I am always wary when going to an IHOP. There have been too many iffy experiences spread across 4 states, but I love breakfast so I always end up here eventually. Honestly, the commercials look way too good... I have always had great service at this location. Even when there was 40 people spread over 15 tables and only one of their servers was on the floor, I watched her seamlessly keep everyone well attended to for the half an hour I was there. The omelets have all been great so far. I have a hard time choosing between hash browns, which I love, and their great pancakes. Their grilled sandwich melts were not too bad when I tried them. Inside is a typical cookie cutter IHOP. Decent room for parties. No funny smell like the one in Texas... that was the strangest thing... Still love how they bring you a little pot of coffee so you can keep yourself warm and happy. I definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area.

Where I go when I am hungry for Belgian waffle. My wife loves their eggs Benedict and crepes. Large menu where I can always find a good meal, ample portion, very good quality.

Standard fare, but tonight was awesomely fun as our waitress didn't bring out what we ordered so the kids and I got to play a "same as" game! This is easily accomplished by simply selecting the dish that is MOST CLOSELY resembles your actual order. Luckily when we asked for ketchup, she brought an empty bottle so the food wasn't spoiled by any garnishment. The same bottle however did produce great flatulence sound effects that got the kids laughing, customers staring and provided camouflage for several at our table to sneak out the excess gas the strange meals produced. On the plus side, I did receive the side of lingonberry crepes, which is the sole reason I frequent this establishment.

I had a delicious breakfast! I had one of the 7 for $7 meals - the steak wrapped in bacon with two scrambled eggs and hash browns. My server was very nice and attentive, the food was hot and tasty. While five stars may seem high for an IHOP meal, I feel that for the money I got great service, the portions were just right and again, very tasty.

Not bad. They have great omlets. Service is so so and most of the other food I've tasted is just okay. The kids seem to like it.

I like IHOP. This IHOP not so much. I went on a lovely Saturday afternoon and ordered some lunch with some family. There could not have been more than 10 people in the whole building but judging by the timely status of our order you would think there was over 100 people getting served. I don't recommend this place and if you are hankering for some delicious pancakes drive to the IHOP on State Street and 108th south! The service is much better there and your food will not be cold.

I have both good things to say, and one major issue. The service I get is great. We never have to wait, we are promptly seated and our orders are always correct. This last time I went in we had a great waitress who anticipated things we needed since she also had a child the same age. It was definitely a very nice touch to our service. The food was okay, about what I expected from IHOP. It definitely was not bad but it wasn't your best breakfast ever. Okay, maybe the Brioche Cinnamon stacks were. They "ok" rating on the food was not part of my 2 star rating. It was just an additional observation. Now the 2 star rating and the reason we won't be returning to this location is cleanliness. Gah! We first ask for a high chair for our 2 year old. We were brought one by the hostess. The high chair had food crumbs in it and the chair was soiled in food. We don't expect the same high chair cleanliness as our own home which has 1 child sitting in it but it was A.) Clear the high chairs are NOT wiped down after each USE and B.) clear that it didn't bother the hostess to provide a chair with old food still in it. Next, the carpets were matted soiled with food. We expect some of that in a family friendly restaurant but it was clear the carpets were past due. Furthermore, we arrived first thing at 8:00 A last Saturday. The carpets still had crumbs all over the place making the dirty carpets even dirtier. I doubt that they had a rush of visitors that day before we got there and even if they did, does their silent vacuum not work? Next, the edges of the tables and the wood portion of the booths were disgusting. Again, matted food. We get that it would be hard to keep things spotless in a restaurant that has tons of kids coming through, but all they need to do is what we do at our home with 4 kids..wipe stuff down after. Lastly, and the reason I've just dropped my rating from a 2 star to a 1 star, the restrooms. My husband went into the men's restroom and what he saw was enough to make me lose my appetitive, especially after seeing everything else I saw. I will spare the details but it was clear the restrooms were not cleaned from previous day, nor checked that day. Disgusting. It's time to clean up IHOP in Riverton.

I have mixed feelings about IHOP. I love their food, but I wonder what I'm eating. I only wonder because walking behind the restaurant there is a horrible smell. I have had a stomach ache all day. Not to say it was mainly from there but partially.

I love that I order coffee and get the entire pot! That's pretty cool if you ask me. No more Red Velvet pancakes though so my kids are not happy about that. Oh well, I have coffee!

I usually don't frequent IHOP because they were never on top of my breakfast menu. However on Saturday, my friend, her three children and I went to IHOP in Riverton. This is by far the best IHOP I have ever been to. The food was delicious and the service was great. It is a must dine at again.
