I am giving a 4 star to this Starbucks outlet purely for their great tasting chai and excellent customer service. I was using their drive through and their cash register system was broken, so they offered my chai on them or for free and that to me was really nice of them

I love Starbucks, and I love this location. The people here are ALWAYS friendly! I have never had a problem with them being rude or anything. I think the drinks are better here then other locations I have gone to. The drive thru is always super quick and the people taking your order are so nice. They talk to you like they are your best friends and are super excited that you are there. I read a comment about it not being clean... and I am for one confused. I come here ALL the time as it's down the street from work and I have never had a problem with how clean it it. It's always clean when I go. I just love this location and I think everyone would too!!

I'm not typically a Starbucks follower but honestly, this location kicks some serious ass! They have the nicest staff, they are efficient, and my order which is usually for 4+ people never gets messed up! You're the bee knees Starbucks Sandy!!

Drinks came out wrong. Asked again if they could be remade. They did so that was nice but still came out wrong. Super busy and I had told the cashier my name. He laughed at me and told my order back to me. Needless to say waited a little while... Even longer while and finally I figured out my drink were at the bar. Due to them being made with the wrong sizes I didn't know. Mentioned you should write people's name on the cup to when you call. They simply smiled at me and ignored what I said and went on confusing people. Maybe not taking down names when there are 3 people on the store... But not when it's full.

Starbucks is always a great place for some good, quick drinks. This particular location always has friendly, helpful staff. I usually get white mochas or frapps, but if you aren't sure what to get, they are more than happy to help you out with some awesome suggestions. It can get pretty busy around lunchtime, whether you go inside or wait at the drive thru. Going inside is usually your better option if there's a long car line.

I wish I could give this Starbucks no stars. I paid ten dollars for the most overpriced breakfast and got literally nothing or of it. First off the employees were sour and bickering with one another while I waited for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. Then I ordered my drink and sandwich and waited patiently for them to make it. The employee that brought me my sandwich tossed it in the counter instead of handing it to me when I was standing right there. When I picked up my sandwich it fell out of the bag onto the floor and they all just stared at me. There's four dollars down the drain. Then when I finally got my drink I went out to my car and my drink was made wrong. Seriously? A five dollar latte and you can't bother to get it right. Maybe being from Seattle I'm used to better customer service from Starbucks but next time I'll wait till I get to work to have my coffee. It's free and the only shitty service I'll get is my own.

I'm pretty sure this is the coolest little Starbucks I've been in. Let's just call it my favorite. The outside looks kind of futuristic. It's some interesting architecture. It also looks really small from the outside but it isn't. The inside is divided up into 2 sections. One side looks like a regular Starbucks/coffee shop. The other is like a lounge area. It has a nice long bench for small group gatherings and along the windows is bar type seating. The "lounge" area is nice and bright. I found the whole building very cozy. To top it all off, the staff was fabulous. The nice gentlemen who took my order sang to me after kindly greeting me in Italian (btw...he's not Italian). I went to Starbucks for a pick me up before study time and I got it. I'll def be back to this location for more great experiences. :)

This Starbucks has become one of my regular ones even though it's further from home and I felt compelled to update my prior review. Why? Well even though many of my prior comments about the convenience of this location stand, what I've found to set it apart from other locations is the service, it is consistently great. Not only is it super friendly but they get the drink orders right first time every time. Today due to having to wait a few minutes in the drive through we even got our drinks for free. That is customer service. After some bad experiences at a location closer to home, this location is a refreshing experience.

Love this drive thru, if you get there about 8:00 its usually pretty quick to get your beverage. The staff always has a smile on their faces and are very friendly. I don't much care for the inside because it is so small and the patio is right next to the drive thru. I always get an iced americano which is a great buy for your buck.

This is the cutest Starbucks! It looks like a Twinkie from the outside. The baristas are always so nice and helpful. And now Starbucks serves awesome food. My friend got the spinach, tomato, mozzarella panini. She says it's so good and I have to try it. It smelled amazing. This Starbucks also has a cute lounge area that would be great to go study with friends! I love the skinny vanilla latte. Very tasty.

The architectural shape of this place is pretty neat compared to most Starbucks. It looks like it could have been (or maybe actually was) a diner at one point in it's life. Aside from that, It's more or less the same as a typical Starbucks. What didn't really make sense to me was why they started cleaning the floor while there was still customers in the shop (at least 3 hours before closing time). Soap smell + coffee? Can't say I enjoyed that.

This morning I came in to get drinks for the whole office. I was greeted with a smile, as always, quickly helped, as always, and then, because I had so many drinks to carry, Philip offered to help me pack them out to my car. Starbucks is always awesome, but this location is better than most! Love!!!

This is a really small, really busy location. Most of the employees are friendly, a couple should not work in customer service. I wish they had grab and go boxes for lunch here.

The drinks are well made and the drive thru is always fast even when busy. Once I had to wait a little longer and the nice barista gave me a discount for the wait. It's also nice they have yummy sandwiches now too!

Poor sevice, the barista who took my order was playing with some cups when he took my order didn't even get it right and when I went to get my order and realized he messed it up he wanted to charge me again to get it right but instead he made the worst chava chip frap ever, I'm never coming back to this location

This is the weirdest little Starbucks I've ever been in. I'm pretty sure it is in an old sandwich shop. It's strange walking into such a long narrow building to get tea. But, the tea and snacks were just as good as any other Starbucks.

I'm not a fan of Starbuck's coffee, but if it must be Starbuck's this is a great location. You'll still need a loan to pay for your coffee, but at least they have an effective drive-thru* and competent baristas. They're open early for a stop on your way to work, and don't close most nights until 9pm. Their Caramel Macchiato is very good. I find their other creations to be seriously over-roasted, over-brewed, and generally over-done, as is the case with all Starbuck's locations. The edibles that are meant to tempt you when you go inside here (which I would recommend - it's well done retro) are never as tasty as they appear. Pricey without cause...just like the coffee. But their new logo is nice. * If you drive an oversized vehicle, you may want to avoid this location. The drive-thru is a fairly tight horseshoe and I've seen many a Denali engaging the 4WD and climbing the curb in order to get through it.

Some of the nicest people around. Their proximity to the Fishwest Fly Shop makes it awesome. Coffee and fly fishing...perfect!

Most people will say, "Go to one Starbucks and you've been to them all." Whereas the menu and products remain consistent; service, quality, and convenience can definitely differ. This location is small and rarely clean. The service is quick and only friendly about 50% of the time. The drinks are below average compared to other Starbucks I have visited. All in all, I would only recommend this location to someone in dire need of some coffee. Hopefully the store opening on 114th South will be better.

This Starbucks gets my drink wrong 90% of the time. The baristas always seem distracted making you feel like they aren't listening.. Which apparently they aren't since my drink always seems to be wrong, or burnt. Tonight was my last straw, I will no longer be visiting this location.

Service is awesome. Funky little store not your normal S'bux and I love that. We went in once and the next day they remembered our order. Elaine, Rachel and the morning rock it. It's Starbucks you know what you are getting - but the service at this one is off the charts good and I hit Starbucks nationwide as I travel a lot

Awesome. They have two espresso machines that we could see. One was dedicated to the drive thru. As we sat and watched the drive thru it was the quickest I have ever seen. California and Nevada Starbucks could learn a lot from these guys. They are quick yet still professional. Way to go Starbucks, Sandy UT!

I've always had good experiences with starbucks, and this place is no exception. The quality is good and the staff is really friendly. It's crowded on weekday mornings, since it's pretty small, but the staff work their best to get you your coffee/tea/calorie bomb latte quickly

coffee here's not very good and inconsistent. sometimes i'll get an iced coffee that looks very opaque and other times i'll get coffee that's almost black. iv had times where i ordered a doppio with syrup and it cost different when i come back depending on who is punching it in and how they punch it in. place isnt slow though so i cant complain there. ive had times where they say hi and give me good service but other times where they are just gossipping with each other about what they did that past weekend and mess up on my order. id come back through the drive through so i dont have to stand around awkwardly waiting for my order.

This location used to be a diner/burger joint, so the layout and exterior looks super retro. They have a drive through, but park anyways and take a look inside the building.

Nothing special here. Staff working today were especially unfriendly for some reason. No smile, no thank you, nothing. Didn't put any caramel in my caramel frap. Service was quick tho.

I am giving a 4 star to this Starbucks outlet purely for their great tasting chai and excellent customer service. I was using their drive through and their cash register system was broken, so they offered my chai on them or for free and that to me was really nice of them

Love this drive thru, if you get there about 8:00 its usually pretty quick to get your beverage. The staff always has a smile on their faces and are very friendly. I don't much care for the inside because it is so small and the patio is right next to the drive thru. I always get an iced americano which is a great buy for your buck.

Closest to my house with the drive thru. Love that. But honestly, Starbucks closed at 6.30 on Sundays?

Slow service and my iced coffee was warm with like 4 ice cubes in it... Usually I enjoy this location

Love!!!
(5)Pamela L.
This is a really small, really busy location. Most of the employees are friendly, a couple should not work in customer service. I wish they had grab and go boxes for lunch here.
(3)Nicole J.
The drinks are well made and the drive thru is always fast even when busy. Once I had to wait a little longer and the nice barista gave me a discount for the wait. It's also nice they have yummy sandwiches now too!
(4)Cesar G.
Poor sevice, the barista who took my order was playing with some cups when he took my order didn't even get it right and when I went to get my order and realized he messed it up he wanted to charge me again to get it right but instead he made the worst chava chip frap ever, I'm never coming back to this location
(1)John M.
