A western bacon cheeseburger is my fast food guilty pleasure. The wife and kids won't eat here, so whenever I find myself alone and hungry, and a Happy Star is in the vicinity, I'm eating one. This place is always pretty clean and the service is good. An onion ring on a burger with bacon. I kind of dig that.

If I could give them a negative star I would! It was so disgusting! I asked the manager if it was a busy day and he replied, " no not really, we just haven't got out here!" My little boy was slipping in the soda that was spilled by a customer (for who knows how long). I asked the manager if he could mop it up and he said he would, but 10 min later he did not. I went up front and asked if they could at least put a "wet" sign up so others don't fall, and they said they would come clean it up. After few min later I was so disgusted I started to take pictures so I could send to corporate! Of coarse right then someone came and cleaned it up! (Remind you it wasn't busy at all!). They had 4-5 people on staff. We were the only customers in and already had our food. I hate to be so harsh but I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt that they got slammed right before we got there! We will never come to the orem Carl's jr again! Granted it's hard with a play area but there are huge liabilities with an open spill on the floor with no sign!!!! Just take a look at my pix and you'll see why so frustrated!

Fail. My child dropped a full drink in the play area An employee saw me attempting to sop it up with napkins and just walked away All I have is table napkins, he could have gotten a mop but just ignored the whole thing.

This is a great burger place, anything you choose will taste good GUARANTEED! They also lay claim to the greatest spicy chicken sandwhich for $1.

The main reason I give these guys a 1 star rating is because I absolutely hate their advertising. I don't like them. Their commercials offend me and I think they are tasteless. Their prices are more than other fast food places. Join me in boycotting them to show them that we don't appreciate the way they try to sell their subpar product.

This is the best fast food place in the area. The buns are perfect and the veggies fresh. Try the Hawaiian burger, it's my favorite by far so that's my recommendation to anybody. The good about this place is that you won't wake up in the middle of the night with a heartburn.

First off, I will tell you that my favorite place for fast food breakfast is Carl's Jr. Particularly the biscuit and gravy. It's very affordable, and it tastes crazy delicious. However, I have noticed the many chains in the county vary greatly, this one in particular being the worst. No matter how many times I visit this one, their biscuits, sandwich or not, are always stale never fresh. I understand its a fast food place, but the employees seem too lazy to make them fresh after an order is placed; They prepare 20 biscuit sandwiches upon opening the store in the morning and leave them warmed up under a lamp. That's not how I want it and I will be glad to wait the extra 5 minutes to get it fresh. The employee upon my most recent visit was extremely rude when I asked if their biscuit/gravy were fresh. Rolling his eyes and acting like that was the most ridiculous question I could ask. When he said "Of course they are. We make them every day." He was lying out of his Mexican teeth. The gravy was too thick, gelatinous, and barely giving me any on their stale, rubbery biscuits. I'll go to the Provo one from now on.

I want to like this place. I think Carl's Jr does a nice burger, by chain standards. I've been to a couple others in other States that I remember being better. I've been here several times. They absolutely always cook the patties into hard hockey pucks. It just ruins the burger. There's not much else to say. If you can't cook the patty right, everything else is going to be mediocre.
