Very very very slow at get food out to you and they don't talk to you at all just what u won't and how much u pay and only Wendy's I know of that it is drink or frosty with kids meal ever other Wendy's the kid gets both

I think most tend to agree that Wendy's in general has a pretty decent selection of food, including the normal fast food ware of burgers and fries, but I've always been a fan of the chili since I try to avoid eating fries too often, and it's good, warm, hearty alternative. I also actually like some of their grilled chicken sandwiches which are low in calories but don't sacrifice the flavor. My only gripe with Wendy's is the slow service on Sundays, and it's not just this location. I understand it's a slower day in terms of patronage, but waiting 15 minutes for fast food when there is no line just bugs me. Sure it ensures it's fresh - but I eat fast food generally because I'm on the run and out doing errands and eating on the fly to save time. Service here is friendly enough, and on any day but Sunday generally much faster, but since that tends to be my errand day it's a legitimate gripe that sometimes causes me to go elsewhere even though I favor Wendy's food over some other fast food chains. Just a thought for management - fix that and you're at 4 stars!

No sense of urgency at this location, the manager either needs to be replaced or crack the whip. When I was younger I associated Wendy's with having all the food on the tray almost as quickly as you received your receipt for paying, not here. Otherwise it is standard Wendy's food.

Worst service I've ever received at a restaurant. When I pulled up to the drive-thru there wasn't a single car ahead of me. I placed my order which was 2 combo meals and 4 kid's meals. I pulled forward to pay and was told my food would be a few minutes and was asked to pull forward. I didn't mind and pulled forward. Then after literally (I counted) 8 cars that were behind me had left with their food while I still hadn't received mine, I decided to go in and ask if it was ready. They had my bags in their hand so I didn't make a big deal out of it. I took it and thanked them and went home. Once I got home, I realized that despite waiting considerably longer than usual for my food, half of the food wasn't even in the bag! Yep you read that correctly. The food wasn't even in the bag. Out of the 4 kids meals I ordered, only one had actual food in it. The rest of the bags contained nothing more than the chocolate milk, with no actual food. Because the milk was in the kids meal bag, I didn't realize the food was missing because the bag didn't feel empty. I drove back and talked to the person at the counter about what happened, and I've worked customer service jobs before so I don't like to yell at people or get overly upset about it. Mistakes happen. I understand that. What could have been resolved right then and there by getting me the food I paid for dragged on even further. Instead of helping me out and getting me the food, I had to wait while employee after employee relayed the story to the next while I stood around still not getting the food I needed! Finally the manager came and apologized and offered me a coupon for a free combo meal at my next visit, but I STILL didn't have my food. Eventually they realized that and got it for me. So 45 minutes after ordering my food, I finally received it. When I went home so my family could eat, the combo meals and other kids meal were cold and gross. So only half of my family got a hot meal. The frosty's had completely melted as well. I won't be going there again.

We ate here after having a terrible experience with the one on 13400 S and had a much better experience. The Spicy Chicken sandwich is always a good choice at Wendy's. Not a fan of the pretzel burger though. The salads are always good too!

Why am I spending the time to yelp about Wendy's? Because, while being far short of fast food nirvana, Wendy's does have a couple of things going for it that are worth mentioning. In order to have a successful Wendy's experience, please do the following: 1. Get one of the "new" burgers - Wendy's has revamped their burgers, and the current iteration is juicer and of a higher quality than their old burger. It is still fast food, so be sure to keep your expectations reasonable. But it stacks up very nicely against Burger King, Carl's Jr, McDonald's, etc. 2. Get Chili instead of fries - Wendy's chili is probably the best thing on their menu. Skip the fries, and get the chili. It's healthier, it will fill you up, and it tastes way better than you would expect from a fast food chain 3. Get a frosty - The frosty is simple and tasty. Everyone loves a frosty. So, if you're looking for a fast burger and some above average chili, Wendy's will fit the bill.
