Definitely one of the nicest looking restaurants at snowbird. Very trendy and dim lighting, the lounge has large comfy couches and different places to sit. The bar looked pretty big. We were a bit disappointed in the food though. If you know what real fondue is do not order the fondue here! Our group was spoiled coming from NYC and Switzerland, but the fondue was just ick. The American meals - veggie wrap, salad were okay but nothing great. No one tried the sushi or the main courses. Large wine selection as well. Try it at least one of the nights.

Unfortunately, such a lovely resort as Snowbird has a disappointing restaurant. My pappardelle were tough and stuck together; also overly salty. My friend's pizza was not good either. I had a straight up martini for starters and the glass was warm with a few ice cube remnants floating about. Service was very pleasant but did not make up for the poor quality food. If you're stuck in Snowbird El Chanate is cheaper, simpler, and better. I'd even buy some junk food at the convenience store over the Aerie. Bad food makes me sad.
