My wife and I live in South Jordan so this place is wonderful for short term getaways or anniversaries. We have stayed in several different rooms and have not been disappointed yet in our 12 years of coming here. We stayed in the kings lodge last night and it was amazing! Big screen TV, jetted tub and a pool table in the room along with a full two person shower! We are staying one more night!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was a much needed escape for our anniversary. I believe that we will come back again. The kings lodge was awesome and we loved the soaker tub with jets. Much better than staying at a regular hotel.

A great find. It's hard to locate a B&B that is wheelchair accessible. Castle Inn makes a pretty good attempt to do so. They certainly have room to improve (accessible door locked, towel rack and shower head too high to reach), but at least they have made an attempt. Breakfast served was great. I wish we could have had more time to check out the games and videos.

For $270.00, the bed better be amazing. Sadly that was not the case. We stayed in the King's Lodge. The mattress had almost no spring in it. It seemed to be 20 years old. The pillows were just as bad. They were either hard or lumpy. My whole body was sore the next morning. Also, there is no apparent way to control the room temperature. Breakfast was okay. You do not get a choice and you don't know what they are serving until you get there in the morning. It came with fresh pineapple but a lot of it was very chewy. They served chocolate chip bread. The eggs benedict was delicious. But that was the only choice. The sausage looks like it was frozen and just heated up. The hash browns and cheese did not have any flavor. Lastly, they have no adult movies. Otherwise if you don't care about how good you sleep or if you can control the temperature of the room (both extremely high on my list) , it is great. It is a beautiful looking building. The back has a serene woodsy area with a waterfall. The staff is very friendly. And the rooms are great, with a jacuzzi, free Wi-Fi, LCD television, fireplace, and gobs of hot water (we filled up the jacuzzi twice). The King's Lodge even has a pool table in it.

A remote hide-a-way Salt Lake City Bed & Breakfast? Who knew! I was planning a romantic Valentine's get-a-way in Heber or Park City and looking at all of the bed and breakfast options and I accidentally stumbled upon this GEM! I am so glad I did. Our stay for Valentine's 2013 was absolutely perfect. The fireplace made the room cozy, the jetted tub added to the romance and the staff were amazingly perfect. We'll be back.

This place is awesome!! The staff is incredible...they are very friendly and accommodating. They even catered to my specific dietary needs by providing gluten free cookies upon arrival and gluten free pancakes for breakfast. The food is delicious and you can be served breakfast in bed too :) We stayed in the Palace Royale room. It was beautiful...big comfy bed, fireplace, jacuzzi tub. We will definitely return!

What a nice place to stay. We spent our 5th anniversary here and had a very nice time. The room was incredibly nice and very comfortable. The portable AC unit in the room is a little noisy, but aside from that the room was great. Breakfast was very good and made with lots of care. Overall I think this is a great value and a very comfortable place to stay.

Ok, this is my little secret. And I didn't want to tell you. I even kept this place from my co-workers and then showed them the place, and they all fell in love. But, I figured - really -how many folks are going to be in SLC taking up reservations at my favorite place to stay - right... so I'm sharing this secret with you. Fabulous B&B, super freakin' fatty gourmet goodness for breakfast, snacky snax in the middle of the night, jacuzzi tubs and fireplaces in every bedroom - AND cheaper than the Marriott?? Yeah, this place freakin' rocks. Perfect staff, plush beds, great themed rooms, LOVE IT. Now, don't go bookin' the King's Lodge when I'm in town - Aaa-IGHT??
