towards jacks. I had my doubts but we checked it out and I'm glad we did. We went for the beer! We didn't know about Utah's eat if you drink law, and after trying to order just beer we were informed that we needed to order some food as well. The guy was nice enough to provide an alternative, which was to go next door to the liquor store, grab a few, then hang out at a local spot like the river. As enticing as that seemed, we ended up staying for the urban luxuries like AC. We sat at the bar and received great service. Their small, but satisfying, selection of craft beers was a pleasure to choose from. The frosty cold glass mugs they provided for the beers (a simple touch but so few get that just right.) made the experience memorable. Plenty of TVs all over and they didn't seem to mind when one patron asked to watch a specific game. We got their around 3pm on a Saturday, and by about 5pm people started filling up. I'll probably be back next time I'm visiting the park.

I ordered chicken teriyaki and my husband had the egg and bacon hamburger. It was scrumptious! I was so hungry I forgot to take pictures of the food. The location is amazing as well. Our waiter Jason was nice and took take of us

The service here was terrible. My family went on a Tuesday night and there were about 7 tables that were set, but they could not seat us. We waited for 20 minutes at the bar until we could be seated at a table that had been ready since we arrived. We saw a bartender, and 4 waiters. All were too busy to come and ask for our drinks. We waited for another 15 minutes (no one even came to get drink orders) until we eventually decided to leave.

    A) You just hiked Zion for hours (or even days maybe) and you just want to watch the playoffs and drink a beer. Maybe even a Polygamy Porter. This is your place. B) You just hiked Zion for hours and your kid wants chicken strips and ice cream. This is your place. C) You just hiked Zion and you want to see cool pictures of Ted Williams and other sports legends on the wall. This is your place. SERVICE - incredibly edibly SLOW. Slowest service in Utah. BEER - they got a bunch of beer on tap but of course when in Utah, order POLYGAMY PORTER right? It came in a glass so we didn't get to see the bottle, with the naked man and a bunch of women on the label with the line "why have just one?". Here was the list of draft beers when we went. yelp.com/biz_photos/jack… MENU - burgers and fries type of menu. Thank goodness. Tex-mex gets a little tiring after you eat it every.single.day . KIDS MENU - Yay for chicken strips and fries. They pretty much ate cheese quesadillas at every other place in Utah, which they were getting tired of. JACKS SUNDAE - a few scoops of ice cream and everyone is happy. SHAKES - they make the shakes right there in the bar too, so it's loud but very good once it gets to your table. Overall, everyone was pretty happy when we left. However, if you fall into D) You just got here from Las Vegas and you are a foodie expecting a gastropub type menu with a hundred beers and quick service, you will be disappointed.

Service sucks! Would not recommend it... We own property 30 miles way and we never stopped in before and we will never again. One waitress for 20 tables and rude. Very condescending could I give up my seat at bar if want not gong to drink but the only tables were outside in 40 degree weather. No drinks unless you order food and no seating at the bar unless you drink" state law". I beg to differ... They could not service another person. Springdale full of great restaurants never have I never canceled my order and walked out of a after ordering but, I want not the only person that walked out after I asked what law is that actually and why was it not post which is required by state law. The bartender said I don't make the rules just enforce them... I'm out of here! I grateful for many things this Thanksgiving weekend but rude and confrontational bartenders with law degrees.

Nice place for lunch. We just stopped in one day after hiking and had some sandwiches. The chicken sandwich and also Turkey BLT were pretty good. It wasnt the best I ever had or the worst. An average place with good service. I would recommend checking it out.

  • Cecil M.

It took 15 minutes to get service; 35 minutes to get our food. That's 50 minutes of my life I will never get back. My cousin order a burger med/rare and was served WAY over cooked. I order the chicken salad -- the chicken was so bland and had no flavor. Seriously, if a restaurant in a tourist town cannot get the basics right, it should go out of business.

I'm pretty sure they're racist here. Walked in at night on a Thursday. About 20 people (capacity of half the restaurant) were already seated and eating. I walk in with my friends (mainly Asians) and ask for a table. Their response? "We're closed." Wow really? About half the restaurant is full and they're telling us that they're closed? I was appalled. If you're looking for a place to eat dinner and don't want to give your money to a racist establishment, don't come here. Instead check out Casa De Amigos which is just a few blocks down from this place. The people there are much friendlier, the food's great and they won't turn you away just for being born a certain race.

    (1)
  • Winona B.

I started out being a little worried about the place when I read the previous reviews about it being racist. I'm Filipino, and I was here with my family. I was the only one who saw the previous yelp reviews, too. But, I'm happy to say that the racist worries were quelled with the friendly service. Our server, Jason, was a really courteous and friendly man. He was patient with our 5 orders of food and drink along with our questions that came along with them. When my baby sister spilled her drink on the table, the other staff were calm and reassuring while cleaning the mess up. It was clear that they made sure that we were in good, relaxed care under a lively atmosphere. I was about to rate this place four stars, but the food in itself was a little thrown in, particularly my order of Jack's steak. And the wait took quite a while (~25 minutes) when the place clearly was not jam-packed. Regardless, I would come back at the very least for the service the next time I'm in Utah!

Jack's Sports Grill is located in Springdale, UT. It is only about one mile from the entrance to Zion Park. It is also conveniently located next door to the Hampton Inn, where I stayed on my trip. Jack's has a bar and a dining area. The dining area has tables and booths. It is a small town bar with a decent pub style menu. I can say that most of the places in Springdale are geared towards the tourists and are extremely over priced for what you receive. Jack's just had your average menu prices you would find at any bar. Our bill was $42.00 for three people. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The food was pretty good too. Actually, the food was better than I expected. Especially considering this is a small bar in a town that caters to tourists that they will probably never see again. We ordered: Portabella Mushroom Sandwich on marbled rye bread- The sandwich was good, but I would prefer another type of bread other than the marbled rye. I think a bun would go better with the sandwich. Pastrami Burger- This was a pretty good bar burger. The burger had pastrami on top of the patty. It came with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and a side of Dijon mustard. The burger itself was pretty big and it came with a side of fries. Definitely stop in at Jack's if your in the area.

Service was so slow we left Jack. It was 8:30 pm and there were plenty of open tables for a party of four, but had to wait still. The high schooler host finally asked a server if he can take another table (which was us). The server with a cringed face said yes with hesitation. At last we were seated and we looked at the menu for a while. The server passed our table at least 3 times and never said hi, or that he will be with us soon, nor did any staff take our drink order. With all the waiting and poor service involved, I knew waiting to order and receive our food would put us into hypoglycemic state. In desperate need for food I called across the street at Bit and Spur to find that the kitchen closes late- 10:30 pm and bar food after and there is no wait to be seated. Jack doesn't know Jack on service.

We came in to Jacks after a long day hiking in Zion NP and it was just what we needed. We walked in to find lots of big tv's playing sports and a great bar. They had a variety of beers on tap and a few more to choose from that were in a bottle. It was a pretty decent variety. The service was great. They were very attentive and had the drinks refilled and offering fresh ones at the right time. But, it never felt like we were being rushed. For food, they had the typical bar/grill fare. Burgers, sandwiches, wings, fish n chips, etc. We decided to go with the Hawaiian and hickory burgers with both sweet potato and regular fries. They both came out a little over-cooked, but the flavor was excellent. The grilled pineapple was so sweet and it was complimented nicely with the ham and sauce. The bacon was probably my favorite part of the hickory burger. It was crispy, not burnt, and it was a nice thick cut. They had an onion ring and BBQ sauce on there too and it all went together like it was meant to. The fries were both great. The sweet potato fires were not cut too thin and not too thick. They didn't soak up too much oil and had a lot of flavor . I think this place is more deserving of 3.5 stars, but that was because the meat was over-done. Otherwise, this is a solid 4 star place.

Food was OK. Burgers were overdone but they were large. The fries in my opinion were to salty. Tons of TV's but the picture quality not sure if just being out in Springdale the HD quality wasn't as good but looked like watching the game in SD. However the beer was a great selection!!

    (3)
  • Vikas G.

We had chicken wings and chicken rice bowl. We didn't like any of then. Chicken wings were too salty and not done well. Chicken rice bowl had un-cooked chicken and the fried vegetables had a bad taste. The staff was friendly though.

For a simple fare.... it was yum. The fries were one of the best we've eaten, whole family agrees. My fish and chips was crispy and light on the outside, and soft moist and flaky on the in side.

I went in here with my fiancé just wanting to grab a beer, but we were reminded of the Utah liquor laws that require you to buy good with alcohol. We munched on some chips and salsa while we enjoyed our beers. We talked to the bartender/manager and he gave us lots of great advice about hiking in Zion. The whole staff was very nice. Our chips and salsa was a large plate for only ~$3. I would have liked to try dinner, but we were just eating at our campsite to try and save some money. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed with some sports playing on the TVs.

Great place to stop by after a day at Zion. Had the Blue Bacon Burger and my wife has the Fish and Chips, both were more than we could eat. Burger was perfect and the Fish and Chips were nice and crispy. Wish I remembered what beer I had but it was recommended by out server. They have at least 8 TVs to watch every NFL have on Sunday. Great place.

Service was okay. Better food can be found in the frozen isle of Walmart. Stopped in while on vacation to grab a bite and watch the U.S. Women's World Cup. I wouldn't recommend the t.v. quality if you are trying to watch a specific game. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere, anywhere else but here.

9:15pm. 20 people seated and eating. We got turned away. "We're closed." Nah, you're not closed. You're racist. Because we're* Asian and you won't serve us. Shame shame. Now I have to tell Yelp. *I am an honorary Asian. Technically white. Don't split hairs.

Fantastic breakfast! I had the '2 eggs any style w/ breakfast potatoes' (almost best I've ever had) and my husband got the same, with fruit substitute. We ordered a short stack of Pancakes. They were on the tough side, if that makes sense. Fluffy, but tough. Service was super friendly, however one of the girls seemed sick with a runny nose. Normally, I rate "1 Star" for sick employees to support employer ethics, but I couldn't identify how sick she was, since she seemed fine by the end of our meal. So, I'm letting this one slide ;)

Went to Zion on a road trip with my wife. Everything in the area is expensive so make sure u bring food and drinks before u come to town. A local said Oscars is hit or miss and most reviews say its expensive. The local said we should go to the sports bar jacks. Disregard all previous reviews about this place. I laughed at the 1 star rating about the guy complaining about the chips and salsa. Comon bro go to san Diego, Texas, or Mexico if u are going to bitch about chips and salsa in UTAH. We ordered the hickory burger. Make sure u get it med rare. The meat was not a frozen patty and actually hand rolled. It was super bomb. It's huge for 10 bucks and I definitely recommend it. If u are a tourist here jacks is a great place for cheaper food, to watch a sports game, burgers, and good service

This is not a sports bar. It closes at 10 pm on a Saturday night in the middle of NBA and NHL playoffs. It's a bar pretending to care about sports to get suckers. There should be a governing body for sports bars. If there was, they would force this place to remove "sports" from their establishment's name.

I liked this place so much we ate here two nights. Usually I don't think resort areas have very good eating options, but this place is good enough in my opinion that if it were back in the Los Angeles area, I would be a regular. Bar service was very good, I especially liked the Polygamy Porter they had on tap. We thought the hot wings were delishious. Ended up getting an extra order to go as well. Hamburgers were GREAT!.. Perfect meat to bun ratio, and well seared just as I like them. Oh, and the chicken nachos were also a real good choice. I saw some mixed reviews on this place; some of the complaints about service. But here is a tip for not only this place but most places in Sprindale: Go to dinner early or late and avoid the 6-8pm rush. Remember Sprindale is a small resort town, so they aren't really geared to be heavily staffed all day long. If you are willing to go to dinner late or early you will have a much better chance and enjoying your meal. This is just typical of most tourist towns.

Great place to grab a tasty burger (and of course a beer) after a long day of hiking. The Hickory Burger and the Mushroom Swiss burger were both great options.
