Fine dining meets contemporary cuisine. I was at first hesitant to try this place after some of the reviews. However after dining I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience. Booking a reservation and changing it at the last minute was easy. The service was pleasant as expected for a restaurant with entrees at $30+. Although the menu was petite, there were a few options at my disposal that all seemed appealing. I went with the grilled octopus appetizer and the grass fed filet as an entree. The octopus was an interesting twist. There were three petite octopi with a delicious sauce surrounding them. The filet was OUTSTANDING!! It was cooked perfectly and the accompanying ingredients were mouthwatering: sautéed trumpet mushrooms; caramelized onions, melted blue cheese; and baby arugula salad to top. Although the price point is a lot for most diners, you get what you pay for tenfold.

The food was mediocre at best, and disappointing for the price point. However, the worst part was the COLD! The temperature must have literally been 60 degrees, which is pretty crazy for a high end restaurant. Service was decent, and at least the host was kind enough to provide an electric heater. Would not recommend, at least not during winter!

Service and ambience were outstanding. The new decor is beautiful and modern. Our food was good, although my fish dish was a little bland and fishy. We are looking forward to trying the downstairs bar once it opens for the season.

Went here during Sundance. While I can appreciate that the restaurants may have difficulty handling the volume of people, that was no excuse for my frustrating experience. We showed up only to see strange prices on the menu (e.g. Quinoa and lamb chops both priced at $54). It was only when we inquired about the discrepancy from the menu online that we were informed there was a mandatory $85 prix fix menu. This should have been told to us upfront. We then requested to move to the bar area for an a la carte menu. The food was served in waves (one of us got food much later than the others) and the chicken simply wasn't cooked. The waitress came to do the perfunctory "how's everything so far?" We responded that the chicken was raw. She simply nodded and walked away. The service and food left much to be desired. Don't come here.

We were unable to get into another spot so we walked in and they were happy to see us and accomodating- -not always the case in Park City with a party of 6 on Saturday night. We ate downstairs in the bar. While the menu was limited, what we had (salads, tacos, salmon, etc.) was really good. The only thing I would skip are the cheesy tots - just OK. Our servers were happy, friendly and totally "on it." Atmosphere excellent. Would go back for sure!

After making a reservation through Open Table 1 month in advance, I received a 1 week notice that our reservation was cancelled due to a private event. They left a message on my phone and when I called back no one was aware of the issues. They still helped me move my reservation to their bar downstairs. I did not receive any apology or offer of free beverage to make up for their mistake. With this blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, I will not be going back to Table One to even try the food.

Just finished a great dinner and decided to write a review, which I have never done so far for any restaurant. First, I read several earlier reviews and can't believe they are for the same restaurant I just experienced tonight. The reviews were not very good, but our meal was fabulous. Although the menu is rather limited, we had the chicken roulade, steelhead trout, and the lamb for our entrees, and each one was brilliant. We had fois gras, pork belly and the quinoa salad for starters, and each of those were equally delicious. Chocolate granache for dessert. Yum. Hey Park City - give these guys s chance. WE need another fine dining restaurant here now that the Talisker has fallen to below average, and this place can fit the bill.

With all the amazing food and restaurants in park city, you couldn't pay me to go back to table one. It is unconscionable to charge $53 for an entree. We almost walked out on principal. Out of the wine we wanted. Food was okay but not for the price.

Breakfast was delicious and moderately priced. Best pancakes I've ever had.

I will give it 3 stars but only because the service was great and the ambiance is nice. The center table is beautiful. I have absolutely done fine dining in many cities, however $34 for 3 small scallops is excessive. Luckily my son ordered grilled cheese so I actually had something to eat. My friends each ordered the chicken and the steak dish which were both good and definitely ample. I am just reviewing my dish which was disappointing. So maybe pass on scallop offer and try other options.

My husband and I were excited to take our friends (who are new to Park City) to Table One for dinner. The location is fantastic...right in the heart of Main Street in Park City, and we read there was a new chef and management. We knew it was an expensive restaurant, but hoped the food would be worth the price. To our dismay the portions were embarrassingly small....and that is an understatement! The beet salad consisted of three tiny beets and two slices of parmesan cheese on a huge 8" to 10" plate. When it arrived an HOUr later we all started to crack jokes to hide our anger and embarrassment, but then the main course arrived! They were seriously small plates or tiny appetizers, but cost $25 to $30 each not $10. Seriously, when all six of us were served everyone laughed out loud in a disbelief. Our two daughters actuality ate their $20 apps and then ran next door to ZOOM to eat again. I will say that our waitress was fantastic and had nothing to do with the prices or portions, but after a mediocre New Years dinner there two years ago and now this......We will NEVER eat here again.

Great ambiance, good service, ok food. The food wasn't necessarily bad, it just wasn't that good. The prices and ambiance would indicate that the food should be better, but it just wasn't. I got the chicken, which was supposedly organic, but it was pretty mushy and actually tasted processed. My companion got the gnocchi. There weren't many gnocchis, the flavor wasn't great, and the consistency was just a little off. We also both got the soup and sent it back because it came out cold. While the staff was very accommodating and were eager to please, there just wasn't anything that could be done about the mediocrity of the food. With so many great restaurants in Park City, there's no reason to dine here.
