Repeated poor experiences. Try another location. These people just don't seem to care that much. Oh, and how hard is it to put napkins in the bag?

If I could give it no stars I would. Tonight was my third time there and the third time the fries were half empty. On top of that they charged me for the wrong items and wouldn't correct it or refund. Avoid this place if possible and go to the one on 2100 S.

Newer store which received a complete rebuild about a year or so after a fire destroyed part of the kitchen and drive thru. Still a McKay owned franchise so the service and staff interaction is about the same and could use better training.

Terrible experiences. Slow service. Wrong orders. Rude staff. I have finally learned that this is not the McD's for me. I will drive out of my way...or better yet, choose different fast food.

Went to the drive-thru today for breakfast. I almost never eat breakfast, but today I was hungry - So, I thought I'd give it a shot. I ordered the sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin combo. (comes with hashbrowns and coffee). I think my meal was $4.98 The McMuffin breakfast sandwich was just "okay" - and the hashbrowns? They have the taste and texture of a greasy sponge. The coffee is good, and it's a nice size (I didn't "upsize" my meal). Perhaps this is a good option if you are hungry in the morning, and don't have time to make your own breakfast, or stop at a diner. However, the food I ate today - does not make me wish I ate breakfast on a regular basis. In fact, it almost ensured that I will (once again) not be craving breakfast in the mornings. LOL!

Worst Mc Donaldson ever! I've been though thier drive though twice. It took forever and both times! Both times they got my order wrong! You want to flush money down the drain... go to this piss poor excuse for this franchise!

This review is just for the drive-thru service. the drive thru was a bit slow, but the crew was nice. nice intake system.

Just got a new job in Sugar House. Ive stopped here a few time to get some breakfast when I'm late. Maybe a total of 5 times so far. Every single time my order is wrong. Every. Single. Time. I know it's a McDonalds but really 5x in a row you can't make a biscuit without eggs?

Premium chicken sandwich is primo. stick with the oatmeal. It is the bomb! Still like the fries.

My laptop was stolen from this McDonald's, and the management dragged their feet and cooperated with the police in the most minimal manner possible. According to the police officer, laptops are stolen from McDonald's on an almost daily basis, and he expressed a great deal of frustration at how reluctant McDonald's franchise owners and managers were to cooperate in investigations. While there are two tables with outlets here, I suggest choosing another option if you plan to get some work done.

Let me get two mcDoubles no pickles or onions... Cuz those cheeseburgers go good with Funyuns... Chicken nuggets, make it twenty, cause my kids is hungry... And toss in that sweet and sour so they can get tah dunkin............ These guys gave me someone else's food.. Hahaha but fixed it as soon as they realized it. Food is great to me, I don't expect too much from them except for a heart attack later down the road, and it still wouldn't be there fault. Haha

Not a great mcdonalds. I've had several bad experiences here but I don't expect much from any fast food place. My last visit they screwed up the order 3 times, but I never expected anything great from here nor any fast food joint. Especially when you're spending 2 or 3 bucks. The 2 stars though is for an exceptionally bad visit. One night after a long night drinking (there is something about s**tty food). We go through the drive through and the registers are not working. All orders were being taken on paper and when we disputed the cost (4 dollar menu items) costing nearly $17.00 - it became a huge hassle. Finally after getting the manager she gave us our change but after nearly 20 minutes. Needless to say the people behind us were far from pleased either. I guess if registers go down, I'd just like somebody competent doing the math. This particular mcd's is consistently bad but it's near my house and like I said I don't expect much when spending so little and I don't care making them fix it - even if it takes 3 attempts. And to add for my 2 star reasoning, even the screen and receipts always show the correct order but the sandwich never matches... That's the only consistent thing here.

Larger than average McDonalds. Clean interior with some splashy design elements. Coke Zero on tap. Spacious play area with big enclosed climbing structure. Enclosed patio with heat lamps. Order was taken and food delivered quickly with no mistakes. Overall a good experience and a nice location just off the busiest area of Sugarhouse.

  • Vida A.

WARNING! This is the slowest drive thru ever. You will be stuck there no where to go. I actually called inside to see whats going on because a full on panic attack was about to go down. She explained that employees did not show up to work. Lets just say my $1 large diet coke was not the worth of the mental anguish.

    (1)
  • Ian C.

Waste of $5. Employee throw away all our stuff while I'm taking my daughter to the restroom. I can clear my own table like a normal grown up. Please don't touch it! Manager gave us a new one so we didn't have to go home hungry. My daughter was sad, although they didn't throw away her stuffed animal or her happy meal toy. Just the entirety of our dinner and drinks. Whyyy. I usually don't go back and ask for little things to be fixed, but I do go back as a repeat customer a few times to see if there is a consistent problem or just a one off. A perfectionist I am not!

  • Bradley S.

Whoever was doing drive thru and this location at 12:00am was utterly rude! I never order coke, ever. And this is how our drive thru chat went. Me: Number 6 medium please Her:Beef or Chicken Me:Chicken Her:Crispy or girlled Me:Crispy please Her:Do you want a coke Me: Yeah a poerade or lemonade which ever you have (She cut me off as soon as I said yes) Her:Ok Me:Can I have a powerade or lemonade please Her:So you don't want coke? Me: No Her:Then why did you say you did? Me: I didn't Then she has the nerve to say "Yes you did" !! I could not believe it, getting sassed by one of your drive thru workers. Absolutely incredible. So then I just left the drive thru, I could not tolerate service like that.

Yuck! with all the new fabulous restaurants in sugarhouse there is no need for a McDonald's.

    (1)
  • Thomas H.

Not sure what people expect from a McDonald's. But they have certain upgraded their image over the past decade or more while maintaining their price. The pro's? You know what you are getting and the price is cheap. The con's? Nothing really wrong at this location other then a few odd employees. But you will get that anywhere. One example is the drive-thru asking if it's to "Stay or to go."

    (5)
  • Anthony K.

Ghetto McDonald's. Ice cream machine was broken and we had to wait in line for 15 minutes just to get out of the drive thru line.

  • Chase D.

Supposed to close at 2am but apparently they decided to close shop at 1:45.

    (1)
  • Lacie M.

Went thru the drive thru since the inside wasn't open. And they said they couldn't take cash. Who doesn't take cash!? Get they don't need my cash or business.

  • Brian J.

Head to McDonald's on a great Sunday Morning, 18 Jan 15, order a #5 for me and a #10 for the wife with two OJs off the breakfast menu. Guy says $6 and some change, wife says "he got the order wrong", I ask the guy "You got the hash browns on there" guys say "yes". Pull up to pay for meal, guy snatches debit card out of my hand, no hello, no welcome to Micky's D or anything, gives me back my card and gives me the death stare. Me; Ok, I'm going to let that go because its a beautiful day. Pull up to get my order and the kid gives me one OJ. We look in the bag there's one buritto. Me "you didn't give me the right order", Kid "we're giving you a free OJ", Me "I didn't ask for a free OJ, I ordered a #5 and a #10 and ordered an OJ for each", Kid "what's on a #10?", Me "you tell me what's on a #10", Kid "well you can pay for an OJ", Me "you didn't give me what I ordered so you pay for it", Kid "I'll give you a fucking OJ", Me "what did you say?", Kid "you heard me" At that point all hell broke loose. So I call Corporate for this store 801-955-8333, #1 Customer Relations, no answer, leave message, no call back. So I go back on Tuesday, 20 Jan 15, to speak with the Store Manager. To say she didn't care would mean she was Mother Teresa. Her; they told me their side now I'm glad I have your side, Me; blank look, her; I don't know what I can do to make you happy, Me; blank look, her; blank look, Me; I want action taken against the employee for cursing me and cursing his manager, her; blank look, me; blank look. So I call corporate again, Office Manager, Michelle, no answer, left meesage, no call back. So I call corporate again, #2 Operations Manager, George Ray, no answer, leave message, no call back. So if you have a problem with this Mickey D's location don't expect any relief. If the employees curse you out when they get your order wrong expect that they will lie and say you cursed them regardless as to whether this actually matters related to them cursing you. Management won't care becasue its your word against their staff, corporate won't won't care becasue they have served 50 billion + burgers. Won't be going there again!
