I went with my extended family. We placed 3 separate orders. All 3 had multiple things wrong with their orders. The cashier was incompetent. He obviously didn't know the menu. He rang us up for the wrong sandwiches, which we didn't know until the food came out because they don't give you a receipt-- they put it on your tray and give it to you with the food at the end. They took food back behind the counter to add bacon to a salad they messed up on, and then gave it back to my mother in law. That violates health code food handler policies. All around terrible incompetence.

Passing through on 8/21 around 3 or 4 during a move across country and decided to stop here for a quick bite. Not sure if the girl at the front counter was new, but with how much she messed up and didn't know, I sure hope she was. First, the couple sitting next to us got their order completely messed up by her. She overcharged them, put down the wrong sandwich, and the woman went back up to the counter complaining that her sandwich was too cold. It took her forever to figure it out and ended up having to reimburse them partly for one of the meals after a while of messing with the register and not knowing how to do what the gentleman was asking. Next, when she called us to get our food she left it on the counter and disappeared not even asking if we needed any sauce (their sauce bar was gone so this should have been mandatory). So we waited, and waited, until she finally turned around, not even acknowledging that we might need something or moving in our direction until we asked. We wanted some of their spicy 3 pepper sauce and arby's sauce, so we asked her and she said she'd go grab it. Apparently she has no idea what sauce is what because when she came back to the counter, she brought two big containers of ketchup. Um, what? Whatever, we left it at that and went back to our table, knowing we would probably get attitude or an eye roll if we asked her to fix it. Once there we began to eat our sandwiches and I noticed there were absolutely no toppings on mine. Yes, I specified I didn't want a few items, but when I looked at the receipt she said no to everything and the cheese slice was completely cold. Personally I thought they were supposed to be mostly melted on the chicken, but hey what do I know! At this point we were so fed up that we just finished eating and walked out. We definitely were not pleased with this experience, and by the looks of it, we aren't the only ones.

Bless their hearts! The staff saw a weary traveler pull on the locked door, then realize he was in a different time zone and they had been closed for a half hour. They were SO NICE to make me dinner!!!!! I'll never forget it.

We got an order of chicken strips and it took ages to come out. Pretty slow for fast food. The service wasn't very friendly. Still it wasn't the end of the world. Pretty average for fast food I guess.
