Best pho around no doubt! The pork sandwiches are very delicious also! I didn't have to wait long for the food, but the service could be better, the staff seems inexperienced and awkward.

The food is good, not overly great. Not necessarily a bad thing. Spring Rolls are very good, better than some other places that I have been to. At the same time the pho is not overly complicated, not bland. Just not as much stuff in it as I am use to in other pho places. At the same time the flavor is just as good as these other places. The off set is that there is a better quantity of noodles here, which makes the meal. For a quick fix at a decent price this is the place to go.

Amazing food the food is fresh everything is done correctly the Vietnamese food is by far amazing all of the dishes are done fantastically not much on the Decour but besides that really happy to have eaten there. I would definitely come back over and over and over again .

I wasn't impressed with this place but I wasn't so disappointing that I could give it one star. I failed to see the attraction of Vietnamese food. I guess it's not my thing. I don't think I'd go back.

My review is based on a take out order. The person who took it over the phone was very friendly! When my husband picked it up, they were also extremely friendly. They said it would be ready in about 15 minutes and it was! For a $20 bill we got two large orders of pho wih two ox tails in each, the cheese wontons and an order of fresh spring rolls. By the time we got it home, (we live about 35 minutes away), the pho was still piping hot, steamy and delicious. They also give you a large amount of it! The order was perfect and included all of the toppings for the pho. (herbs, limes, sprouts, noodles, sauce.) The spicy sauce you add into the pho was perfect! The ox tails were soooooo yummy! My first time eating them I might add. Just like eating a short rib. The fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce were delicious. The cheese wontons were...o.k. Nothing super special about them. My husband and I scarfed down that delicious food and went to bed with full bellies! We will be going back for sure to try more things!

Meh... glad to have it in the neighborhood, but their Pho is average. Could've better, but definitely not bad.

My favorite phô place around. I think their broth is top notch. Spring rolls really seemed the best that I have found in the SLC area. Their fried rice isn't great though.

I've had the Pho Dac Biet there twice and I liked it. There are two sizes. Small or large. A small bowl fills me up. The price is good.

Regular pho bowl was smaller than most, but the worst offense was the broth was watered down. Unfortunately we don't have many other options for Vietnamese food in Ogden.

When my husband is late getting home from work I am 100% certain it is NOT because he's having an affair. Guaranteed, it is because he stopped at Pho Vina to get something to eat. My better-half is obsessed with this place. And I don't think it's half-bad, either. I adore their Bahn-Mi sandwiches. Marinated beef on a dense roll with cilantro, sauce, & cucumbers. For $3.95 this dish is a steal! Their bowls of Pho are enormous. The steaming-hot broth is full of good flavor. The noodles are fresh, & delicious. And I've enjoyed all of the meats that come with the different bowls. You really can't go wrong with the pho. Neither the sandwiches, nor the pho are the best I've ever had. HOWEVER, they are the best for the area. And really, they are very good. I would say the only detractors of this place are the service, & the lack of a kids menu. I mean, I guess your child could easily order noodles? But they don't offer them in child-sized portions. And the servers have been nice enough, they just always seem very un-seasoned. To the tune of, losing track of the order in which people arrive (ie- people that have come in after me, have had their orders taken before mine). Not big issues. And not enough to keep me away.

I always vouch for spring rolls and flank Pho at any Pho place I try. This wasn't any different. The spring rolls were on par with pretty much every other spring roll I've had, no complaints there. The Pho was served and everything was delicious. All the toppings and condiments were stock standard regular. I'm giving this three stars because, while good, I've had better broth in Pho I've eaten. So this will do because of location, but it hasn't trumped my go to Pho place.

The meat spring rolls are so good! There shrimp, char sue pork and mint, love the mint. It was a nice touch. The house special Pho was good. The atmosphere is comfortable, the service was great and we didn't have to wait forever for our food. We didn't feel rushed at all either.

The noodle soup/pho taste so so. I ordered pho rib eye with meatballs, but I didn't see any meatballs at all. The service is really poor, no one came back to check on any customers or to top up our water glasses. I don't think we would go back.

The broth oh the BROTH!!! Add that with the seriously generous portion of noodles and your choice of meat fixings and BAM, you're on your way to taste bud heaven! Don't hesitate and just do. Seriously, stop reading and go!

Delicious pho, not the best I've had but definitely much better than any other I have tried north of Salt Lake. Their servings are definitely huge. Boba selection is very limited but decent. Will definitely come back.

I ordered their pho with rare beef and brisket to go. The to go container came with the noodles, sauces, thai basil, bean sprouts, and lime so that I could fix it up once I got home. I couldn't tell a difference between the rare beef and brisket, but it was pretty delicious! My sister tried my pho and she thought it was delicious as well. I'm happy to have this little place nearby. I got the large and I only ate about half of it!

Good pho and banh mi are hard to come by in Northern Utah, a land dominated by fast food and steakhouses. Pho Vina offers quality Vietnamese cuisine that includes pho and banh mi, as well as some other tasty appetizers. I love pho and I've had many a good bowl of pho out on the east coast. That said, Pho Vina's pho is great, but could improve just a little. The meat cuts are great and the soup comes out hot and fresh, but the broth could be a tad more flavorful. The beef-based broth tastes a bit watered down and isn't as savory as many of the pho dishes I've had out east. Really, though, this is minor because you can change the flavor easily with the hoisin and sriracha sauces on the table. Aside from the pho, the banh mi are quite delicious! The bread loaf and fixings are fresh, and the cuts of pork or chicken marinated in a godly tangy and savory sauce topped with just a hit of a light mayo really hits the spot. In fact, if you don't want pho, I suggest you start with a good pork banh mi. I often ask for a side of jalapeño slices to put in the sandwich, too, because that's how I've had it in the past. I'm happy to report that the service has improved here over the past month. The wait staff are dressed properly and, although they are a little understaffed for busy nights, they are prompt, courteous, and attentive. It helps that the place isn't too big, so two or three waiters can cover most everything. Plus, I've noticed that when they are busier, the owner or his wife or both are out on the floor, which is actually kind of nice to see. It makes the place feel more homey and more like a Ma and Pa place. I'm also happy to report that they are also fairly prompt with take out orders, whether you order more food after sitting down and having a meal or call in an order. The wait time is average (about 10-20 minutes) most nights, and they are as generous with their portion sizes for dine-in meals. If they are busier, too, they're kind enough to let you know and are responsive by giving you fairly accurate estimates on time. They're definitely worth the visit, just forgive them a bit for being a tad short staffed if it's a busy night. They will get to you and they will be good to you.

Food was decent but the portion for my pork chop was happy meal size. For 9 dollars it is not worth it. But the pho size was good. All the food came out cold and it took over 40 minutes to come out. I serious think the waiter they hire is the biggest idiot. Never refilled water or even take the order correctly. We didn't even bother to complain to change the food since it will take another hour before the replacement came out. Come at your own risk.

Awesome Pho Ga!! Love the broth. Came back the next day. Can't wait to go there again!!

Food came out quick. Tasted fresh and clean! I got the number 6. Which is steak and meatball pho. Yummy!
(5)Kirtis D.
Best pho we've found in the Ogden area. The broth was delicious! The spring rolls were excellent as well. Definitely coming back here!
(5)Braden D.
The portions were prefect! I got pork chops with noodles (Not the pho). I couldn't have been happier! I have a new favorite place in town!

I read about this place in the Standard Examiner. We were three diners and ordered three orders of spring rolls and three phos. While the restaurant was packed, it took over an hour to get our food, which is just not acceptable. But worse, no one let us know periodically that our order was still coming. We had to ask twice where our food was. When it finally did come they brought the rolls and soup together but not the accoutrements (sprouts, lime, basil, etc) so the broth was only luke warm by the time the extras arrived and I customized my pho. I then found a piece of plastic in my spring roll. Ended up getting our spring rolls for free but I dont think I will ever go back. Too long to wait, mediocre service and flavorless peanut sauce for the spring rolls with the flavorless pho broth. The article in the newspaper said they modified their pho to suit the local palate. No amount of hoisin or siracha can fix the pho. It lacked the rich, deep, comforting flavors of a good pho. What a shame!
