One Man Band of Spanish Fork has the atmosphere of a small town 1950s diner. It is decorated with 50s rock and roll memorabilia throughout and features plenty of chrome. But looking beyond the glossy decorations the restaurant itself is in need of some serious upkeep. Some of the seating was worn out and others, like our booth, had gaping holes showing the stuffing and foam inside the seats. The restaurant and the bathroom were also kind of dirty, again needing more regular upkeep. Like the Training Table chain of restaurants, at One Man Band Diner, you order by telephone from your table. Moment later they ring your table to pick-up your food and pay for it upfront. Breakfast for two was cheap, only $13. My breakfast burrito was pretty good. Nothing remarkable. But it tasted pretty good and I was hungry. My wife ordered the country breakfast with a chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy, hash browns and eggs. She said it was not very good and described it as "Denny's quality". We won't be going back.

Stopped by on the way home from the sand dunes. Wanted a diner style sandwich. Ordered a BLT and a Chicken sandwich to go. Took 20+ minutes food was cold and expensive. Was really disappointed and will probably not return.

The food, while inexpensive and quickly made, was cheap and greasy. I battled heartburn the rest of the day. Once was enough for me. Lots of regulars there, though.

Good ol one man band. The food was about the same as I remember, but it wasn't the classic little place I was used to. The phones were out of order, so we took our order up to the front. Also there were two people there, kind of against the whole concept of the restaurant. And there isn't a juke box inside like the one in payson. So hopefully they get things back in gear again. I kind of left feeling like I still needed to go to one man band.

Dirty, poor service. Moved booths 3 times due to dirty floors and booths. One booth was broken down so bad I needed a booster chair. Lights were shut off before we were served our food cause they were closing early. First and last visit here. Manager is BLAH!
