Not sure why this is reviewed so low. I like the food here and service. We got the French toast and it was yummy! I knocked a star off because the bacon wasn't cooked good enough. Overall very clean and service was friendly and always kept our drinks filled.

Excellent Service! My husband and I walked in for breakfast, were seated immediately, Emily, the waitress took our order, and it came out quickly. Strawberry Crepes. Yum!

I just ate at IHOP earlier tonight, and it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in recent memory. I had the new banana pudding pancakes, and they were delicious. I also had the watermelon lemonade, which I loved. My server, Kathrine, was very friendly and helpful with the menu and substitutions. The food was quick, too. The entire staff was friendly and on the ball. Really a great experience.

IHOP was on their way to earning 5 stars this visit, until it took exceptionally long to get our food. After ordering, we waited 35 minutes. By then, a member of our party was so hungry she was almost in tears. I kindly asked to speak to a manager. The host walked into the kitchen, came back, and said the manager was busy and unavailable. When asked, the host was able to get a free glass of orange juice for my famished friend. Overall, our server was great and attentive, the resturaunt was clean, and the food was tasty. Too bad it took forever to get our food, and there was no manager available to fix it.

They are super slow and food is always cold, if you're lucky, slightly warm.... Not impressed... I do suggest Denny's though!:)

I usually like ihop by this location has not been that great. Waiting for a table was not too long. But once we sat down it took forever to get anything. Waters took about 10 minutes. Other drinks were completely forgotten about until I reminded the waiter. Then it took about another 10 minutes. We were ready to order but weren't able to for a long time since the waiter wasn't around or didn't ask. After we got our order in it took about 45 minutes till the food arrived. Then some plates took a while longer to get. I ordered the breakfast sampler but they ran out of ham so they gave me one piece and an extra slice of bacon instead. Some of the food seemed a little on the crispy side which was a little gross. The salted caramel hot cocoa was really good though.

I came to IHOP with my friends to celebrate a birthday. We were delighted to find that our waiter Kolton had a serious pen addiction. He told us that new corporate policy dictates that anyone of any age can order from the kids or seniors menu so that was fantastic. A nice waitress with one arm in a sling thought I was attractive and gave me a free glass of grapefruit juice just because I asked for it. To be fair to the wait staff, there is only one cook to service the entire restaurant. The only disappointment was that another group of 8 ordered their food, paid, and left before we got our food, even though we got there first. UPDATE: The waiter told me I have a small sausage. UPDATE 2: The waiter criticized my friend for his pronunciation of the word "crepes" and said he couldn't be French because he is too bulky. He then proceeded to tell me I could be a Frenchman. My friend yelled, "Ha, Gay!" And then the waiter whispered softly into my ear, "don't worry, you're not alone ;)"

Went in for breakfast and ordered coffee, our waiter Tyler had the most cocky attitude, his response to me ordering coffee was " "oh coffee Sunday?" Didn't know what he meant by that but his tone and attitude crossed me the wrong way.. I asked for extra creamers at the same time and he brings back a HUGH bowl of creamers and says " is that enough cream for you?" REALLY A-hole?? Wow... Then proceeds to toss the straws on the table since my son ordered water.. The looks I gave him must have given him the hint that he royally screwed up, after he dropped the food off he tried to change his attitude but at that point it was way too late... I was in the restaurant business for a long time and I remember the waiters were never allowed to have beards, they had to shave and look presentable , this guy looked like a train wreck, scruffy beard and his uniform looked like he slept in it.. Sorry but this kid just pissed me off .. We didn't stiff him but we should have.. He got a 10% tip and he was lucky he didn't get a penny!! We ate at Denny's the day before ( we're from out of state ) and our waiter was super nice , attentive and clean.. He got a 25% tip from us... We'll be back in Provo but we'll NEVER eat at IHOP again.. Btw ... The food was just ok...

The last time I was at this IHOP I had some less than satisfactory service. The waitress did not bring our drinks for about 10 minutes of us being there , and did not take any initiative in refilling them(noted it was not that busy). When our meals came 3 of our 5 orders were wrong, and were cold. One order was charged for produce that was specifically ordered without them. Several of the other people in the restaurant had similar problems, as well as food being burnt. I do not for see a visit in the near future.

Well....the food was ok but who wants to eat a meal after you watch your waitress Emily stick her finger in a maple syrup and liking her fingers then closing it and bringing it out to a table.....Just gross Emily.....shame on you don't you have a food serving permit or common sense....never ever coming back!

The food was great that's why they got a star. The customer service was horrible. We were waited by "Andrea" and she honestly was so rude. She threw the spoons for the coffee, then proceeded to throw the straws and said "oh I didn't mean to throw that, I couldn't reach." Like look lady, you had an empty table behind you, couldn't you have put it down and given us our drinks and spoons rather than throwing things at us? The guy that seated us was so nice but that lady that waited us did ruin our experience here. Definitely won't recommend anyone here.

I think ihop overall is an ok place, but this place after midnight is a nightmare. Servers are horrible they take forever to greet, bring out drinks and on one occasion after taking our order the server came back 20 min.later asking us our order again because she had lost it. 20 min!!!!! After she had already taken our order. On top of that, she gave us attitude. I have always tipped my servers, even when the are not the best but on this occasion I didn't. It was the most horrible service I had ever experienced. I have tried different ihops in different cities after midnight and they are all the same!!! I have opted to go somewhere else which is a shame because i like their refillable hot drinks!!!

Not a fan. My wife loves this place for the memories she had of going here when she was little girl, butI typically go to a place for their food. To me, IHOP is the perfect "meh." It's fattening food that never seems fresh, available 24 hours a day, always the same, always frozen, always served by sweet old servers you feel bad for, always a better idea than reality.

Worst IHOP I've ever been to. Hollandaise sauce on chicken florentine crepes was lumpy and gross, philly cheesesteak was flavorless and overcooked, food all came out cold. Server Kylie was slow and when we asked to refill our drinks she seemed confused.

Seriously the worst customer service. We have been here a couple times and every time we end up talking to the manager, who does nothing. Last time, we had the same waitress. We asked to please be changed, but they couldn't accommodate. The waitress was very disengaged and ignored most requests, even for a simple straw. Never going back, hope someone reads this and gets this fixed cause they're going to lose business.

I like IHOPs food very much. Their stuffed french toast will always been my #1 choice. However, this location needs to pull it together. Their staff look sketchy, and sometimes treat you like you are an inconvenience. I love their Swiss Mocha hot chocolate, but don't really understand why they serve it in the small cups when all the other locations serve it in the large ones. It's just a lot of inconsistency compared to their other locations. If you have the chance, go to American Fork.

As Jim Gaffigan said....Ihop should be called I barely move...because you never leave there hoping. Ihop is just your typical breakfast chain restaurant. It is better than Denny's (Just my opinion) but it has some solid options for food for the lazy weekend morning when you do not want to cook on your own. How can you say no to the rooty tooty fresh and fruity breakfast!

If you'd like to feel disgusting and irritated some time, then start your day off at this location. The food is always soaked in grease and the employees are anything but professional.

My friend and I were brought the wrong orders, and the waitress never came back for us to report the mistake. She then decided on her own to take her tip out of the change leftover from the cash we paid the bill with. ...not my best ihop experience and hopefully not representative of this location as a whole.

I don't like IHOP but this is where a family member wanted to go for a recent birthday breakfast so I didn't have much choice. IHOP serves up some decent breakfast food, its palatable but it's far from outstanding. Not my kind of joint.

Was tricked into going here with Katie L., Jason T. & Wesley C. on 10/14/11 to do homework at around 10 PM. What's the problem with this? The tables are small, and there was a HUMONGOUS group of college-aged kids sharing about 8 tables so it was very noisy. Wesley & I shared (I mean I stole) some chocolate ice cream but because we had a table full of papers, we didn't order any other food. Our waitress was nice, but I wish we would have been seated farther away from the action so we could get some work done.

There are a few good servers here--way better than Spanish Fork. I would recommend this place but only if you have a long time. Seems like I-Hop always takes forever. Good food though.

Back in my drinking days, when I lived in San Francisco, I used to think Ihop was fantastic. Of course, we all know that drinking heavily affects your taste buds and perception. So, a few years ago, with fond memories in place (and forgetting I was drunk back then) I went to this Ihop and was disappointed. If it weren't for religious convictions, I'd get drunk again and try it to see if it's any better. I think given a choice, I prefer Cracker Barrel any day.
